Emaji Smith was our salesman at NYE GMC in Oneida NY.Very pleased with him and our purchase. Our over all experience was good. Truck is a beast compared to the Toyota Tacoma we traded.Thank you for the opportunity to buy from NYE GMC!

We had an excellent truck buying experience recently at NYE GMC. Our sales rep, Matt Dodge, was very welcoming unlike some of the reps we encountered at other dealerships in our quest for the perfect truck. He was very down to earth and easy to talk with about our specific needs He also was very patient with our million little requests via email and calls. When we took delivery, he was very through in his explanation to us senior citizens in how all the new technologies operate, going back over some things several times that we had difficulty in learning its function and even helping us get registered on some of the sites needed these days. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt, his manager Pat, or their finance guru, Justin, to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

The Sales Manager, Pat seemed rushed to sell and expected me to commit to buying, BEFORE giving me my trade-in value because he didn t want to pursue a dealer trade if I wasn t committed to purchasing it. A deposit maybe but not giving me my trade-in value BEFORE committing?They also have their own non-negotiable Protection Plan factored into the cost of their new cars, saying their cars can t leave the lot without it..::for over $1200. Then they still have their Finance guy Justin come in to offer 1 of 4 more protection plans, ranging from $2K+ to $1200.I did purchase a vehicle there because the vehicle checked all my boxes but I wished I could have walked out not feeling had .

Emaj was awesome to work with from start to finish. When I first spoke to him on the phone to verify the trucks availability, to making an appointment that was convenient for my schedule to check out the vehicle. Some dealerships make buying painful and not fun .this was not the case at NYE GMC went in on a Saturday negotiated the deal easily and took delivery a couple days later. The whole team knew I was on a time crunch for a family commitment so Justin had all the paperwork ready to go. I was in/out much quicker than I expected. I would definitely recommend NYE to my family & friends because of such a smooth and easy transaction without any stress. Thanks again to the whole crew for such a positive experience!!

Great customer service at NYE GMC in Oneida. Matt was our salesman & was very knowledgeable of questions we had. We bought a brand knew 2024 GMC here & would deffinatly go there to buy anther vehicle. I highly recommend go there and for Matt. Also Pat was great when we spoke to him as well. Five stars to these guys!

I have never come across a dealership that was so well put together both in appearance and professionalism. The dealerships aesthetic is amazing, appealing, inviting and well organized. In addition, the sales consultants reflect the dealerships commitment to excellence. We had the opportunity to meet with Emaj whose knowledge of vehicles was astonishing and extremely impressive, something you rarely come across when shopping for a new vehicle. We felt at home and will definitely be back in the new year to purchase a our new vehicle from NYE!

Took my truck in for repair. After the third time they figured out the issue. Charging me 199 twice for diagnostic. I have en extended warranty and only half the bill was submitted to the extended warranty company. I tried contacting them on a sat and no one answered the phone left a message and never got a return call.

Get a recall on our Yukon and they were able to fit me in quick first thing in the am (7ish). They had me out and on my way home super fast. Big thanks you to Sarah at the repair department.

Although I was only in for a retro fit, my experience was pleasurable. Chris is always easy to work with. He is knowledgeable, offers his expertise and upsells in a subtle way. Won't deal wig anyone other than him.

Came into the dealership looking for a new vehicle and was greeted by Joe. I've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past and came in with the expectation it would be the same. I couldn't have been more wrong! Joe went above and beyond helping find a vehicle for me and I left that day with a new car I love. I can t say enough good things about the service at NYE GMC! I picked up my Acadia after having had the recall done on it and I can t thank them enough. I had bought my car from Leadcar and they said they couldn t get the parts for the recall. Sarah at NYE kept after the parts-got them and scheduled my appointment and even set me up with a loaner car! Thank you for the super service it is appreciated.

I was there for 7 hours for a job that was quoted at 4 hours. I arrived at 7:45 for an 8am apt. Sat there until 10am and the service tech finally came out and told me they hadn't even gotten it in because they were waiting for the warranty company to get back to them. When I set up the apt I was under the impression this was already done. Why wait 2 hours to come tell me they were having issues, poor customer service. After it finally gets in another hour or so later many customers came in and I over heard at least one had the same work being done but they were in and out before me - my guess is because of method of payment - their immediate money was better. Then when she finally tells me it's done she again states she needed to contact the warranty company because "something didn't get written up right" and it will be 10-15 more min... why I couldnt have my vehicle and my time back while they worked out the kinks between them is beyond me - 45 min later she comes out and tries to charge me for something that I was told would cost me $0 because it was under warranty. I couldn't hold it in anymore and told her I had been there longer than half her employees and was told I would be out of there before the mechanics went on lunch break, I left around 3pm. Completely dissatisfied and am willing to tell others of my poor experience there.

Last week I went to Nye GMC to look at a Yukon. Eli from sales showed me the vehicle and took me on a test drive. I liked how caring Eli was to my needs! Dan from finance was great too
