The gutters on my house were in need of some serious TLC. I found PJ Power Wash online and spoke with Patrick. He went to my house same day and provided a quote for the work and when he would be available. I found his prices to be very reasonable and and he was very professional. He showed up on time and completed our job quickly. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.

Patrick was awesome! Everything about the whole process was topnotch! Communication, value, and professionalism to a degree not seen today! Patrick worked with me and waited for the tree to finally drop it's leaves, trimmed the branches laying on my roof, and he also repaired a loose shingle, and repaired my down spout on the garage all for a satisfactory price. Lifelong customer now. Thank you Patrick!!

Patrick was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, friendly, and courteous. He did an outstanding job cleaning our house, roofs, and decks. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of work done. Patrick takes pride in his work and loves what he does and that makes for an outstanding experience for his customers. I contacted pj power wash because I read the excellent reviews about the company and owner, Patrick. Patrick initially came to view my house and then outlined exactly what I could expect, how much it would cost and when the work could be done. He sent a written proposal, outlined all of the costs in detail and provided different options with recommendations. His fees are very reasonable. Today he arrived on time, got straight to work and made my house look like it hasn t looked in years. He was careful with the roof, meticulous and thorough. Additionally he is a lovely man and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this hard working professional. 5 stars for pj power wash!

Patrick the owner is quite simply amazing.Shows up on time, provides an exceptional power washing service with the right materials and equipment, knowledge and work experience to make your home look like new.Truly the easiest business experience I have ever had.My house siding looks brand new.Couldn t be happier. Patrick power washed our house, porches, deck, railings, and stone walkways getting rid of dirt, organic growth, and debris! The siding looks new again and the blue stone walkways are gorgeous! We highly recommend Patrick! He is so knowledgeable, professional, and responsible!

Patrick is one of the nicest people I ve met. Hardworking and professional. Showed up on time, and went right to work. Power washed my entire two story house, decks, and garage. Everything looked new. I highly recommend PJ Power Wash! Excellent job!

We used Pat to power wash our home in Cooperstown NY. We had a large patch of Lichen on our metal roof (It covered most of the roof on one side) as well as on our home. Pat removed everything without evidence that it had ever been there! On top of making our entire house shine! He is VERY responsive and professional as well as fairly priced, we will using Pat in the future for power washing and highly recommend him!

Patrick is the most reliable worker I have seen in a long time. He was on time, professional but friendly, and very reasonable for a great job. My white house will be the envy of Milford. I would recommend him to all. My husband the profectionist says it was GREATTT. That is something coming from him. I will be using him in the future and you should try him now. Thanks Patrick

Patrick recently powerwashed our home and the result was amazing. Our 10 year-old vinyl siding looks new; plus the white window vinyl trim actually is gleaming! The artillery fungus that covered one side of our house is all gone. So pleased with how our home looks! Furthermore, Patrick was so pleasant, very professional, and punctual. Definitely someone you want to do business with. His work was worth every penny.

Overall excellent services, highly professional and courteous. Patrick drove one hour to my house to make an estimate. On the cold day of the service, he showed up on time and did a great job. I was not expecting that the old wooden garage can be restored. He also did extra cleaning at no charge, that includes cleaning a big rock near my house which was overtaken by mold and moss. Our house had sat in the country for 20 years getting greener and greener. I saw Patrick's sign on 23 and called. Patrick is a very professional and an all round good guy. He took care not to disturb my Pheobe nest over a window. The house is sparkling now. Patrick took the time to answer our questions and he took photos first. What a pleasure to do business with Patrick. He knows what customer service is all about. Patrick is on every job, quotes every job, and doesn't hard sell you on anything more than what you want. His rates are reasonable and he personifies the old adage, "Service with a Smile!" My husband and I highly recommend Patrick.

PJ Power Wash was the first call I made, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Pat came out the day I called to take a look at my deck and give me a power wash estimate. He was back within a week to do the job. My deck had definitely taken a hit from winter s wrath, but Pat cleaned it up beautifully and made it look brand-new. I will definitely use PJ Power Wash again. Excellent customer service, coupled with reasonable rates, made for a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend!Service: Power/pressure washing

PJ Powerwash turned our dull, grey, moldy, 4,000 square foot cedar shake house into an absolutely gorgeous new home!! PJ is extremely professional, attentive, honest, genuine, timely, and communicative. His attention to detail was impeccable and it shows in the quality of his work. I just had my house and the gutters serviced by PJ Power Wash. I chose this company based on the reviews. I can say I am not disappointed . The quality of the job was fantastic. I have been getting compliments on how my house look now. I knew what to expect at every step of the way. Very punctual, very responsible, price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business. We recently moved to Oneonta and our house was severally neglected inside and out for many years. We needed the house power washed because of all the green moss. I emailed Pat and he responded very quickly.He came out to the house to give us an estimate. With the crazy weather and we where having a new roof put on it took a few weeks before we could get it done..after the first try (the well went dry) Pat came back and finished.The house looks awesome and so does the walk way and deck. It was definitely a challenge but Pat did an amazing job..we would definitely call him again..besides doing such a great job he was so personable..I felt like he was an old friend..Thank you PatService: Power/pressure washing

I called PJ Power Wash and I got an immediate response. He was there when he said he was going to be, and the price was very reasonable. Not to mention how great the house looked after Pat was done. It not only saved a lot of time, but well worth the money. I would highly recommend PJ Power Wash.

Patrick came over to my elderly Moms house and was so nice and courteous to my Mom and sister. His professional manner was outstanding.
