I had been in the market for a 2024 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon X, and NYE Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram had a couple I was looking at. I live and work in Buffalo and could not make it 3 hours to the showroom, but Joe Russell worked with me through text and phone calls to start to see if we could get a deal. Joe was fantastic - not pushy, not stern, but just really wanted to close a deal if it made sense for both of us. He answered all my questions, kept me updated via text, and made the whole process effortless. I felt like I was getting a good deal at the end of the day, he took care of all the loose ends, and the jeep was delivered to me in Buffalo. I would absolutely 100% buy from NYE and work with Joe - I hope I get the chance to work with them again in the coming years. Truly effortless and just nice people and great service. And I got a beautiful new 2024 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon X!!!! :)

Had a transmission leak on my almost new 300C I purchased downstate NY. Called on Tuesday,they offered drop off after I got out work the same day. They checked it on Wednesday ,called in am and explained the transmission cooler needed to be replaced.They got the part on Thursday, replaced it and I picked it up Thursday pm. Wow! They were fantastic! Very professional, no nonsense, took care of it under warranty. I really did not think this type of customer service still exists. They are the best A++. Thanks to Clayton and Eric in service who were accommodating and understood my concerns and gave 110% customer service. A special thanks to the tech who did the job perfectly and neatly cleaned the leaked fluid from the car and I really appreciated that. I am customer permanently! If service is this good everything else is probably the same. We are considering a new truck and they will be our 1st option.Management is very lucky to have a team like this.

I went to Nye Chrysler on 3/19/24 looking at Rams I met up with Madison and told her what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend . The next day she called me and told me she found what I was looking for and also got me into my budget range . 3/22/24 went to pick up truck met with Brian who went over my paperwork and explained everything I was signing. Thankyou Madison for getting me into what I wanted without any pressure. I definitely will be back to see ya again in three years.

My husband and I took a ride to Nye this past Saturday. He was looking into a few cars he saw on their website and wanted to take a closer look. We met Joe and he was awesome!!!! We picked up our brand new Dodge today and we can't begin to tell you how happy we are. I highly recommend Joe and the entire team at Nye Dodge. No worries and no stress just excellent customer service.

Recently (on 1/31) the check engine light in my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee came on so I called the dealer I bought it from to make an appointment to get it looked at. They told me they could not get me in for 2 weeks (2/13). I asked if the car was safe to drive (especially since I have a 5 month old!) and I was told I could 'drop it off' but they would not be able to get to it. I called NYE Jeep and so thankful I did because Andrew was able to get it in right away! He confirmed the car was safe to drive until the part came in. My Jeep was looked at and fixed all before my scheduled appointment at the other dealer. A huge thank you to Andrew for all your help. I may not have bought this Jeep from you but I will be back for my next one!! Excellent customer service, thank you again!!

This place has a very great selection of cars. I m currently 17 years old and live 30 minutes away from this dealership but I saw their inventory online and thought me and my brother should check it out. I usually just drive around dealerships and see what they have. This place has friendly employees and awesome cars. There was someone telling us there that we shouldn t stay in the cars for too long because the battery might die as the electronics are on and considering both me and my brother have older cars and we weren t aware of that so I wanted to apologize. I plan to purchase a Chrysler product one day and this dealership surely is on my list.

My wife was traveling from Ohio to NY and had a serious scare with the driver rear tire. A passing car honked indicating for her to pull over pointing at the tire. We had just had service and tire rotation completed at our local dealer and come to find out they didn t tighten the lug nuts properly. 4 of the 5 were gone and the one left was barely hanging on. Called NYE and spoke to Clayton and he from that moment until we picked it up took 100% care of us. He took many phone calls and was the liaison between the two dealerships and us. He went so far above and beyond I couldn t begin to explain all he did. What I can say is that his level of integrity and commitment to customer service and safety is one I have never seen before and is second to no one. My experience with him and his team left nothing but confidence and appreciation for how we were treated. You will never go wrong with him because how he conducted himself speaks to his character at all times, he can be trusted and should be. 140 mile tow truck ride for my wife at 11:00 pm and that was the end of the stress thanks to Clayton.

As someone who's family owned 3 new car dealerships in the past and was a car salesman selling 300+ cars a year, I cannot begin to tell you how great my experience at NYE Jeep was. I called 4 different Jeep dealers around Syracuse. They were all terrible. Either they kept blowing up my phone, harassing me, lowballing my trade or just not listening to what I needed. I went online and found the exact Jeep my wife needed. NYE had it and I called the sales department and Madison picked up. I told her exactly what I wanted over the phone. Within 30 minutes she sent me numbers, I asked for one adjustment, she got it done and the next day I came to pick up my vehicle, in and out the door in 20 minutes flat. Thank you for making it easy to get the vehicle we needed! Quick, easy and no fighting!

The entire buying experience here at Nye was excellent! Zach guided me through purchasing our vehicle and wouldn't settle until he found the perfect fit. This is my second Jeep lease from Nye. I am extremely happy with my salesman Charlie Wilson. This is the 2nd lease Charlie helped me with. I went in to talk to Charlie about a new vehicle on Monday and on Wednesday I drove it home! Charlie is very knowledgeable and so friendly. I highly recommend Charlie Wilson!Thank you Charlie!

Extremely satisfied with the experience we had! My Mom, Joanne Guido Jablonski, bought a Brand New Red Jeep Renegade. Zach Wells was our sales person, he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and nice to work with, best sales person we've ever had!!! He even came in on his day off so she could pick up her Jeep! Also Erica, "Boss Lady", made the finance experience enjoyable, quick, and not stressful! She was so kind and good to us! Erica and Zach went above and beyond to help my Mom and make sure she got the Jeep she wanted!! My Mom is extremely happy, so therefore so am I!! I can't thank you all enough!
