Picked up a sweet 2023 Ford Bronco!And, I came from out of town (400+ miles) to complete the transaction! SO YOU KNOW THE DEAL HAD TO BE GREAT!!! Best car buying experience I ve had since I starting purchasing vehicles 35 years ago. It s how business should be done - because people buy relationships not just products/services.The team - Dan (GM), Rodney (Sales Mgr), Troy (Sales) and JP (Finance) - was exceptional and remained professional and courteous from the moment I entered the dealership. Most importantly I felt appreciated, respected, and valued. There were no tricks, gimmicks, or high pressure sales tactics.Dan & Rodney made sure I was comfortable with the details before making the drive. JP was efficient in completing the fincial details. Troy took his time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about the vehicle.If I could give these guys 10 I would!!

I have been looking for a new car for myself and today I stopped by Nye Ford. I gotta tell you, if you are in the market for a new car, you ll want to talk with Ross Barton. Ross told me he is one of their newer salespeople there. Ross was professional and thorough in telling me what options were available at Nye. Not pushy, just genuinely helpful. Thank you, Ross and Nye for a great experience.

I recently had an outstanding experience at NYE Ford in Oneida, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase of a 2023 Bronco Sport. My salesperson, Mathew Lejeune, went above and beyond to ensure that I got the perfect vehicle to suit my needs.From the moment I walked into the dealership, Mathew greeted me with a warm and friendly attitude. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Bronco Sport and patiently answered all my questions, making the entire buying process smooth and stress-free.The dealership itself was clean and well-organized, and the staff was attentive and professional. The financing process was a breeze, thanks to the efficient team at NYE Ford.I'm now the proud owner of a fantastic Bronco Sport, and I can't thank Mathew and the entire NYE Ford team enough for their exceptional service. Great experience!! I met with Jeff Socha and he went above and beyond to get me into the right vehicle and get everything set up to the last detail--very knowledgeable!! Matt in finance was very informative and answered any questions I had. Steve Lupinski was great in making sure everything went through smoothly. I also have to mention Rusty who helped Jeff transfer my belongings from one car to the other. What a GREAT bunch of guys!!! I will definitely be back!! Thanks guys!!

Just purchased a 2024 ford Edge Titanium from NYE. Excellent service from our salesman, Jeff. We also appreciated the assistance from the financial agent Matthew. Test driving & inquiring about my potential new vehicle was very straightforward & simple- no hiccups at all. My sales rep. Mathew was very knowledgeable & informative. Finance manager Brian was equally well-informed and had everything prepared. Picking up the new vehicle was seamless- it only took about 35 minutes. Great experience

We came to Nye Ford to see Jeff Socha because he emailed us about our upcoming lease termination. Jeff was very helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted in a new Edge lease. Returning customer, and for good reason.NYE Ford is second to none when it comes to customer service. They really care about your business and it not only shows, it shines. Brightly.From the very beginning when Matt L. unexpectedly reached out to see if they could be of any service as my lease end approached, and still after the sale, Matt has been available and knowledgeable regarding all questions and promptly returns calls/messages.Justin in finance went above and beyond and made himself available long before the deal even reached his desk.Sales Manager Rodney made very clear NYE'S mission. Get the customer in a vehicle they want at a price they can afford. Rodney is a great example for his team to follow.This trio (and many more behind the scenes) worked tirelessly for 5 days to get me in a vehicle far beyond my expectations.There were some hiccups along the way that were clearly pointed out, and resolved satisfactorily.Thank you all for yet another excellent experience. Especially Matt, Justin and Rodney.This is why I gladly pass 3 other Ford dealers on my 45 minute trek to NYE.When I'm done enjoying this beauty, I'll be back again.

Chris and the team at Nye Ford were fantastic. While I am originally from the Central New York area, I moved to Central Virginia a few years ago. The clutch on my 2014 Mustang started to go, it wouldn't hold pressure and I would have to pull it back with my foot in order to shift, making it dangerous to drive. I tried to get it repaired in VA, but no one was able to get the parts (clutch replacement kit, master/slave cylinders). I was going to visit my family, and nervous about driving back to NY (about an 11 hour trip through the mountains in PA). I contacted Nye and they were able to locate the parts, order them, and schedule the repair for the week I was home. I was on a tight schedule as I had to leave on a specific date. Chris and the Nye team worked to ensure the cylinders were delivered and the repairs done so that I could drive back to VA. I was nervous that the work would be completed, but they made sure everything was taken care of. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend the Nye Ford team to my local Central NY friends and family. I was worried about being able to get home when needed, but Chris was amazing and made sure everything was done. I can't speak highly of the Nye team enough.

First purchase from NYE Ford and everyone I worked with was amazing. Matt Lejeune answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to keep me updated on arrival date of my truck. He was very flexible when setting a pick up date (even with it being last minute). JP (the finance guy) was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Great experience, definitely recommend NYE! Thank you to whichever one of you built my Raptor, I love it!

