I worked with Matt H. to pick out my new car. I had a great experience! I went in to test drive some cars. The one that I wanted was not available on the lot. However, Matt went above and beyond to see when the one I wanted would be available! The exact one that I wanted was not scheduled to be delivered. He was able to put an order in for me, so I could have the car and color that I wanted. He is a great salesmen. I would definitely recommend.

First time @ this particular dealership. I m disabled and was unable to detail my vehicle myself as I would usually would. I had the chance to get my vehicle detailed in the near past and it didn t go well. First, the car was washed, not dried and tires/ rims weren t even rinsed off. Second time(same day). Washed body/rims& tires this time; it wasn t dried off. Third time it was dried off and brought it to the service manager attention and he was taken that someone would complain. This was done in November. I gave them a second chances to keep a customer when I tried to make another appointment for detailing and was told to wait until the end of the service day before I could make apt. Basically denied me any further car washes. This process in my eyes is a direct reflection of the service manager and his inability to manage the employee, who s cleaning vehicles. This reviews was solely based on my (1) visit.Due to this particular visit, I will not do business with this dealership for future sales or service. Hope this helps others seeking an opinion from a prior customer.P/s -I have worked @ a car dealership in the past; detailing loaners, owners & shuttle vehicles along with property management for 3 of the dealerships sister brand( Kia Saturn & Chevrolet) & bank & Dmv runs also driving vehicle for mechanics to pass inspection all while keeping the garage cleaned on daily basis. Our csi index was spectacular.I ve been to other Honda dealerships that will beg customers for scores of 100 or 5 stars prior to even serving your vehicle. Which is bizarre.

Matt is excellent!! Twenty stars His knowledge, care, professionalism and customer service are second to none!! He has gone above and beyond in aiding my new (to me) vehicle purchase. I appreciate all he does for me and that smile, too

Always a pleasure getting a vehicle from Honda. Never issues and always takes care of me and my wife when we get cars from them. Been going here for 10 years. Always a pleasure to work with Matt H there salesman. Just got my wife her new car everything she wanted. He s very knowledgeable and knows what he s doing and very nice to work with

About 5 years ago my CRV had a recall that needed to be addressed. My local Honda dealer wasn't answering the phone when I was calling to make an appointment, and the next closest one was Scoville-Meno, which is about an hour and a half from me. I made the appointment with them anyway because it was urgent. I was so pleasantly surprised with their service department. I had them do an inspection and oil change while I was there for the sake of killing three birds with one stone. They were quick, friendly, and very inexpensive. Not what you'd expect from a dealership! When the time came 2 years later to replace that CRV, I knew I would give Scoville-Meno a chance. My first stop though, was at another dealer with whom I also had an appointment. I fell in love with the car I test drove there, but the salesman I was working with didn't really give me the time of day. When he left me to go help a couple who had walked in, I left and met with Tim H. at Scoville Meno. Immediately, Tim showed me respect, listened to me, and showed me around the lot. I fell in love with the Pilot, and he made it so easy for me to trade my CRV in and gave me a great deal. When my lease was up 3 years later, there was no question. This time, Tim got us in a beautiful Ridgeline, which my. husband is obsessed with. Thank you so much, Tim H! We will be giving him our business whenever possible, and recommend him and Scoville Meno in general to anybody we can!

The Parts And Service Department Need ToGet Trained On Customer Service.Everyone Coming Into The Parts And Service Department To Do Business,Should Be Treated With Respect Without Employee Attitude. No Question Is A Stupid Question.

I have had 3 Honda vehicles serviced and purchased 2 from this dealership over the last decade and every time the staff have been polite, candid and knowledgeable. My experience here has been great and I would 10/10 recommend to friends and family.

It was our first time there to service our Honda. We usually do all our business at Mohawk Honda. It took an hour to change our battery. People were cordial enough but not nearly as friendly as we're used to. We definitely missed the customer service. Not sure that they've won us over as customers.

Joseph is amazing. I ve never had someone listen to what I really want and find me vehicle that fits what I want so perfectly. To top it off he gave me a monthly rate and never went above it, even as we added protection and other costs. This guy is awesome, I ll be referring everyone I know to him. Thank you so much Joe!!!

I bought a 2016 wrx from them. At first they seemed cool but then we had an agreement that before I get the car it would have brakes rotors, tires, and a whole bunch of other things done to it. When I went to pick it up nothing was done, barely had brakes car had 10 quarts of oil in a 4 cylinder engine (only supposed to have 5.4). Honestly regret buying from them. Not a good experience. I will never buy another car from them and would suggest nobody else to buy from them. Scam artists. Wish there was a zero star review option because I would choose that.

Thank you Matt for a great and easy car buying experience!! I bought my new HR-V over the phone! I call on Thursday and my car was delivered on Saturday! I new what I wanted and Matt answered all my questions. Scoville Meno Honda is a friendly and great place to buy a Honda!!

Joe Kehl was our salesman and he tries hard to give service and please his customers. The manager is also very pleasant and straight forward. No games. This seems to be a very honest dealership, with good service where I spoke to several repeat and happy customers. Thank you Joe for your time and effort.

What awesome customer service they have. I had a minor problem with my 1997 Honda. They had me in and out in a short period of time. This was my first time but it won't be the last time. I feel comfortable taking my 22 year old car there anytime I need any repairs.

Best place around to get a used or new car. Not too mention that they have multiple locations to pick from and will deliver any of their cars to the location of your choosing. Always friendly staff, and affordable pricing and honest rates. Just an all around great experience.

they got me in the same day and repaired what I needed in 40 minutes. staff are so friendly and helpful and the facility is so comfortable and clean. they even washed my car for free before I left!

First time Honda buyer. Always had a VW. They left Oneonta, so I leased a Honda CR-V AWD EX.. Salesman was Bob. Told him I wanted a no money down deal. He made it happen. Only thing I had to pay was the first month payment at pick up. He explained everything about the car, and more. He was outstanding. Brandie handled all the paperwork, explained everything. They are both exceptional employees! Love the car! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very happy!

The sale manager DAVE is the most disrespectful person i have ever met! I was pushed into a lease last year, since then i have had nothing but problems with the lease. The biggest problem was when the doors wouldn't stay latched and shut on my 3 year old daughter. After this i was told the van was having malfunctions and i would be let out of me lease free and clear. Then we found another vehicle and was told it would be ready monday afternoon, this was on a saturday. I called and i was told they couldn't get the bank to allow me in that car. So Dave tried to push me into another car that i didn't want. I asked if i could look on other lots, he said yes as long as you buy a HONDA we will let you out of your lease. Well needless to say i found another HONDA same price as the one i wanted on their lot and got approved through a bank for the same payment DAVE promised me. When it came time to turn in my lease Dave said he wasn't releasing me out of my lease AFTER i bought another HONDA. He told me i had to take it up with HONDA because he didn't sell me the car. If it isn't his sale he doesn't care about what kind of hardship he puts on someone. Not only did he LIE but he had the service department scrape off my inspection so i couldn't take the car off the lot. This would have made me have a lease payment and a new car payment. When i went into get me keys Dave laughed and smiled like nothing was wrong! The only reason why i put one star is because DEBBIE at the service, she has tried to help every time i have gone in. Have your car serviced DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

Best customer service amd they have done such a good job qith my mew 2019 accord sport 2.0t 6 speed. They never give me grief or hassel about things. The car is amazing. Amd if u need a great car with amazing servive. Contact Nat. He ao2ld me mine. Cant explain how much I love this car. Big thanks to the service dept. For the amazing job thw did biffing out the surface scratches yesterday. I recommend anyome looking for a honda got to oneonta
