They have everything you would need in respect to tools. They have lifetime warranties on most hand tools. Great store.

Store is well stocked and laid out nicely.You have the choice of inexpensive to professional grade tools and equipment.Staff is very helpful, even brought out and loaded items into car.What a tool store should be.

Who doesn't love $2 hammers and a socket wrench set for $5. Not to mention sand blast cabinets and hydraulic presses as seen in machine shops for under $1K. Great store for 1-2 time use equipment. Sometimes even more though.

DON'T buy the warranty! My husband bought a warranty for a light that we had to replace 3x. They refused to honor the warranty. . They told him they can't find him in their system. He buys there all the time

Spent a good amount of time just walking through all the isles. Probably the best pricing around for hardware and home improvement tools among other things. Even signed up to get email offers. Top notch customer service and offered local competitors when they didn't sell the item I was looking for.

Always my go to store to roam around check things out and buy some stuff.. the staff is always helpful and willing to help and find the items you need as sometimes they're placed in odd places per corporate orders. Rarely do they not have what I need in stock

This location is an EXTEREMELY POOR and WRECKLESS choice IF:1) You want all the parts to come in the box (several instances of missing key parts - like tonight, in the middle of a critical job no less. That explains the extra packing tape!!!!)BUYER BEWARE are enjoy putting the junk back in the box to get a refund or prove. It's not worth the hassle.2) You think the products on the shelf (displays) represent what is available3) You need quick serviceDon't get me wrong, HF can be a lifesaver. BUT, if able and it's critical or time sensitive, take the time you may waste and drive to another HF. The chain is great, but this location needs profound attention.

Stopped to pick up a few items, was assisted by Supervisor Brandon, he is very motivated and takes his job to heart. Several items I was looking for were not on the shelf, he took the extra effort to search a new shipment in the stock room. Brandon is valuable Harbor Freight employee!

This is a fun place to shop. Even though I am a woman and my husband probably enjoy it more than me I always find gadgets and things that I can use in my daily life and enjoy going with him. It is clean and organized.

Today we shopped at Harbor Freight. We were looking for a few items that my husband really. They hadn't been put on the shelf yet. Kayla asked if she could help. Twice Kayla went in the back and brought out everything my husband needed!! Most would have told us that they were out!!! Kayla is an employee to be proud of! Also Brandon was on the register and was really funny and appreciated us as customers. We really look forward to shopping again at Harbor Freight. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Great place to go for inexpensive tools that have good enough quality for homeowners & backyard mechanics. They have a large quanity of gas powered & air powered or cordless tools besides all the hand tools. If you've never been, treat yourself!

Lots of hardware for almost any type of situation. Whether it's power tools, camping and hunting gear, small electrical, etc.Sure there are other hardware stores around, but if you're like me and don't need some speciality part, and don't feel like going through 15 endless isles, searching endlessly for what you need then this is definitely where you want to be and need to go.Customer service is quick and eager to help. Although finding what you need is as easy as I mentioned above.All in all I can whole heartedly recommend giving this store a chance.

Clean and tidy, this place has most of what you could ever need around the house or hobby shop. Great for someone not looking to spend professional $$$ but still get the occasional job done.

Made a purchase of a car canopy, was told by the supervisor that an exchange or refund was available with a call to the store, because of windage of my work area. 2 weeks go by and it breaks as expected. Go down to talk to the same supervisor when I could break away, got told I was lying and nothing was done after purchasing the 1 year extended protection. Awful way to communicate with customers that had me leaving the store angry and out almost $150

I gave this place one star because I had to otherwise they would ve got -10 stars I don t like businesses that close 10 minutes early don t be lazy. Do your job stay open till nine like you say

Alex is the most happy enthusiastic worker we have ever met. So incredibly helpful and upbeat. Someone give that man a raise..If only we lived in a world where everyone was that positive, happy and helpful...this world would be a better place.

Its was an amazing store rt in ONEONTA and the staff was super friendly! Great service, cant wait to go back and shop the HUGE selection of tools and at home handyman items. I love this place!

The quality of the items sold here has improved so much in the last few years with only marginal cost increase i especially like the new ICON line of tools and boxes, but I'm still a big fan of their USGeneral line of tool boxes, they are exactly what a home owner do it yourselfer needs...

Jen, the manager was thie first to ask if I needed any assistance, altho they didnt have what i was looking for, she did a hell of a job helping and was direct. Good service and polite staff all did well during my visit.

I Bought a pair of Sheet metal Sheers from This Store. It was Friday so the 20 % Coupon was in effect like every weekend. I didnt see it in my Phone and The Thin Blonde Cashier was telling me to pay Full price and i had 90 days to get the 20 % coupon? She didnt know to tell me to go on Harbour Freight Database on Google and get the Coupon! None of these people will give you the flier with the coupon! I cant believe how clueless the staff was in The Oneonta Harbour Freight! I never had a bad experience at The Centereach or Bayshore store! In Oneonta they wont even tell you a 20% coupon even exists on The weekends!! I have been going to Harbour Freight for years on Long Island and im very disapointed in the Oneonta Store.

Decent prices but you need to know what your buying since quality is hit it miss and you will "get what you pay for" as the saying goes. With that said you can find good deals if you watch.