I recently purchased a 8 year old Ford Escape from an out of town Chevy dealer. Wanting a professional opinion, I made an appointment for a factory recall and asked Michele, the service writer, for a good inspection and the mechanics input. I was surprised to see the tech test the battery and raise the car on a lift, and personally tell me the results. I was very impressed and will be back, even if this was a new customer courtesy greeting.

GUYS!! this place was so so helpful. Ive been saving up for a new car, but literally know nothing about them. So i was so relieved to have a salesman that was so helpful. Joe helped me figure out the perfect car for me and my kids. I couldn't thank NYE Ford or Joe S. enough!!! P.S. Ford Edge SEL's are such great cars!

I would not recommend Nye Ford to anyone. So I just want to start out by saying I have been a diesel mechanic for almost 7 years now, so I have a pretty good idea of prices and how things work relating to the service department. I recently brought my used F250 in for a few minor issues because I have an aftermarket warranty and they said they would work with me. Two weeks go by, in which I received texts about how they were going back and forth with the warranty company (understandable). The service writer finally texted me, stating that the final bill was $8200 and that the warranty company would only cover $3100, which would cover the parts, but none of the labor (??) which would leave me with a $5100 bill. So I contacted my warranty company the next morning. They informed me that Nye ford had submitted a $4600 claim to them and they agreed to pay $3100, which would have covered all the parts and labor under their agreed labor and parts rate. So Nye Ford only submitted a portion of what was supposedly my final bill... and then threw the warranty company under the bus when they were in fact covering everything on their end!!!! Then, they hit me with a $400 diagnostic fee, which I paid just to get my truck out of there. When I looked at the receipt of everything they had looked at, they had twisted my complaints so bad it wasn't funny. I wrote down on a piece of paper everything that I wanted looked at, which was attached to THEIR copy of the work order. I had asked them to look at the fuel pump, which is under the cab, since it was making noise. The service report said that I stated the WATER PUMP UNDER THE CAB WAS MAKING NOISE AND THEY DETERMINED IT WAS BAD AND THAT I NEEDED A COOLANT FLUSH. Excuse me? Anyone who knows anything about vehicles knows there is NEVER a water pump under the cab! Also, I wrote down that the AC didn't work. The service report said I stated that the HEAT and ac did not work and told me I needed a new thermostat for the engine.... sorry but the heat and thermostat work just fine, thanks. Thirdly, I was told in the text that I needed a new caliper and brakes in the front, which was not mentioned at all in the final service report!! Nice try at being smarter than me. There was more contradictions than I can list, both with prices and with my description of the issues versus theirs.Either the service writer is dumb, or the tech was, or they think I'm that stupid, but either way I am never going back. I would recommend that anyone reading this stays far away from them too. They are con artists and you will pay dearly if you take your vehicle there. I'm not sure if they thought because I was a young female that they would get away with it, but they messed with one that knows more about vehicles than the average guy out there. Be warned!!!

Recently purchased a F150 from Nye Ford in Oneida. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Jeff, Rodney, and the whole team were great! I will be returning when its time for another vehicle. Highly recommend Nye Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Jeff Socha was amazing with our truck purchase, going above and beyond to help us get a fair price and then add equipment with his helping hand even. I'm an insurance agent for auto/home insurance, and I know when a salesman is a professional in their field, not just making a sale. It almost felt like he was assisting with an adoption, since this vehicle is going to need to serve us for many years, as we don't shop often. He's not going to stalk you if you talk to him about a vehicle you're interested in, he's there to help.

I was recently looking for a vehicle for my business. Several other dealers and banks said they would not extend credit to a new business. However, when I went to NYE they were able to work out a lease option that suited my needs. Alicia in sales and Jess in finance made this the easiest fastest vehicle purchase I have ever made. They went above and beyond in making themselves available at convenient times to suit my schedule. Once the paperwork was signed I was able to pick up the vehicle the following morning.

Absolutely the best experience! Jeff Socha is the bomb he was so great in explaining things to me, all the details. He was just great. All of them were great, general manager who did what it took to get me into my Bronco Sport & Rodney White was wonderful, too. Highly recommend the dealership. Personal service hasn t gone out of style.

My 2019 Transit 250 work van was scheduled six weeks ago for warranty work, a catalytic converter replacement. This was done after an appointment to diagnose the problem. I dropped it off at 7:15 am. After no news by 3:00 I called the service dept to check the status of it. The first claim that it was being diagnosed, I explained that was done six weeks prior. Then she rechecked and said it was not done but the techs were working on it. A total lie. At 5:00ish I drive up to see that it my vehicle was never moved from where I parked it. At the service center counter, the young lady steps out to call her advisor. The next answer is the parts were not in. I work from this van so now I'm looking at a three-day loss for a simple fix.I've had very good service though Nye Collision and Nye Toyota so this is disappointing.1 min agoPowered by FordDirect.
