There are NO Words, good enough to describe these People, and This Business. I was treated with the Utmost Respect and Empathy with My Situation. Lydia and Her Husband were VERY Helpful, Supportive and Empathetic in my Time of Need!**A little background**I hit a deer back in February of 2023, My Husband Told me we were going to fix my Car. Instead when My Tax Return Hit the Joint bank account, he took the Money and Ran -He ended up leaving me with only $2,400.00.Not only was I devastated About My Marriage, but I was Also Immobile. Not having a car was VERY hard. Until I remember the Job Precision Collision did on my car before. (Headlight and Front Bumper repair from a deer back in 2021.)They were the only people who did a Beautiful Job on My Car, Harriet. So I quickly picked up the phone and gave them a ring around 3pm.Lydia answered promptly after the second ring. She was very sweet and Inviting. She asked questions and got to Educate herself on my Situation a little better. I was COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT with her regarding My Finances, and the things he was doing to me.She Told me that they Wanted to tow it Immediately. They arranged for a Tow to get my car off His Property, WITHOUT the keys. (I had no way to get it to them.)She was very Concerned and Focused On Getting my Car to the shop before they did anything to it and she made it a priority. It was a weight off my Chest to have her Work so diligently for me!! The VERY NEXT MORNING at around 7:45am, I got Word that My Car was being towed back to the shop!! SO FAST!Once there, they Looked over my Girl and see what Damages she acquired. They Came Up with a List Of Parts and Pieces that I needed to make her work and run again. Lydia also Quoted me for different Jobs. (Labor+Parts+Paint, Etc.)We worked very closely on Getting parts, and finding them and making them work.Throughout the Process of having my Car Fixed, she was Very Honest, She kept an Open Line of Communication at ALL TIMES, Not Just THROUGH the Phone, but Via EMAIL, as well!!Thank you to the Guys who brought my Girl Back to Life. Thank you for your time, energy, effort and skills to Make It happen. Your determination has brought back Hope in my Life just by making me Mobile again.There was absolutely No stressful Parts to this Process whatsoever.At the end of it all, they Only Had decided to Charge Me $1,000.00 for the Labor. I am Extremely Blessed and Grateful to have entrusted Precision Collision with My Car. And I couldn t have found, or wanted anyone better, to do this Job. I had already found the Best.I will ALWAYS recommend This Auto Body Shop. Not only were they diligent in every aspect of their Jobs, but their Compassionate Was Priceless Thank you, AGAIN SOOOO MUCH!!My Recommendations:-This Place, No Where Else!! Pros:-Empathy-Diligence and Hard Working-Takes Pride in the Job they Do-Honest Business and People!-Financially Understanding-Kind and Understanding Owners/People-Communication is SUPERB!!-Speedy and Efficient-Supportive in All AspectsCons:-NO CONS!!

We have had work done by them over the years due to deer collisions. However recently(2months ago) my son had an accident with my old Saturn. The bumper needed to be replaced. I went to theses folks and the lady that does the logistics for the shop said that she would order the bumper and call me to arrange the repair. I went in several times to check and seemed she was just blowing smoke at me. If you do not want to do the job because there is no money in it, or for whatever reason be honest. I will go elsewhere in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Precision made it as easy as possible for me and took care of all of the paperwork. It is apparent that they are extremely customer service oriented. They made the repairs pretty quick, and the work performed was out of this world. Not only did they complete the bodywork to satisfaction, but they also detailed the car. When I received my car back, it was almost if it was brand new. Unbelievable! Thank you so much to all of the staff over at Precision Collision. Highly recommended!!Service: Body & Trim

We have had the most pleasant and positive experience with Precision Collision. We all go there due to unpleasant circumstances and the crew at PC knows just how to make the process positive. As others have stated our car was returned in the same shape it was in the day it rolled out of the dealership. And you would never ever know anything had happened. From paint job to driving performance to stellar customer service, Precision Collision is the BOSS of repair in our region. We will never be able to say enough about them. Hit a deer? While vacationing in the area, I damaged my front fender. After using a bungee cord and duct tape to reattach it, I visited several top rated body shops in Oneonta to get it repaired. They all told me it would take weeks or months to fit my job in since they were so booked up. Precision Collision assessed the job and said they could get aftermarket parts within a week and do the repair job within a few days once parts were in. As promised, they did the job in a timely way and charged the exact (reasonable) price quoted in the original estimate. Communication and quality of work was GREAT! Precision Collision handled the repairs to the front of my Honda CRV after I hit a deer recently. They did a super job repairing my vehicle and you would never know that the accident happened. I will also add that my car came back so clean, I almost didn't recognize it! Nice people, great work and a made a good experience out of a bad one. I will definitely use them again, should I need to - there are a lot of deer out there, so it's good to have a place that can fix the damage! Thank you!

Great service polite and helpful. Beautiful body work!! Unfortunately for me Iv had work done on my vehicle multiple times but fortunately Precision Collision does the best job. My car came out looking better then the day I bought it. Will only use them in future
