Useless.I had to get a trailer because I was moving and my total price was $107. Ended up getting charged $198, called the guy and he told me he's not there anymore to call someone else. Oh and it was only 10 o'clock in the morning and on top of that he changed my drop off location 3 hours from my house. I had to call corporate to try and get my money back and change my drop off location. Let's just say nothing got done about it.

I rented a truck and it broke down less than 10 miles from the location. Spent the rest of my evening towing the truck back. No assistance from the dealer. Never going back here again.

I picked up my uhaul here for a move across the country. The customer service was exceptional to say the least. Eric went out of his way to meet me, after normal business hours, at 9 pm on a Friday night, to ensure that I would be set up and ready to hit the road as early as possible the next day. He was able to get me in and out and on the road in no time. He also offered his assistance in getting my trailer hooked up and car secured early the next morning. This is your place to go for uhauls, storage, windows, and doors in the oneonta N.Y. area. Definitely a hidden gem.

I was the only customer there and it took 55 minutes for my payment to go through. None of this was on me end. I attempted to use two different credit cards, cash and check. The employee (Eric) was unable to use the technology to process the order. He had to make two different phone calls before someone was able to hold his hand on how to process an order. He repeatedly had to start over because he was having technical difficulties. At one point he told me that my credit card had expired, he read the 01/18 to be January 18th rather than January 2018. Never again will I go there or suggest anyone I know in the area to go there.

We picked up a trailer from this location. The customer service was great!! The process was quick and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were connected and ready to tow. We highly recommend this location for your towing needs!!!
