2022 December 4 Small town with a Walmart. Dominating.. I'm sure that it's not beneficial to other stores who sell similar goods.As a customer, this is convenient. Staff was helpful and attentive.Lots of what you'd expect otherwise. Lots of parking within the plaza.

Stocking employees are super helpful but management are always rude and don't care if you're a regular customer, they think they have plenty of customers so it doesn't matter how a single one is treated. More than once had an older lady night manager be terrible to us, completely acting like we're under her so she can treat us badly. I guess she feels like she has power because she manages a Walmart...wow. Because of her I will try my best to never go there again.I also called about a product last week to see if they had it in stock so we didn't have to drive 30 miles if it wasn't available. The man who answered the phone said his computer was glitching and there wouldn't be any way for someone to walk a few aisles down to check if they had it. Even explaining we had to make a fairly long trip just for the one product, he still wouldn't be bothered to look. Worst customer service by the people who are supposed to care the most (Management! , CUSTOMER SERVICE desk).

Very basic small store, they will say they do not have it online pick up to find it is in store. I always go to line cashier to check out as I feel untrustworthy checking out myself as someone is always staring as you are the crook. Had many of our favorites now not selling anymore. Pharmacy fantastic

I had something happened a while back when I was working as a merchandiser for Coca-Cola that I feel highlights how greedy and idiotic Walmart is, or at least manager that I delt with. I stopped in at the Walmart to see if the order was there yet for me to take care of, it wasn't yet and a call to the driver informed me it would be at least another hour or so. There was, however, an order delivered to another grocery store just a couple blocks away so naturally it made sense to go and take care of that first then come back to Walmart later. Unfortunately one of the back room managers had seen I was there since I had to check in so I informed them the details and said I would return after I took care of the other store. That manager was bound and determined to not let me leave because they "didn't want me helping their competition" and also that it was more important for me to stay there because they are a bigger account and spend more money. I basically laughed at her and told her that wasn't how things worked and it was my job to take care of all customer accounts, not just the ones that spend more money.That's basically like saying you're in a grocery store checkout line with 4 or 5 items in your hand. You're in a hurry. There's a customer behind you with a full cart of groceries and then having a manager telling that person with only 5 items to either go to the back of the line or leave cause the person with the full cart is more important. Corporate greed and childish behavior.

Usually a busy store. Stock is generally pretty good. The only bad in my opinion is theirs never really a lot of actual cashier's checking out. The most I ever see is three maybe four. I understand self checkout keeps prices down ,but the cashier's are always busy,.so you go to self checkout because you don't want to wait. It is one of the better Walmarts in my area for sure, clean, good stock, well lit.

It's OK but things that are a good deal are not on the shelf and have to be shipped to you . That's a different experience I will never do again . Only one checkout line open ? How about empty some of the people that have to shop there

It s Walmart. It had everything you need mostly. The website aisle locations for some products are not correct. Also hate that NY doesn t use bags. But they have a good selection of clothing.

You can find better prices between Aldi and online shopping. Not worth driving through potholes just to cash yourself out and pay more while doing so

Look at your produce carefully! Every time I go in there they have really bad mold on their lemons. I really don't know how they don't notice this and I can't be the only one reporting this to a team member.

This Walmart is always good.It has gotten so much better over the years.Great selections and fine friendly people.As Olean grows I think this Walmart could thrive.

Walmart automotive, you can loose a customer in a blink of an eye. Your attitude towards customers just cost you one! When a clearly handicapped person walks in the door don't shun them and order they move their car and walk back in! That handicap tag in the window means something

Went up for Salmon fishing and no sporting goods employee's work after 8 pm. Very disappointed no one was able to assist me. Seems like a loss of a lot of sales this time of year.

Always has those needed things in one place at affordable prices. And I truly have no problem with the Great Value products versus name brand. Never a complaint from my family!

They have just about everything. Really nice store. The rating comes from having to use the self checkout. If you are going to watch me use it to make sure I am not stealing or missing something then just do it yourself. I dislike the feeling of being some type of criminal.

I have found that I like on line shopping better. Trying to find the items that you want is frustrating. The isles are not that wide.God help you if you need assistance. There's never an associate around to help. It's no wonder they don't sell a lot of jewelry. We waited for over 30 minutes after asking the service desk for someone to help us. They were paged but no one came. We just gave up !!

Self-service is terrible. Machines would not accept credit card. Had to keep putting it in 4 or 5 times before reader would accept it.

The employees definitely do not get enough credit at all. My daughter got sick in the middle of me checking out and everyone was so kind as my baby started screaming. They helped through the entire ordeal and it was very appreciated. The store is always clean and if they dont have something you need in stock the employees help you find other ways to either substitute or find another location close by for close to the same price. 10/10. I shop there multiple times a week sometimes a day.

I get extremely tired of showing my receipt despite the workers watching me scan things at the POS, not to mention it feels like I'm being racially profiled whenever I'm walking out of the store and non-caucasians with bigger items are never asked for their receipt. It gets old, especially after there was no support from the staff when another customer followed me around the store calling every slur in the book regarding my race.Local stores or the Walmart in Bradford whenever possible is the way to go.(2 stars for having the random things when in a pinch)

Disgusting!!!! People should not be bringing in their pets!!!! Service animals only!!!! But if you have to tell your dog not to pee on the floor that's an issue. Animal was not marked but had a choker collar on in a stroller and then walking around disgusting!!!!

Every associate I've dealt with at this location is polite and courteous. The pick up is extra convenient with kids. Substitutions have been better options than what I initially ordered. The store was clean. Did not visit restrooms.
