Premier customer service. Every employee was cheerful and went above and beyond to take care of us quickly efficiently and provide good quality repair. Beautiful repair of a very nasty rock chip in the windshield.

They were fast, friendly and I recommend everyone, including those who read this comment, to have their windshield repaired or replaced by Safelite. They are also informative about what you need to do short term after the repair or replacement of your windshield. I know that I will definitely return to Safelite again. They're #1 windshield technicians.

The process of getting my windshield replaced was super easy. I set up an appointment online, got appointment reminders texted to me, showed up for the appointment, knew the cost ahead of time, and was done within an hour. No surprises. Great communication. But hopefully I don t get another cracked windshield for a while

A very thorough and efficient process from beginning to end. I first called in my claim Saturday AM. My insurance company has a preferred partner relationship with Safelite and I was connected directly from the the glass program at USAA to Safelite where they verified my coverage, and then scheduled my Tuesday onsite appointment. They follow through with numerous texts, but in the end, I was exceedingly satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Safelite for your auto glass needs!

The windshield that they put in seems like the correct one at least, so I gave them two stars for that. The re-sealing job they did on the bottom portion was loose and they completely removed the sealant up top. Also noticed plastic covering snapped and many coverings unhooked in my engine compartment cannot recommend taking your car here if it s foreign or high-end. I also think this location is closing, not sure if that has something to do with it Perhaps they do more professional installation/replacement work with American cars

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They replaced my windshield incorrectly and significantly damaged my car in the process, so not only does my windshield have to be taken back out and reinstalled, they caused over $5,000 worth of damages and refused to own up to it! God sits high and looks low, no deed goes unpunished. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Absolutely unacceptable customer service and quality. They have replaced my windshield 3 times and it is leaking yet again. It's ruined the carpet on both sides of the console. When you call, the automated assistant will terminate the call after choosing the option to report an issue.DO NOT GO HERE.

I was scheduled through my insurance company and even though I had to cancel my first appointment, they didn t take me out of the system, they just postponed me. 2 weeks later I called and got right in for the next day. I get there and the vuildijnlooks very worn out from the outside but the inside was very nice. And more importantly, so are the people. Quick and done in under and hour, my window is perfect.

Service was slower than expected and one item I requested wasn't completed. The front desk attendant seemed more interested in what he was having for lunch than helping customers. Otherwise the windshield replacement job was completed as expected.

Cancelled my appointment 4 times, I drove to their location and they didn t even have my windshield. My second trip to their location I received a phone call that the tech had to leave for the day and was closing the shop. If you want a customer service NIGHTMARE, schedule with Safelite. This company is run by the most incompetent bunch of losers I have ever dealt with in my life. #SAFELITE SUCKS!!

I'm sure they probably do a fine job if you can get them to show up. They have canceled 2x, already. We leave for vacation tomorrow. Lets hope 3, is a lucky number. BTW, don't bother calling, or contacting through chat. There is no oversite from the parent company, for customer service, or help in anyway. I was actually told on the chat, to seek a different glass repair.Service: Auto side window replacement

Service was excellent, and completed within the timeframe quoted to me. Contact prior to, during and after completion were more than plenty to keep me informed of the status of my appointment.

Worst glass shop in Rochester, refused to fix my car due to a dent in the roof! do yourself a favor, use better equipped professionals.Update 10/8/2019FB Glass did the job NO problem, do yourself a favor and call Frank to help you out! Don't mess with these jokers who don't want to or CAN'T repair your car.

They are over an HR past the scheduled appointment times without any notification, and no way to talk with a person at the office. Safelite can be hit or miss; this location is a definite miss. The techs are poorly equipped, and the staff as a whole - including management - seems to be more interested in telling you what is not possible than helping their customers. On a recent visit, they were unable to remove a wiper assembly that passes through a rear windshield bc they lacked a socket set, or basic crescent wrench, and wd-40. They even suggested that I go purchase those tools for them so that they could complete the job. Maybe an off day, but I advise against.

Just learned that this Auto Glass specialist can not even get me a quote to replace the back glass in my convertible top auto.No big deal. Except, I first called them 3 weeks ago. I had to send pictures, then I had to give them the vin number. A week later, after I called 2 more times last week, I called again today.I guess I should have dealt with their national office as Scott, in this Ontario store was clueless. Clueless is one thing.BUT not returning phone calls is not how I see a business operating in a new market.All Safelite does is auto glass. And this store and employee took 3 weeks to decide they can't even do an estimate. Live n learn.At least the Glass Gallery is right down the road.......

This place sucks really bad. They refused to install my front windshield because a dent in the car near the upper door. So I went to MR.GLASS and they installed for me with no problem and are very friendly and professional

Absolute trash. They can apparently tell your windshield is too broken to fix without even getting out of their car!Never use Safelite. They are scam artists.
