Andrew Trevino is an outstanding person and sales person. He picked me up at my house on the morning of delivery and transported me to the dealership to finalize the purchase. Additionally, when we couldn't get everything set up with OnStar because I didn't have a password with me, he came to my house and finalized everything the very next morning. He, and others, at the dealership were very professional and it was a pleasure working with all. Best wishes to all!

The service writer was very helpful and informative. First thing checked key fob battery and advised me that the battery was low and showed me how to change as he replaced the battery. He also, told me of services available to help increase fuel efficiency and engine performance. Was very pleasant and did his job very professionally.

Country Club Motors care not about getting good cars but the well being of the customers. When I first bought my 2015 Chevy Equinox in 2018, the first thing I was told about it was its safety features. I brought along my daughter a year later to get her own car. The processing was efficient! Then my Chevy broke down and the dealership got me a new car right away. My recent visit for repair was quick and I was taken care of immediately. I was even provided service to take me to work.

I went in because my 2019 silverado was not detecting my key fob. I asked them to open the fob, i replaced the battery and my vehicle was still not detecting the fob. I went back, purchased a new fob, waited about 2 hours to have it programmed, just to be told its not working and they need to keep it longer to diagnose for more money. I was already going to be charged for the fob and time and I did not have the money for more diagnose time. I was charged $369 for a new fob and program time, but still have the same issue. My original fob, and a new fob that do not work. Nothing changed except I m out $369.

Had my car all day but didn't pull it in till I call at the end of the day saying I needed it. Pulled it in after finding out I didn't have a warrantee and not telling me so I got a diagnosis of something I already had done and I had to pay for it again.

Linda was very helpful and informative. I came in to get new tires mounted and balanced and they checked if I needed an alignment. They checked everything and ended up didn t need an alignment. Made me feel very secure and safe with my truck. Overall very happy with the Country Club team!!

They are the biggest scammers in town been ripping people off for years. I wouldn t let the service manager run a produce stand the most unprofessional person I ve ever dealt with.

A truly memorable experience. The deal from start to finish was seamless and very transparent. The delivery process was also five star. Not only did one of the owner of the store himself walk me through the ins and outs and truck, but I m quite sure he was equally if not more excited about it than I was! Everyone I had an interaction with at Country Club was a class act. I live two hours away and made inquiries and had interactions with other stores. The hometown feel and the level of service at Country Club was unmatched and is so few and far between these days. It would seem impossible to duplicate this in the big stores.I couldn t have been more satisfied

Went for an oil change and when they found something wrong they explained it throughly. They took the time to talk out how I would know what to look for in the future.

The salesman I had, Brandon kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. It was nice to be able to text him and get a quick response. The dealership was more than fair with my trade in. It was a quick and easy buying experience when the truck finally did come in. All the staff that I had dealt with were very helpful and respectful, a very nice team to deal with glad that it all had worked out. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Country Club for the great transaction.

As my 2008 Avalanche fast approaches 200,000 miles (195,000), all of my service needs have been handled by Country Club.My interactions with Management and the Service Group have always been excellent which is why I continue to come back time and time again. While all of my main contacts over the 15 years, specifically in Service, have all changed, I'm hopeful that Country Club will continue to ensure that long time Clients like myself can depend on the new faces we meet.Special thanks to Ray in Service for his professionalism and communication. Well done!- Mark Guardino

Great job country club I guess you never heard of toque spec my aunt also bought a truck from there and had continuous squeaking problems went and had it looked at they said everything was fine. I m a previous mechanic from there so I jacked the truck up took a look the slid pins were seized on the front right side and the pad hardware was missing. Put it back together went to get parts replaced both front brakes on the left side the sway bar link was non existent. This is a truck that was bought 6-8 months ago and already needed front brakes and a new sway bar link, while the entire time the salesman has texted to get service done on the truck and after telling him about this problem it is still ignored. They just want your money they don t care for your safety.

Bought my truck to country club in oneonta ny. 2021 gmc sierra.I have noticeable brake scrubbing sounds at lowspeeds. Around 15-20mph. After a couple days of back and forth, eventually I took the manager for ride to hear it. He was going to stand at the door while i drive it, had to coerce him to hop in. Sounds echoed off vehicles, left and right through the parking lot. He still "could not hear it". I'm very mechanically inclined. It's not from the sounds of air hitting the new rotors. I wasn't looking for a warranty service due to myself replacing rotors and pads myself. They charged me for a brake service, which I had already done myself. Scrubbing noise still persists. They said the only other thing they can do is trear them apart again and do another brake service. That didn't fix my issue the first time. Why in the world would anyone in the right mind go ahead and do that again. This is why I have never trusted dealerships to work on my vehicles. I will never use them again. I don't care if I break down right in front of their shop, and they have an immediate opening. I'll push my car else where. 173 dollars for nothing. Never again!

