My daughter bought one 2 years ago. Had to have a new engine put in it. Didn't solve the problem. The check engine light is still on. She has to put oil in it every other day. And she can sell it. Yep she got a lemon.

Beyond pleased with the pre and post sale service from Jim and the entire staff and ownership at West State Auto. They stand behind their vehicles and are extremely honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

I thought car buying was an absolute nightmare. I've heard horror stories of people that are about to sign the dotted line only to be blindsided by hidden fees or big salesperson terms that sounded good but turned out to be negative. I didn't have that issue buying from West State Auto. Jody was my salesperson and she was a pleasure to work with. She put everything into lehmans terms and even helped me get financed when I had been denied over a dozen times previously. Jody walked me through every step while buying my first car (first dealership purchase). I would (and have) 100% recommended West State Auto to anyone.

Purchased a vehicle. Check engine light came on next day. Tried working with garage for a few months to get it fixed. They never could figure out the problem. Told me to take it somewhere else sense I purchased a warranty. They warranty hasn t covered the parts that needed repaired. $3000 later the check engine light is still on. I would purchase from somewhere else.

Bought a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk here at west state auto. Jodi was wonderful throughout the whole process. Will be back to purchase my next vehicle here for sure!

I bought a car here a few months back, with a full warranty. Everytime I called them or their garage, they declined my calls and never called me back until my warranty was up. I left numerous messages, and even showed up in person and they refused to do anything. Now my car doesn't even run. Worst place to buy a car!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had a lot of questions and they were answered quickly and kindly. Really a family feeling. Going here for all car buying needs! Highly recommend amazing customer service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sell you problems and won t help you fix them. DO NOT buy vehicles from this place. You will only end up in debt with a vehicle you can t drive.
