They were very thorough. They inspected everything and took pictures. They asked for pre-approval before going all in on what they d found. Overall I was pleased with the results but unfortunately I can t imagine why I d have to go and put air in my tires the next day. I knew they were a little low when I took it there, the vehicle tells you.

My car had broken down on a Friday night.. so after hours for any of my local service centers which were all closed till Monday. AAA towed it to the nearest one. That was Oneida Service Center. On Monday morning, Jeff called and explained to me what was needed and took the time to answer my?? And tell me in detail what happened and how it works. It was ready by Wed morning. I went in and the office was clean and comfortable with coffee and tea and a nice place to sit if needed. Jeff was at the counter and he was so welcoming, he asked me to sit a moment while he finished a call. He was explaining to another customer what their car needed and also gave them an alternative ' fix' that would get them up and running AND gave them the pros and cons of both choices. It was very nice to see the customer service and patience with questions. The cost of my repair was within the rates I found when I researched. But the customer service by Jeff was invaluable, he understood my concerns and answered my questions in a way I could understand. I will DEFINITELY go back to Oneida Service Center again for repairs and maintenance and I would DEFINITELY be comfortable recommending this place to others.

I needed new front tires. They had reasonably priced quality tires delivered and on my car the next afternoon. Customer service is excellent; friendly and professional. Most important, as a single woman, I trust them to do quality work as reasonably as possible.

I have been using this shop for about a year now. From the start they have treated me as if I were a long time customer. Every employee I talked to was super friendly and helpful. They are quick to get you in and have appropriate pricing. They also take the time to follow up with you. I will continue to use Oneida Service Center and send more business their way.

I called the shop because the shop that was going to do my inspection said the employee that was going to do it never showed up to work and they didn t have anyone else that could do it that day. I called around and they were able to get me right in that day and kept me informed on everything going on with the inspection even included pictures. I highly recommend this shop from this experience.

These guys are great! We had a strange issue with our car and stopped in without an appointment. They got the car right in and gave us a loaner so we could get on with our day. The problem was fixed at a lower cost than we thought it would be, and all is well! Thank you Jon and Jeff and the techs!

I brought my vehicle in for a transmission whining and shifting issue on my Tahoe. Jeff and the OSC team quickly diagnosed it and even worked with my warranty to help me as much they could. Jeff always kept me informed and up to date. Very thankful for them! Great knowledge and service!!

If you are looking for an amazing service center, this is it!Always friendly and helpful regarding your cars needs. Informative but not pushy. I cannot imagine bringing my car anywhere else. Jon, Jeff and staff are amazing. Great place!

I've been a proud customer of this establishment for many years. Everyone is friendly and kind. They are very dependable and honest. Work is always satisfactory and most times is done in a timely manner. Always call if they run into problems with parts and to let you know if they find anything else that needs addressing.

They always seem to go beyond expectations. Sometimes that costs a little more, but my safety has no price. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would/will recommend them to anyone.

My first experience was great. My car was taken in for service at the scheduled time. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean and convenient. Service was finished in a timely way and was well done. I will certainly be back.

Jeff at oneida service center is top notch. Asked for an inspection and got my company truck in that day and ran into problems. Steve worked with my company and got the truck back on the road. Great schedule and good/fair pricing.

In my experience I would give Oneida service center and its staff a very high rating they are very thorough in their work as well as their communication with the customer. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family thank you for your professionalism at Oneida service service center .

Had my 2013 Toyota Camry transmission flushed and new fluid and engine synthetic oil change and filter services done, now my car with over 225,000 miles runs like new, so smooth thanks to excellent work by Oneida Service Center

This is a new provider for me. I appreciated the depth of the overview evaluation of the vehicle. I liked that images were provided. I appreciated that the desk took the time to explain each recommendation and it's relevant urgency.

The only place I'll have work on my vehicles, this place is highly professional honest and get the job done fast and proper, whatever I've had them do for me it's always done perfectly and fast, I can't thank them enough for getting my truck all set for winter as fast as they did, thanks guys Joe Salerno

Well the hub bearing had to be replaced and I forgot to ask Jeff how much the part cost! The price to replace the hub bearing was way to much, around here I checked the price to do the same thing was 450.00, 1 and a half hours and part cost 225.00 not fair the garage charged me that much . He charged me 667.00 plus tax, but since I'm a veteran I brought it down to 630.00 way to much!

Very helpful ! they let us know what needed repairs and they allowed my son to take home to repair and bring back for inspection thank you for not looking the other way and passing him! Now I know he is safe traveling

Oneida Service Center never disappoints. The staff is always respectful and courteous. I appreciate the way Jeff, Service Manager, conducts business. He is precise, to the point, and runs a very structured service department. Their organized flow and fine tuned customer relations reminds me each time that "these are people that I'm confident doing business with". Thank you OSC Team!!

After a local dealer told me that they were too busy to take care of the problem, I took my car to Oneida Service Center and they had it fixed the next day.
