Stopped in a little over a month ago to look , my lease was up in April and really wanted to get back into a ford . Didn't really find what I was looking for but wasn't that concerned still had over a month and they said they would look and find something for me. 2 weeks goes by I call and she said she's moving into service dept.and she will give my info to her manager. It's now April 1 and have not heard from them, luckily I Stopped at Williams Ford in Vestal and gave me a great deal, wifes looking for a new vehicle also,won't be going to Oneonta Ford. This isn't the first time I have tried to deal with them.

We had such a wonderful experience at Oneonta Ford! We looked at a few cars on their lot and mentioned to Kevin that we really wanted a Honda CR-V and he called us as soon as he got one. He went out of his way to make sure the whole car buying process from start to finish was as smooth and easy as possible. Highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a car

I just bought a new Mustang Mach E from Oneonta Ford's representative Kevin Zach. What a peach! He got me the best car for the best price and was super-helpful, courteous and easy-going. If a zero emission Mustang blows you off the road it's me loving my new Ford from Oneonta.

This review is to share a HUGE thank you to all the folks over at Oneonta Ford. It's been a dream of mine to buy a Ford Bronco since they started making them again. It's been so hard with all the up-charging and horse manure that goes on at dealerships. Not O-Ford. They were kind and patient with me. It took 7 months, but I have the most gorgeous Ford Bronco Outer Banks out there! I'm loving the ride and can't thank them enough for all their help and decency. It goes a long way with me. Thanks specifically Danny B, Russell, and Kyle. You guys make a great team!

I have been in the market for a Maverick for some time now. I was going to order my vehicle with another dealership, but the sales person there was not great so I started looking elsewhere. That is when I stumbled upon Oneonta Ford and decided to make a trip there. Kevin was fantastic and was able to assist me while going over pricing and details of new Mavericks. Kevin showed me their current inventory on the lot to show me everything they have to offer. I was so happy that he took the time to actually help me versus the other dealership. Thank you!

Just starting my car buying experience and have had terrible luck with high pressure sales. A friend said he had a guy named Kevin in Oneonta. We took the trip. He was so nice and knowledgeable. Really a great guy. Told him I wasn t quite ready to buy a car yet but still took the time with me. I will be back when I am ready!!!

Just bought a new Ford Bronco Sport and I am loving it. Great experience at Oneonta Ford. Kaylee made everthing easy and explained all the new gadgets on the car and helped us to get the best deal. Russell the finance manager made the transaction go smooth. Highly recommend this dealership for a smooth ride!

I will start by saying I hate car shopping! However .My experience with Oneonta Ford was exceptional! I just might be able to stop saying I hate car shopping.My experience- I spoke on the phone with sales (Kevin Zach) and gave him my price range and other specifications I was looking for.. I arrived at the dealership shortly after we spoke and he had two possible options pulled up for us to look at. He was knowledgeable on both.After choosing a vehicle our experience continued to be smooth and painless!Russell (finance) was great at providing information on warrantees so we could the best choice for our situation.Exceptional Experience start to finish!!

We bought a 2023 Ford Maverick. Ordered 9/16/22 and picked up 13 months later. Kyle P. did a nice job keeping us up to date. The Ford tracking app was informative too. Picking up the truck was easy. Paperwork organized. A good session on how the car works. A bag of Oneonta Ford goodies finished the deal. Love the truck.

Steer clear of this StealershipI am responding to Oneonta Ford's response. First off, I have contacted you. And your service and parts department are very unprofessional. Not once did your employees go above or beyond the bare minimum to assist me. And with speaking with you the owner directly, you tried to lead me to believe that you were going to sell me a part at a dicounted price. When in fact I bought the same part at another dealership for the same price you said you would discount it to. You state you value your customers, I my case where do you see me as a valued customer.Steer clear of Oneonta Ford LLCI purchased a Ford Explorer from Oneonta Ford in June 2023, it was a pre owned vehicle. Last month, (January) I had complete steering failure while driving on the interstate at highway speed. The dash idiot light said, complete steering failure, stop safely. Luckily I was able to stop safely. My mechanic diagnosed the issue, and I needed a new rack and pinion. My mechanic called Oneonta Ford and was told the part is on backorder, and could take months to get. I contacted Cooperstown Ford and they located one for me within minutes, and even made arrangements to get it shipped to their location. I then contacted Oneonta Ford to see if they could get one as well, I was told they found one and they would sell it to me at a discounted price. Only problem is they inflated the original price and then offered it to me at the same cost that I paid Cooperstown Ford. So they jacked up the price, and made it look like they were doing something nice for me.I have contacted Ford Co. to see if they could be of any help, and they say there have been no recalls and they will not assist with any relief for this. Look on the internet for steering issues with Ford, you will see numerous. Ford will not stand behind its product. So stay away from Ford.

Five Starts! 2 Thumbs up! Danny Beiderman Saves the Day!I called Danny and told him what I was looking for, what I had to trade in, down payment amount, and what I could afford monthly. He found me a vehicle THAT DAY that met all my criteria. We went and looked at it, test drove it, and picked it up the next day! We love it! Danny was professional, honest, personable and pretty much a magician for making this the easiest, fastest, most enjoyable vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. I hope he stays in the business for a long time, because I can't picture ever trying to purchase another vehicle without him making it happen. Thank you so much Danny!

In April we took our Escape to them and told them we lost power going up a hill.called told us that they drove the Escape up the hill going towards Delhi and it ran fine. The very next day the engine died. It was no longer covered by warranty. So we took it to another mechanic frustrated. They replaced the engine the first engine they got didn t work. We just got the escape back. Guess what the engine doesn t have power going up hill. I noticed a huge cloud of smoke when my husband started the escape. The Cadillac converter caused all this trouble to begin with. So we are without a vehicle almost 4 months. I would think the dealership mechanics could have figured this out from the beginning.Prior to this my husband took the car to have something fixed and they told him him it was a recall fixed the recall then decided that we couldn t have our car back because it was due for an inspection my husband said ok. $600 later for an inspection because something was wrong. They didn t explain it well either. This was in March. After getting the car from the recall and very expensive recall the power issues start. I will never go here again and I will never buy a FORD again. Crooks.

Great news! Shortly after leaving my previous review I received a call from Mindy Pope the owner. She was upset to see a negative review. We discussed our issue with her and she guaranteed that it would be addressed to our satisfaction. She arranged for the scratch to be repaired and repainted. A lady of her word! Very satisfied now.
