Kyle was AWESOME!!! What a salesman! He found us a great tractor, kept us up to date until it reached Oneonta. He stood out in the cold and explained how to operate the tractor and while my dad took a test drive. He answered tons of questions and gave us information in hard copy so we could read it at home. Ethan delivered the tractor and was absolutely AMAZING. He went over the tractor with my dad several times until my dad could drive it without a hitch. Did I mention that my dad is five days away from his 92nd birthday? BRAVO to Cazenovia for hiring such WONDERFUL people!!!

We were there when it was closed, so I can't give a customer service review or price evaluation. I can say they have a big selection, and across the driveway, they have used equipment. We ended up buying a zero turn lawn mower from Mr.Jenner across from Tractor Supply .

Not happy with the place. I bought a mower. It took me over 2 years to get it. I know how to upgrade to get a mower a bigger one than what I wanted. I did not recommend the place. Very bad customer service

You really need to work on your customer service. I came in looking to purchase a lawnmower or tractor was treated very rudely by the sales person customer service is important. I would work on it.

I dropped off ours small family mower for a pin and a pulley approximately a month and a half ago. When i dropped it off they said they d call with an estimate before they did anything. Two weeks went by... no call. I called there at least 5 times to check on the status during this time and they kept saying someone would call.... finally nobody returned my call about an update. After several days of phone tag, I finally decided to call before I just went in to ask at which point they said it had been done for a day or two now. Now it s pick up day - no one working at the dealership is wearing a mask.... The mower doesn t start as it s been sitting outside and probably needs a new battery (which it may have needed anyway). That being said you think you would make sure it starts before the customer arrived since it took a month and a half for a seemingly simple fix? We will not be back here, we should have listened to our friends who warned us about the quality of service from this location.

I recently purchased an X570 from the Oneonta location with Andy. I am very pleased with my purchase and the flow of how the transaction occurred. Andy went out of his way to finalize everything in a timely manner. He also made sure that it was detailed and he personally delivered it after hours on the same day that I purchased it. I would highly recommend him as your salesman.

In one sentence:Unbelievable kindness and customer service in every way.In way more sentences :) ...- I am likely going to edit this to add more details later.. but I want to type some now to share with everyone.This is simply the very best sales experience I have ever had for a major purchase of any kind... in my entire life.I have never been treated more kindly, more honestly, nor better by any dealership of any kind.If you are buying a tractor, utv, implement, or anything of the sort... do your research, figure out what you need, then go see Jeremy T. and tell him what you need. Not only will he do amazing by you with the sale, he knows enough to share ideas that may be even better.I asked more questions than could reasonably be answered. I am a nightmare customer, with huge expectations, and a small budget.I asked for volumes of very specific information... "how to" questions.. service questions, machine part questions, "extras"...Cazenovia Equipment delivered this machine customized the exact way I wanted it... they did it on time, under budget, and with so much kindness you would think I owned the place... I feel like I have truly made "friends in the business". Sales.. Awesome, Service after the sale support.. excellent, parts.. beyond courteous and fast...I feel like I stole my new machine, and they thanked me for doing so.I cant say enough good things

I had my 835R gator to this dealership just yesterday. drove 335 miles one way to get it worked on. was very happy with the work they performed on it. tech that worked on it was very knowledgeable and fast too. thought i might have to stay the night and then bring it back home the next day, but he was able to finish in time.then came outside to help me load it in the dark, and held a flashlight for me, so i was able to see to tie it down. i thank u again Russ.Jermeny is who i spoke with to make my appt., he was quite friendly on the phone, and was nice while i was there waiting, as was the rest of the staff i met that day. great people.will i travel 335 miles again? oh yeah!!! thanks again

I purchased a used John Deere X758 and dealt with Jeremy Tripp who was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and made the process fast and effortless. I also thought it was a very fair price that I paid. Thanks!!

This is a zero star review. I brought my weed wacker in to be repaired 10 weeks ago!!! Still not fixed. Customer service is completely non existant. The excuse i was given was they were busy!!! So every repair was taking 10 weeks...i dont think so. I went to pick up my property at 8 weeks i just wanted it back so i could get it fixed. When the service rep brought up the repair computer screen it was blank...it hadn't been looked at. He ran in the back and then came back to get me. The mechanic was now dismantling my machine. He then claimed that it would cost more to repair it then it would to buy a new one. I told him again i just wanted my machine back. We returned to the service counter while the mechanic reassembled my machine. When the mechanic brought my machine up front he couldn't look at me. The service rep then told me i owed $55 and i asked for what and he claimed it was for the diagnostic. I called him on it and he got loud and obnoxious so i told them to keep it i wasn't paying for a fake diagnosis. I called later to talk to a manager and was treated like i was the over reacting but they agreed to repair it for the cost of the parts. I have given up and have purchased a new machine. I no longer care what they do with my machine. I urge anyone who needs something repaired to not bring it to these clowns.

Parts are ordered promptly and the prices are excellent. They are also very helpful. I am actually thinking about trading in my JD on a newer one because of these guys attitude, they didn't even ask me to.
