Very expensive! Employees are always unhelpful and not very knowledgeable. While waiting to be cashed out I noticed all the candy/gum sitting on the counter was expired. Only reason I come here is because it's one of the only places in Ontario to get vehicle parts.

It s a parts store. It has what you need when you need it. Prices are high and there are others places to get stuff if you can wait but if you need it now it s a great place to go! Staff is mostly nice and helpful.

Be careful ordering online for pick up some how your order will be picked up and the store looks at you like the order was never there. I showed my order the confirmation number and that I was charged on my Card. Said nothing they can do.

Went and told them what I need and still gave me the wrong parts. Not a huge deal went back and then traded the parts for the parts I actually was supposed to get but they replaced them with the wrong parts yet again. I don t understand how this is possible, they need further training.

Went to go someplace at 8:45 last night and my battery was cooked. Tried to jump it, she was toast. I had a full day ahead, bringing my oldest to summer camp, DRs appointment, needed to get to work right after legit my next day was doomed with driving arrangements. Called Advanced in Ontario at 8:57 (3 minutes before close) and was in desperate need for a battery. Manager on duty said he would stick around just so I could come in after hours. Here I sit with a vehicle that s now good to go, which means I can carry on with my day tomorrow. That means something. Shout out to the shop in Ontario and the guys working on the evening and of 6/27/23. Your courtesy saved my bacon. You didn t need to do that but you did. I m grateful, and will certainly continue to use this store for all of my automotive needs. Thank you!!!

Said open on google and allowed online order on their app. Yet I drive there and find they are closed due to staffing issues. Would be nice to let the customer know.Guess I ll order the parts cheaper at Napa and wait a day versus patronize a place where being open or closer is a shot in the dark.

Counter guy had real attitude and very poor customer care. They obviously have poor communication within the shop. I went in to pick up a mobile order. He looked on the computer and said it had not been pulled yet. He went out to the aisle to find the item and it wasn't there. He goes walking around back to find it & can't find it in the back. So then he goes back over to the area where mobile orders should be and lo and behold there it is. Slaps it down on the counter in front of me, doesn't say a word. Basically shoves me the receipt. Sad thing is I believe he was the manager. Yeah ....good doing business with you.... Smh

Knowledgeable and friendly. A referral to TK Autoworks turned out great! They so did me right. My 2010 Suburu Forester rides like new after new ball joints, 4 new tires, an oil change, and a steering adjustment!

I'm so glad that Advance Auto cleaned house! The new manager Mark is knowledgeable and helpful. They finally have customer service members that know what the are talking about. I once had a bad experience years ago and thought why not give them a shot...glad i went back!

Came to browse, left with more than expected. Pretty much a weekly trip, between things that break, and planned upgrades. Probably going back tomorrow for a loaner tool, so I don't have to spend $40 for a tool I'm going to need once.

Wonderful sales help there And they act like they're glad to do it for you or check things out on your vehicle I needed to Buy a battery for my car fabBut the young man checked out the battery that was in it and the battery had just moved a little bit he corrected the problem and I walked out of the store very happy great service great service I wish I had gotten his nameI will be back for other car issues

Friendly helpful staff. A pleasure to do business with. I provided a huge list of items needed to do a head replacement and they had everything in stock except one item and it was only a day out. Highly recommend.

Good selection on parts. They can swap out batteries and wiper blades is my recall. I believe they can run a code check on your cars computer also free of charge. ( might save you $120/hr labor rate at a dealer) I would recommend them. They do not serve coffee.

I love a business that hires the handicapped! So I walk in tonight, 15 minutes to close, looking for the correct length on a fan belt. Once I find that, I need a belt one inch longer. 2 employees dissappear between my headlights lighting them up and me walking in. 1st employee says he's training so he can't help. Next employee has half a brain, and knows nothing about car parts. He can't tell me the length of belts by part number so I ask for a belt measuring tool. He doesn't know how to use it. Shows me the closet length he has which is bigger than I need. I ask if they can order the size I need and he says he has to close the store, doesn't have time. Thru all this the manager is stocking shelves.Great company, I buy all my parts thru them but their store in Ontario has the most idiotic employees.Manager cutting open boxes. An idiot running the counter, while training a new guy.Hiring handicapped is great. But you have to man your store and 15 minutes to close, a slow employee should be cutting open boxes , stocking and crushing same boxes while a good employee helps customers and helps the company look good, make money and take care of good relations with the people that spend money there.Wow. My fault. I know they typically suck in Ontario but I went to the closest store to where I was.I'll go to their other store tomorrow.Great pricing with online coupons. But employees in Ontario store.....and the ease of use of their website..... suck.

I came in to buy a hitch and ball as a complete novice. Both staffers showed me their stock, allowed me to take pieces to my car to evaluate, and helped me find the most economical solution. Thanks guys!

just got back from there as i needed a brake light for our 2013 suburu Impreza, they told me it was not a replacable part and that i needed an entire assembly for $200.00. I did not buy it went to another parts store and they said all i needed was a 3.00 bulb which I bought and just put in. Not sure if they dont know how to read their computer, if their computers are wrong or if they had other motives. I wont go back there again.

This is an advance auto just like every other one, but I'm reading it four stars because the guys behind the counter have always been unbelievably helpful, whether it's looking up parts, suggesting options, or walking outside in the rain to install someone's wiper blades.

Slow not really concerned could atleast fake wanting to be helpful sodus store is worst parts store I have ever visited just disgraceful n do there best not to help .had to goto Ontario store for help place should be closed
