I bought my first Toyota today and my salesman Mike was the best. He made the whole process comfortable and not stressful and his knowledge of the brand was amazing. Jeff the sales manager was very helpful and accommodating and also great with my kids. The finance lady was super friendly and understanding. I will definitely be back for future purchases. I purchased a 2024 off road 4 Runner from NYE Toyota yesterday. My sales consultant Samuel Hersam was very knowledgeable and helpful. He offered a very fair price and had my vehicle ready in beautiful condition in two days. I am very happy with my new 4 Runner and highly recommend talking to Samuel if you are shopping for a Toyota. If there were more than 5 stars they would get it! From start to finish this was a smooth purchase! Tom our sales associate was very knowledgeable. Knocked it out of the park. We even got to meet the guy from the commercials, Dan! They have a lot of brands new and used so make sure you check out their website before going anywhere else. We drove from 40 minutes away it was well worth it. Great job NYE! I truly appreciate it.

Samuel was an awesome salesman to deal with. Courteous on the phone and definitely did his homework on the features of the Rav4 we purchased. He tool the time to teach my wife how to orient herself to the car after purchase so she'd be comfortable. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to ask for him.

Leased a RAV4 Plug-in Prime yesterday.Had friendly, informed, prompt and professional sales help from Kevin, our salesperson. He provided accurate information that helped us decide between buying or leasing. He coordinated the sale and insurance details with our agent. He answered questions about how to program the vehicle, how it's features worked and he got the vehicle washed.Sabina courteously and quickly processed the lease paperwork. The DOT documents were printed at the dealership. We traded a vehicle that was purchased at Nye several years ago.The trade-in value was fair and the monthly lease payment was reasonable. Everything was accomplished in a couple hours. The Rav 4 was home ,charging in our garage the same day we leased it.Estimated range on our first tank of gas is nearly 600 miles. Amazing.Thanks for a great Nye experience and a quality Toyota product.

I bought a 2024 Grand Highlander from NYE yesterday. My salesperson was Jadah Gann. Jadah was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and was experienced enough to make the entire process smooth. I knew what I wanted, had a reasonable goal price in mind and had already had my trade evaluated by several dealers. NYE gave me a fair price for my trade and treated me professionally and fairly during the whole process. Jadah worked with my busy schedule and set time aside to make the deal on a timeline that worked for me. She even wants to schedule another follow up to make sure I understand all the new features of my Grand Highlander. That s customer service rarely found in today s world. Thank you Jadah and NYE!

This is the place to buy a car or truck, the most stress free experience I have ever had in fifth years of car buying. The salesman Samuel Hersam made the experience very enjoyable and a pleasure. If I could I would have purchased more vehicles from him. Well worth the hour drive

Came in with my sister last week unsure of what I wanted, Sam Hersam showed me around very kindly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time as he showed me a beautiful 2021 Toyota Corolla that I eventually took home with me. He made the buying process very smooth doing whatever he could to lessen the anxiety and business that can be involved. As a first time buyer, he clearly explained to me the process and helped me through every step. He ensured that I had everything I needed and had the car within a week, he even changed the plates for me on site. Definitely will be recommending this dealership and salesman to family and friends. Courtney is always great to deal with, in the service department. She is very knowledgeable. She is patient, and always has time to listen and answer questions. She calls with updates, and gives great information. Most importantly, is how she knows exactly who we are, and the vehicle we own... because it makes you feel like you are valued. Beyond that, the entire service department does quality work and are time efficient. I've never come away unsatisfied. When I walk in, any employee I encounter say hello, and ask if I need anything. Great business.

We purchased a Toyota Camry today at NYE. Our salesman Kevin was awesome. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was also easy to deal with. The dealership seems very well run and our buying experience was much better than other places we have bought from in the past. I m not particularly fond of car shopping but buying here was great.

Eric was a comfortable and knowledgeable salesman to work with when we shopped for a new vehicle. I wasn t really looking forward to the process and time that it takes to shop for a new vehicle, but we did not feel pressured by Eric and we actually had our new car by the end of the work day! We are now on our second new vehicle with NYE Toyota in Oneida and we appreciate their customer service.

My wife and I walked into Nye Toyota trying to decide between a Honda or Toyota. We were greeted and welcomed by Nelson Rodriguez. It was almost instantly evident that Nelson is my kind of salesperson. He is very attentive and focused on helping us but without the pressure and push to close a sale that I have experienced elsewhere. We were pleased to be working with someone who is genuinely interested and concerned with helping us. Nelson really made it an easy decision for us to purchase our new 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid in pearl white from Nye. My family keeps our vehicles for a long time and Nelson really made this experience fun and exciting for us. Great job Nelson exceeding our expectations and winning a customer from Honda. I have already and will continue to recommend Nye Toyota and especially our wonderful salesperson Nelson Rodriguez.

Recently bought a hybrid van from them. Great place with great people. Everyone is helpful and friendly, nobody wears suit and ties like all the other places but you feel the warmth and honesty most car dealers don t have. Eric is great of helping me with the process. Super happy with my van and the service I received. I would definitely go back again!

I would highly recommend The Nye Automotive Group if you are looking for a positive car buying experience! Our salesman Samuel Hersam was extremely informative, listened to our needs-and expectations and was by far the most professional car salesman we have ever dealt with! He was more than willing to help us with buying out our lease end as well, schedule future maintenance with our new Toyota RAV4 and made absolutely certain we were happy with our purchase! If at all possible I would certainly give Samuel a 10 star rating! Thanks Samuel for welcoming us to the Toyota family we couldn t be happier!
