My car broke down 3 hours away from my house in a different state. I called AAA for a tow but they were unable to help me. I was referred to Andys . I have to say I was so impressed with Andy. He went above and beyond for me. He was able to calm me down and find a mechanic that would fix my car in one day. He treated me with kindness. He even called me that same night to make sure I got back to PA safe.

Needed my old 1991 RV towed to a shop for repairs after breaking down on the way home from a trip .. after many phone calls to others, that resulted in just frustration, .Andy s towing was suggested to me as potentially being able to help my situation and it surely did Andy was very responsive took control of the situation and made it happen got my RV to a repair shop in a timely manner at a very reasonable price I know it took him longer than estimated to do the job .however he is a man of his word and only charged me for the quote he gave me truly a great human and I can not thank him enough for taking care of my situation thank you Andy !!!!!!

My daughter's car had a flat. I started with roadside service through Nationwide. They couldn't find anyone and said they could try again for me in 2 hours. I tried to take care of it myself but couldn't get the lugs off. Called up Andy and he was there in 10 mins. She was back on the road 15 mins later. Andy was very polite and fast. Great service with reasonable prices and would recommend him to everyone that needs it. I will definitely call him again when needed. Side note: I am canceling my roadside with Nationwide.Service: Tire change

Words cannot describe. My family and I hit a deer, rendering our vehicle undrivable In Canastota. After calling other numbers at around 6am, we are so fortunate and lucky to have crossed paths with Andy.We had to tow our van back to Queens, NYC. In our time of desperation, from the phone to in-person, Andy was not only an incredible professional, but an incredible human being, who we'd like to now call, a friend. Look no further than Andy, if you need towing in the area. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, Andy.

Fantastic ServiceI have used Andy a few times now. The service was exceptional and the price was extremely fair. The last tow was definitely an unconventional tow out in the cat tails but he got it done in very short order. He was there within an hour. My car broke down about an hour and a half from home and I had to leave it over night. I saw Andy's reviews and called him. He went and got my car and brought it to his lot to secure it. Andy is one of the most reliable people I know, not just in business but everyday life. He is always there when you need him. I lost the key to my car and he moved my vehicle for me to the Subaru dealership to have a new key made, let the employees know about the situation and everything. Great attention to detail. Nobody enjoys being in a pickle with a broken down vehicle. When such problems occur, it s truly a blessing to be able to find someone like Andy. He was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and kind. His pricing was quite favorable compared to his competitors.Most importantly, however, he came across as a genuinely good guy with a wealth of knowledge, and a heart of gold. Andy has handled all of my towing needs for over seven years. He is hands down the best in the business. He's the only one that I trust with my customers vehicles. He is there when he says he will be there, he treats my customers and their vehicles with the utmost respect and gets the job done, big or small, without complications. My crew and I at Oneida Service Center know we can call Andy day or night and have nothing to worry about.

Excellent driver even in tight conditions, takes care not to damage what is being hauled or the surrounding property. You can tell immediately upon meeting he is experienced, takes pride in doing things correctly and doesn't shy away from work. Very professional would do business with in a heartbeat they are very willing to work with you on anything and will even offer to deliver your vehicle to your house at no charge as long as you are local I can't say enough good stuff about Andy's towing highly recommended

He is the best not only because of his prices and his knowledge of towing and recovery of your car truck.he can do the job no matter if you get your 18 wheeler stuck or your shopping cart.he will get the job done.because he loves what he does.
