The bank as a whole, NBT, doesn t work with you as a person. They don t even try to work with you to understand your situation or try see if there s another way that can help. They simply say, no, sorry. No explanation. I have never been treated like that at a bank and will definitely be staying with my current bank.

Don t go to this branch and expect quality customer service. One branch in the area that can accommodate customers needs and it has no hours on weekends. After 12 years with the company I will be closing my account in the very near future for a bank that can provide quality service.

I don t know how to get my online banking to work so I never know how much $ I have in the bank so it pisses me off inside I need help but with this whole COVID 19 it s hard to talk to someone to fix my problem
