Ralph is extremely honest, super polite, and very knowledgable. He always has the customer's best interest in mind. The body work completed on my Tahoe was outstanding. The mechanical rates are the fairest in our region. I highly recommend.

Dealt directly with Ralph after my deer accident in June of 2022, despite being steered to another shop in Utica. After 8 weeks of hearing nothing, l again asked Ralph directly about getting my car fixed. He said he'd call me in a few weeks. Never heard back. I have used Ralph's Collision since 1973, for many repairs and service. Ralph and his crew have never disappointed me in their work ethics, and getting my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. The work is 1st rate and I the vehicle is always clean and ready as promised. Ralph's is a busy shop and one of the best in the area. Peak times of the year Ralph goes out of his way to make the down time as short as possible for his customers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had my 2015 Camry repaired at Ralphs 2 weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! His 50 years of experience shows, and he obviously takes pride in his work! Friendly staff, VERY reasonable rates and my car was done in 2 days (I had 5 areas repaired)! I would wholeheartedly recommend Ralphs to anyone - you won't be disappointed!

Had my vehicle in for a collision repair. Initially upon not getting a call that it was complete, we called them. Apparently it had been done, but nobody could find the paperwork from the insurance company for payment. After about 20 minutes they found it and I went to inspect the vehicle. Opened the door that had been damaged and found a very course caulk bead, from their repair, that had been painted over. I pointed it out to the owner and he took the vehicle back for another 2 days. After a month, I realized my rear passenger door window would not go down. I brought it back to Ralph's for inspection. The owner was extremely rude and combative. Apparently he doesn't feel the need to check his work before sending it back to the customer. He informed me that he did not have to work on my vehicle. But then took it anyway. Called on the phone and outright lied to us about the issue telling me the window lock was on.. it was not as u was able to roll every other window down from their individual switches. Stay away!!!!!

Stopped in to see if they could look at my car or set me up an appointment for a hit to my car that had popped the bumper and my reflector out. Man inside said, "Let me take a look at it." After looking at two places that needed to be put back in place, he says, "Well I might need to take headlight out to get it back in." Fortunately, within less than 10 minutes all parts were snapped back in place and I was on my way.Could have had me come back and get an appointment or charge me for stuff I really didn't need, but instead was able to pop everything back in place and didn't charge me a thing! Will be taking any real business back to him. Thank you!

Very unprofessional, I called last week to get some paint work done on my vehicle the owner told me to call the following week to get me in that weekend. Here we are a week later I called like the guy said and he s all backed up again and said to call next Friday? I asked can I just set up an appointment and he gave me the whole run around well I do collision too, this and that this and that. Very unprofessional. I heard decent things before but I know I will never call again and bother them since my business is to much of a burden.

I had the best experience with Ralph s Collision! Ralph put my mind at ease with a quick bumper repair. He was exceptionally kind to me! Highly recommended!

Dropped my car off at 5 pm on a Monday, and it was ready by 10 am on Wednesday. I'd been hit in the driver front in a parking lot, so bumper, hood, light, grill damage. Car was beautiful when picked up! Am currently make arrangements to have him do additional work for me - very highly recommended!

The guys at this shop were so wonderful and kind. My husband and I were In an accident and on a trip from out of state and they put us as top priority and took amazing care of us and our vehicle. Best experience ever

Took them more than 6 months to get a grill for my BMW. Never followed up despite of numerous calls regarding timing and schedule.
