Purchase a crossbow from them . Upon putting it together and trying to zero it in i discover that the string was not square to the rail by a quarter inch. I called the manufacturer and their closest service dealer is 3 hours away. I try to return it to Walmart and they said that they don't take back crossbows even though it is defective. Shame on walmart for not taking back defective products. What a waste of $400 . Never again.

Very organized a little confusing could use a map diagram to show where each department is at least posted on a wall was able to enjoy a cup of coffee at the Duncan donuts as well as a coffee for myself and my fiance our son had a donut as well as his mother talked with one of the employees that does the CarHop type delivery and found out some of the hazards that could be avoided by using the loading dock very appreciative of Walmart as well as all at Otsego County sheriff's, Oneonta PD, SUNY Oneonta PD, Cooperstown sheriff's as well as PD and more for doing the shop with a cop Christmas benefit items. pretty well priced in gift boxes for the holidays. Plenty of space between aisles for dual Lane cart traffic.

I like the women's plus size tops and sweaters. In the past few months I have purchased 3 new sweaters, 3 new sweatshirts, a Christmas top & Christmas lounge pants. And 3 or 4 packages of the Mukluk socks! They are great! Soft, and cozy on your feet and they come in many colors! If you wear them, consider your feet very special. They are the best socks I've ever had on my feet! I just love them!

Considering this is the only place where you can get everything in one-stop it's okay. I've had some good some bad things happen there. If I get an employee that goes out of their way to be helpful I let a manager know that they have an excellent person working for them. The same thing can be said for the opposite, too.

Typical busy Walmart. We did a pickup this time because we were in a hurry. Store has some construction going on so it was hard to find the pick up area in the parking lot. But the girl who brought our order out was very friendly. Great personality on a very cold morning

I hate it since they remodel it. It looks like a warehouse. Not inviting at all!! It takes forever to find anything!! Terrible!! Hate the new carts they are huge! I'm under 5ft and can hardly see over it. The only good thing was they had enough registers opened with employees running them. And I think if you use the self checkout, you should get an employees discount or some kind of reward for doing an employees job!!

It is a crowded disorganized mess that I only go to when I have absolutely NO other choice. This is a management issue the staff on the floors are fine. I used to be able to go into just about any Walmart and find everything I needed in fifteen minutes now they have like items in all sorts of different places all over the store. It is extremely overstimulating and hard when you live half an hour away to get what you need and get back home. My time away from home is extremely limited and if I could pay my phone somewhere else I would probably stop going to Walmart altogether.

Was terrible for me.Lighting was so low. Couldn't read the signs or info on what you were looking at. At thought pricing was way to high.Everything was behind glass noughthing to interact with as with basketball hall of fame.I think it's way over exaggerated to go see

Generally a clean store. Well stocked grocery department. We asked an employee where a kitchen item was. He replied, if we have any at all they would be back there, and pointed vaguely towards the back. Very small and out dated selection of picture frames, household furnishings and decor.

Prices are cheapest around fro the most part clothing quality is getting better store is set up nicerDon t like that there are not many cashiers at the store anymore most of the employees are decent but some could use an attitude adjustment !

Having major issues with cashier on a.m shift Oneonta she confronts me everytime I'm on self serve line butts I.nWhen not asked for assistance. HER NAME IS FAITH. She is intrusive combative and confrontational.Interuppts my transactions I'm tired of it

Love the clearance selections. Looks really good in there, but I also feel like it's super high class for walmart. They're changing the clothing section and it looks amazing, but the new clothes are expensive for my budget.

On 12/09/2023 Around 6:00pm at the oneonta ny Walmart I was checked out by a punk looking cashier. Younger, they said nine siblings!?!. Don t know if you can identify this beautiful soul by this description, but, I hope you do. I ve been having struggle after struggle this year with no give. Everytime I think I m about to succeed I fall flat on my face. My daughters disease coming out of remission, on the verge of homelessness with my sick child, my prior employer owing me $4,000.+, nobody hiring me after filling out 50+ applications, not being able to give my child christmas and then being embarrassed every time I go into Walmart because I get food stamps and people behind me in line making rude comments(usually) about me using foodstamps to feed my child. And food prices going up(can t blame this on the store). Anyway back to the point this punkish cashier with 9 siblings, made my night, made me laugh and smile and for once in a very long time made comfortable with being in the store. Please Walmart if you can help anyone out this year with anything please give that associate the best bonus ever because they deserves it more than anyone. Anyways! Happy holidays.

I don't like this place all ways rude and since they have moved everything around it had not helped make shopping easy it's make it even more stressful to a person that all ready had social issues let's make it harder on us.

It's Walmart. Cheap prices. Well stocked. Food store here too as well as Auto Center. Purchased tires and no complaints. Service was fast and professional. This is a super store so as to be expected it's huge. The staff is overworked but they do their best to be helpful.

Since the remodel they took away the selection of scrubs something not as easy to find in our area I was not impressed by the remodel. The way it is organized is not as easy to find what you are looking for. Although there are lot clothes the sizes for plus size women are harder to come by. I ll stick to going to Norwich they have a better set up and scrubs. I don t like the change. I am not able find items I use to be able to get!

I like going to Walmart but I don't like the new arrangement. Everything was so much easier to find before and some of the staff are still trying to learn where things are.

They had what I was looking for, if you're ever in the southern part of Otsego County and need to shop for clothes this is the place. Loved the store outlook too and the selections although I didn't buy a lot of stuff here since I'm not local.

I wish they had frozen "Goya Pateles", frozen "Goya Disco" with the plastic dividers they come 10 in the bag. I like the white dough ones and frozen "Goya Plaintain Leaves".

This is possibly the worst Walmart I've ever been in. I often travel to Cortland, Oneonta, or New Hartford to get items not carried in Norwich. Even in the grocery. Very inconvenient.

We didn't go to the store it self we were at the eye doctor getting a exam and then picked new glasses. Would definitely go back there next year again maybe one of these days we will go to the store and take a look.

Difficult to find what I need as well as to find staff when assistance is needed. Many shelves weren't stocked as well as carts in aisles blocking products with no one there in several different locations

Same as all other wally worlds... But we like this one in particular because the staff is always friendly and accessible.Been to others where the staff actively avoids you, and if you happen to corner a staff member, they generally hate interacting with you... Not here though!
