They have a lot of materials for not being a superstore. Their prices are okay, and they have knowledgeable, friendly staff. I cannot compare them to a superstore, as their space is smaller, so they do not carry as many products, but they carry the major ones. They have an additional service desk for construction materials/building supplies. They are well organized.

I went here because it's an ace store or affiliated with it. The advertised merchandise was not available there either sold out or they just didn't carry it. Was going to buy something else that I found there but the woman at the cash register was busy attending to the phone even though no one else was online or even close to it. I left my merchandise at the counter and walked out because she was more interested in helping the person on the phone been worrying about the customer walking out the door. They do have a wide selection of stuff and I've been there before but very upset with what was missing and the inattentive cashier

Great store.Staff is very helpful and professional.. Very willing to help problem solve basic home owner concerns their customers bring to them.Yeah for Munsons!!!!

Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable at the back desk. The young man who was in the customer service dept, helped a lot. And the gentleman at the back desk was able to provide me with the service i needed. Amazing store and would recommend it 10/10

Had to buy some fix-a-flat, and when I had my tire still needed air. They told me to pull around back and filled me up free of charge. They will always have my business. Extremely friendly.

Munson it a excellent company! I have been using them for a number of years and have got nothing but professional service in all my dealings with them. The lumber and other building supplies are superior to the big chain hardware stores, and they provide high level of knowledge on how to pick use the correct products. They have also supported the Community Outreach Project (COP) which provide construction services for the less fortunate in the Oneonta Area.

Very nice people to deal with. Especially the rental service is very good and reasonable. Rented an excavator once that broke down. The owner came out and replaced it immediately. I would recommend this place anytime.

Munson's is great. I always go there for wood and hardware for big projects. Better wood at a lower price than the box stores

I think that all the personnel @ Munsons are treated like family and are extremely knowledgeable about the products sold or rented, it's a pleasure shopping there .
