I went into have my oil changed and was greeted pretty quickly. I said what I needed and went on to ask about how long it would take. The man behind the counter said it would a 15 minute wait and then another 45 minutes to change the oil. I wasn t sure if he was being serious so when he asked if I had time to wait I said actually no, and was going to explain I had an appointment in 45 minutes. I didn t get the chance because he abruptly said okay, catch you some other time and slammed the door in my face as he headed back to the garage. I was stunned. He was completely rude and even the other customer in the waiting area was shocked at his behavior but did say the man is always rude. Very disappointed and will definitely not be heading back there again.

Very confused about any "good" reviews for this place. Tried to make an appt for a very simple inspection. Simply asked if they had Saturday hours, and let him know I'd have to wait with my car. Was promptly told by the miserable human who answered that they can't help me then, and not his problem what I do about not having a ride from there in order to leave my vehicle. SO GLAD I dodged this bullet and they will not be getting a dime from me! Astounded this place is still open.

This place was always my go to when I needed a quick oil change or NYS inspection. However the last few times I ve stopped in for services I m reluctantly greeted by a grumpy man behind the counter then asked a ton of unnecessary questions and given snide comments/looks back. I don t know what the man s problem is, if it s because I m a woman, a mother or have multiple children but the unprofessionalism and attitude is too much! No wonder you can always walk in for service.. no one wants to go there!Needless to say, I ll drive to Webster and not be treated as though I m beneath the guy working!Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

If you are looking for easy no appointment oil changes these guys are the best. They are also great mechanics for whatever you need!!

$75 to put a battery in for my wife while I was working. Like I get that shops charge by the hour but you guys charged me $40 to rotate my tires but $75 to change a battery. Never coming here again and telling everybody they I know to avoid this place like the plague

Called this morning to ask if I needed an appointment for an inspection. Told no come on in this afternoon, thats fine. Grumpy old guy at the counter said well idk where you called but it wasn't here. So he walked away and eventually came back after supposedly talking to someone else and said that person also said no one called. I said whats your phone number here? He said 265-1922. Then I showed him that number in my phone with a 45 second convo earlier in the day. He just proceeded to ask which day I wanted to make an appointment for. Very VERY unpersonable and I would not recommend this place to anybody I know.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Family and friends have always been long time customers so I called about an oil change on my 2014 diesel Chevy Cruze, they said they could do it but that it s complicated. I brought my own oil and filter and they still charged me 50$. Few weeks later and my car starts leaking oil. I brought it back and they told me it had nothing to do with the oil change they did and that my motor was leaking the oil. I brought it to a different shop and they confirmed that it was indeed the oil filter cap. I could ve blown up my car but they don t care. Don t bother with this place.

Unless you can leave your car with this place don't bother!. I used to be a long time customer if this establishment and they just lost my business permanently. Not only was my fiance turned away for not being able to leave his car one day.. I was just turned away for the same reason. Sorry but a lot of people don't have the ability to leave cars with you at all times. You should be willing to be a LITTLE flexible. I told who I spoke to there's not many days I can leave my car with him and I got told word for word "we aren't going to be able to help you then". HORRIBLE customer service!. Do you know what the world is like right now? What if people only have 1 car to get around? Do you expect people to rent a car for a day to bring it to you? Yeah absolutely not!. I am blown away by what I was just told. I cannot believe a place can be as rude as this. If you are not happy doing your business anymore maybe you should shut down cause that's just ridiculous!
