I had bought a vehicle from this business, since the last 3 to 4 weeks of owning this SUV, it has been one mechanical nightmare after the other!! The owner of this business has told me outright that is was inspected, nothing needed to be done to it and that it was a good, road-worthy vehicle.Bull!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this place period...unless you want to be told a fantasy story and then almost go broke trying to fix it. If a negative rating could be posted here I would!

I bought a truck from Dave at finish line .. the engine light came on the second week I owned it . He reset the code to prolong the problem so he didn't have to fix it now I can't drive it the engine is bad 16 thousand dollars . And it is a price of junk . And he will not pay to have it fixed. So it will go to the next step . . I recommend that you don't buy anything . From him . Unless you want the same problem.

Buyer Beware! Three days after I took delivery of a vehicle the check engine light came on. Brought the vehicle in twice during the NYS 30 day warranty (Lemon Law) and twice they claimed couldn't find the problem. Ended up costing me over $1100.00 for a new sending unit because the 30 day warranty expired, conveniently for Finishline Auto. Be careful.

You replaced an engine and have no invoice from the company you purchased it from. Since you supposedly paid for half you should have a copy for yourself. You haven't got one , the mechanic doesn't either, and the company that sold you it won't supply a copy. I've no reason to believe that the engine was even replaced. So I paid $2,400.00 for ____ with no kiss.

Literally was my only option or I would have went elsewhere. Very sneaky men, Dave is the mastermind behind it all, very money driven. In case of an emergency all good as for long term care absolutely not. I was told I don t feel like dealing with that after being sold a car when initially was told if you have any problems come back and we ll take care of you with a 60 day warranty. I knew what I was getting myself into so I m not mad just another narcissist among us. Anyway believe the reviews and tread lightly.

I m honestly disgusted. The worst part is my good friends dad used to sell cars before he passed and he worked with Dave. My friend remembers Dave as being an honest good man, she said it s sad and clear he isn t and that she s disgusted he would do this.Brought my car in for an alignment, he told me he brings the alignments out and that he would be finished in an hour he brought it out for me came to me when finished told me it was all set, then the next day my husband noticed the alignment wasn t right he told my husband it has nothing to do with the alignment something needed to be replaced then told me the same thing on the phone. Months later I find out my alignment was never complete I called him to ask about it he first tells me he charged me for a front alignment and only did the front then when I tell him I have proof I was charged for a full alignment he says I can come get my 10$ for the difference and he did tell us it wasn t finished now I need two new tires after trusting them and just paying them for four new tires three months ago now due to my alignment not being finished I need two more tires, when I called to complain he LAUGHED at me spoke over me and the only offer he had was for me to come get my 10$ difference while laughing about it. Please don t go to this place you will regret it .to ADD to his horrible ethics, I was just told yesterday that the wheel bearings I paid for we re not even brand new ones and he charged my warranty company over 500$ for used wheel bearings. Biggest scam artist I don t think he s done one honest thing.

If they could be given 0 stars, that would be the case. The owner is a liar and scammer. He said the alignment was completed and charged for it! Then next time said it wasn't completed because they weren't able to get a part off. When questioned why they charged for the full alignment, they had no excuse. The lack of alignment caused damage to the tires and he said he's not going to do anything. When brought to another shop, they advised that parts were snapped off by Finish line and would need replacement. The owner said there is nothing he is going to do to address this and essentially prove they caused the damage. This place is terrible and the only person I would recommend go there is my worst enemy! Don't waste your time or money and allow them to make your vehicle worse and cost you more in the end!

I have purchased a few cars from Finish Line, I understand that these cars are used and they may have some issues due to the mileage. I have had some questions and issues after the sale and the owner always works with me and turns a negative into a positive. Yes you get what you pay for BUT if you or a friend can do simple repairs that all cars need and do the monthly and yearly maintenance the car will last longer.

I am currently financing a car from Finishline. I have had the car for almost 2 years. Within the first 6 months the check engine light came on. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I also bought the warranty as well. When I asked them to look at my car and see what my warranty will cover they tols me they lost my paperwork. I had to go through so much with this dealership. Do not go through them. I sure do regret it.

I put a deposit down in a vehicle, signed a purchase agreement at which stated it was binding with both signatures and also states remaining balance would be paid within 60 days. 2 weeks later was going to go in and pay remaining and he had sold my vehicle to someone else. Which is 100 percent illegal to do.

Awful business people. Very crooked, liars, Dave the owner can't even look you in the eye. Vehicles look good but very low quality!! I had my Explorer less than 24 hrs when the problems occurred. It is 5 days later and I am stuck with no ride. Dave the owner left me stuck because he uses the dealer plate for himself. Buyer beware...do not buy from this crook!.

This guy is a shyster, sells junk vehicles at outrageous prices and then won't help when something happens to them (within the 30 days). Do your research and stay away from finishline auto.

worst dealership ever. I bought a mitisubishi lancer from them and i have had a lot of problems ever since with it. I should of never bought from them. I am paying real high interest for a car that is always breaking down or i find out has a lot more problems. This place should be sued and made to close down.

Owner Dave is a scammer, the vehicles he sells all have issues that he refuses to fix. This is not a legitimate business. If you want to buy a vehicle seek other options.

DO NOT buy any vehicle from this scam artist. The owner Dave just puts band aids on cars that need major work and is just ripping people off. Buyers beware!

Watch for broken frames, foam filled and bondo covered frames, glued on body panels. Watch swiping your hand under the wheel wells. Most are rotted and a panel has been glued over top.