Brandon took all the stress out of purchasing a new vehicle. Almost immediately upon meeting him, I felt like I was talking to an old friend.

Scheduled service for a second time since they didn't install the jumper harness when they did the recall airbag and blamed it on wasn't written on work order. Dropped truck off in the afternoon because they said possibility may be able to get it done but if not definitely next morning. I agreed but needed the truck by noon which they said no problem. I ended up not getting there till 2:15 and they hadn't even pulled it in the garage yet. At this point I'm very upset because we live and hour away and have been back and forth to the dealership 4 days in one week for an hour job. Service is clueless and the manager was nowhere to be found. So I get to go home again with no part. This part was a GM bulletin if you had a problem with your instruments while using a plow which I had installed in 2021, but since my truck was not under 3 year 36000 mile warranty I had to pay for it even though I bought the truck from them with plow prep ready in 2015 and now only has 41000 miles. I highly recommend not going here for service. I'll never be back for service or buying another truck.

Told me my engine air filter was bad and needed replacement immediately I went home and checked it first they stripped the 4 screws that hold the filter and then when I finally got into it there was maybe 4 bugs on it. It did NOT need replacement at all. There is only 10,000 miles on the car there is no need to replace.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. That went fine except the engine now has a tapping sound. I was told I needed new tires. True. Also told I needed two tire sensors. My other mechanic (in my old town) told me I only needed one, so two is up for debate so I was charged for two. Now I wonder if they really replaced two. The rep tried to sell me an alignment which I knew was not needed. I called and got a quote on tires, had them ordered. At my appointment they again tried to sell me an alignment showing me a printout in red that I needed a rear alignment for $99.99. I guess the color is supposed to alarm the customer. I said it was fine two weeks ago but if it was needed (which I knew it wasn't). Near check out I was then told that once they had it up on the machine it did not need the alignment and was shown a green printout. At least they didn't push that anymore. Then I got the bill and the price of the tires (4) was $160 more than the quote I was given when I ordered them. I mentioned it and was told it was a "system" error. I am new to the area and looking for a repair shop/dealer I can trust. I will keep looking and only use this dealer if I absolutely have to. Quite disappointing. The dealer I used to go to was not like that. All told, this visit could have cost me almost $300 more than it should have. My car is a 2012 and I really like it and want to keep it.

I have a 2017 Chevy Sierra 1500 44500 miles and I bought it as a demo truck with 5000+ miles on it. I had an appointment to have a leaky antenna fixed and they told me over the phone it was a common problem. I have an extended warranty on my truck and I am only 3000 miles over the GM warranty. They told me the extended warranty does not cover leaks. So I was going to have to shell out the $300+ dollars to fix this defective part. They did offer to pay for $150 of the bill. I opted not to do the repair as I don't feel that I should be the one paying for any part or labor due to a GM defect especially when I have an extended warranty. This is something that will make me reconsider buying GM when I am ready to buy a new truck as this is my second buying from this dealership and also a car. They could have told me over the phone before the appointment that they wouldn't cover the repairs instead of making me drive an hour round trip and wasting more money in fuel. Also if this is a common issue then why is it not being addressed. I will not be paying for extended warranties in the future either.Update: I did talk to one of the owners and he said the sales department would help with another $50 of the bill. That's not good enough for me. I've lost faith in GM and their product. I was not cause of the leaky roof and for an extended warranty not to cover this is beyond my comprehension.

I am Ford Person. Love Fords. However, I rode in a Silverado and I fell in love. and I bought a 2023 Silverado. I also have to say the salesman Ed, was fantastic. he knew his product and answered all my questions.I did test drive 2 Fords, and the salesmans just did not know all the answers. one of the did not know that the transport mode was on and the vehicle would not go over 40 mhp. Love my Chevy Silverado. Thank you Ed.

Below is my original review in quotes. These people read it and say I have the wrong dealership. Consider that. Wouldn't you KNOW that this type of thing happened at your dealership if it had? Is it worse that they aren't aware that this happened at their dealership or that they do know and are lying that it didn't? The service record is under my spouse's name. If they'd like my copy I'll gladly post another image of that. They can't even accept responsibility for this literal deathtrap they created for my family."I brought my Chevy Impala to their service department for an oil change and tire rotation. We later found out the hard way they didn't even attach the wheels properly to the vehicle. Later that week we were driving on I90 at 70 miles per hour when the wheel detached from the vehicle (see photos).Foolishly, we returned there for a simple serpentine belt adjustment which they failed to repair and they call us to tell us they want to replace 4 major engine parts at $1500.They are not honest and certainly not competent. I won't be granting these people access to any vehicle that carries my children in it any longer. I encourage everyone else to do likewise."

Brandon and Frank were great to work with! They went into detail about all documents before signing each one and made sure I understood everything. I didn t feel pressured to buy anything and were very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend country club!
