I needed a part that I could only find out of state. Wilbert s had what I needed. I ended up working over the phone with Todd H and Neil R. Both were great to work with. Todd ended up being out of the office before the shipping of the part could be finalized but he made sure Neil would follow up with me. Working as a team they took care of me in a timely manner. Thank you Todd and Neil.

Todd at the front desk was super kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. He explained things in a manner I was able to understand as someone who doesn t know much about cars or car parts! I highly recommend Wilbert s!

Todd helped me out very well with my needs for finding the parts I needed for my vehicle and found the best priced items that worked within my budget would recommend to any that has an emergency need for their car and needs it in a timely fashion

Both gentlemen behind the counter were extremely helpful and very pleasant with a great sense of humor. I was able to get exactly what I needed for my vehicle and the experience was very enjoyable and greatly appreciated especially first thing in the morning. I will gladly recommend Wilberts to anyone who might be in need of auto parts!

Trying to replace a wiper transmission and wiper arms very knowledgeable guys and we re awesome to deal with Todd did an amazing job above and beyond trying to help me and was successful fair pricing, easy to work with and for a part that s not normally stocked Todd went out of his way to make sure I got the parts that I needed I really Todd doing what he did

I had a wonderful experience at this location I dealt with the one Neil, his expertise was unmatched, his vision, and his description of what my problem was I mean the guy is late amazing. I ve been to all the locations but this location in this gentleman I mean as a must go if you re ever in this area are you ever at this location Niels the guy to get the job done thanks to him and thanks to Wilbert and I will be coming back soon cause I have several parts that need to be gotten, pretty sure gentleman that appraise well help me and get my car back up and running away is supposed to be

The parts i receive are always clean (rust free) and in overall great shape! Parts are exactly as described when ordering, can't believe they deliver all the way to me in Pa. ( 3&1/2 hrs. i believe the driver said) but i'm glad they do! Keep up the great service!

I was actually referred to come here earlier today by a different tire place near by, that didnt have my size tires... and i even called that guy back after to thank him for the referral as well. Great prices, great quality tires, and trustworthy place imo. Thanks for the great service I received today from you guys at Wilberts! Keep up the great work!

Long story short I needed 4 new tires. My beautiful fianc� referred me to Wilberts, made the call etc. They got me in on my lunch, I got 4 really nice tires for a really good price. They were friendly honest and helpful and quick. I ll def be back for sure!! Joe and Todd we really. nIce and really helpful - fantastic customer service. I had a bring my jeep back cause there was a tire sensor issue, they fixed it for me no charge, no questions asked. 1st time customer, you have my business and I will refer Wilberts as much as possible. Thank you again.

Been buying parts here for years, I run a large shop and this is by far the bast place to buy from. Free delivery to Youngstown NY and good quality parts, never a problem. My uncle bought here 40 years or so ago when they specialized in just Buick parts but fortunately they carry all makes now.

Fantastic helpful staff. Great prices. We came from Ontario, Canada to pickup an engine for better price than Canada. Engine was well prepped and tagged. Helped get it into my truck and make sure it was secure in the bed. Warranty at no extra charge. Will be back for sure. Well worth the drive. Canadian automotive companies could learn a lot from our brothers on the other side of the border .

I once needed to replace one rim for my Toyota Camry. The wheel bearing failed, the bolts fell off, and the holes for the bolts were damaged. Buying new would have been unaffordable. The price of a used rim was reasonable. I called and it was ready the next day. That was in the summer, and things have been fine since. Thank you.

$238 for one recycled headlamp HA!! A brand new oem was $80 less. Not willing to sell a used part at even fair market price of a brand new part is a joke. This kind of business shouldn t be legal Avoid these scam artists at all cost.

Dont buy a used engine from here, the warranty is deceptive and they dont stand behind it when you have issues. I bought an engine and told them I couldn't put it in right away, and I wasn't going to buy it because I would essentially have no warranty after it sitting for six months. The salesman said not to worry about it and that if I had problems just come back and it would be taken car of. So we shook hands on it, and I got the motor. Long story short, the motor threw a rod and quit on me after driving it 100 miles on a trip to Cortland. I called them right away and the salesman avoided my calls so I went there to see what they were going to do. The salesman said that the owner said it was too bad, and that if he helped me out any then he would have to do it for everyone else with an issue. The salesman said he could give me a deal on another motor, but I told him I was out 1500 on the previous motor and it would have to be a great deal and be certified low mileage and to get behind it better. He called me back on a local motor and the deal was to knock off a mere 100 dollars. I told him that was absurd, especially since I was out 1500 dollars and all my time and effort putting the other one in. He said to take it or leave it, so I am taking them to small claims court and will update this afterwards. Btw, anyone knows that a motor doesn't throw a rod from sitting less than a year.

Prompt friendly service with a huge $400 savings on a "like new" OEM Honda part with only 557 miles, carefully packed and shipped for $20 and received in 3 days following a minor delay in PA from a huge snowstorm.

Todd dropped the ball three times on parts for my shop. I've been doing business with Wilberts when Art owned it. Since his passing this place is going down hill. If they keep this service up it will become just another JUNK YARD
