Went to buy a car from this guy and his company put a $500deposit on a sports car tried to make arrangements to pay balance and then the storied changed to that there was a lien on the title that he didn t know about on a 2001 and he had to give the car back to the previous owner. Which probably was a lie most likely got a higher offer. Instead of being honest avoided my calls for days. Never called me back and blocked me. Only upside is he did mail me back the deposit. But the days of HONEST business are over. So just be careful in the future in my opinion.

Brought my truck in for some repairs to the tailgate and fender. The team did an amazing job! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Paint and finish work was spot on. My truck looks as good as new. Thank you!

Took my car here after an accident and would not recommend this shop. The paint didn't match and they had to redo it, the sound didn't work once I received my car back, and the communication from start to finish has been very bad. There are other shops I'd recommend before bringing your car to BrennanServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

5 years ago they repainted my Monte Carlo SS. The problems began right away. What was supposed to take a few weeks ended up taking several months. The price was steep, but I accepted that as a reality in Upstate NY. After many delays and a $6500 bill, I got the car back and the real problems started. The weather seals were poorly installed and the windows were not aligned to the seals. The T-Top seals at the front along the roof actually popped out and started flapping in the breeze while going down the road. The center molding between the tops was never painted. There was trash and runs in numerous places in the paint, and as the years have passed more and more have become evident. The front fender braces to the frame were not installed, one side was hanging from the fender, the other was not present. The left head lamp assembly was left loose and a bolt was missing. The left front turn signal had no screws in it and fell out. The nose assembly was not properly aligned to the lights.Finally just this week, the windshield came loose. I had never seen this before but it had just slid out of place. The glass shop, not knowing I had the car painted, said it looked as if someone had the glass out when they painted the car and did a very poor job of sealing it back in there. This made perfect sense given the track record.This job was done as if someone had no pride in their work or if it was a new guy with no supervision. Either way, I would never recommend this shop to anyone. When people find out how much I paid, they cringe and I don't hesitate to tell them who did the work.I have since relocated to NW Ohio and there are multiple shops who would do a better job at half the cost. The car was in a fender bender 2 years ago and the repair work looks noticably better than what Brennan did.

I have not had the best luck with my car in the past year. Dave and his team were there to help every step of the way, both times. Dave took care of any questions and concerns in a timely manner. I just got my Jeep back and it looks brand new! Thanks Dave and team for the quality work!

1 to 2 day fender bender turned into 13 days. Work was average. Gave me a break on price due to the problems, which I am grateful for. Show room is beautiful. Would I repeat business? Probably not. Could be better, but could have been worse. They offered a license plate holder. It is 1/8" to big and slightly covered NY. I was ticketed.

This place is beyond horrible! They put holes in the headliner of my car...Took days longer than they said it would take. Said they would take care of a scratch on the bumper and never did! The list goes on and on. I was sick for the past two years, so I couldn't get the headliner fixed, when I talked to the owner, he said that was and I quote "bullshit!!!!" Now he says he won't fix it and to stop harassing his business, which I haven't (I have all the conversations recorded). He says I have a "credit" at his shop. Why the hell would I want to go back to that crap hole? They don't fix headliners!!!! Stay away at all costs!!!!! They are completely unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!

Worst of the worst I d rather take my car to maaco. Don t waste your time . Go to diamond or jimmy smith automotive in Webster . That s allService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Guy driving their hummer h2 nearly took off my front end because he decided to merge onto my lane without signaling. No wave of apology, didn't go back into his original lane. If that's how you drive a vehicle with your company name, I can only imagine how bad this place is.

They had my husband restoration for years and didn't finish it. Turns out most of it was in storage. It was a nightmare in every way you can imagine. Finally got the car out of there in pcs.
