This place is a shack should hear the way the managers talk to the employees also if osha could see the way employees use the fork truck the entire store would be shutdown for safety violations

Ammon went above & beyond to help us buy our new trailer & assist with a hitch tonight . Amazing customer service along with Deb & Lynds. Deb kept the birds & store super clean & Lynds was very pleasant at the register. A+

It's very nice that they have a traveling vet service visit the store every few weeks. I was able to get my dogs medical needs taken care of walk-in style for an affordable price.

Always very friendly! The only negative is the coupons I get for rewards expe so quickly I never get to use them so what's the point of being a part of the neighbors club or whatever its called! I spend a lot of money here and most places have way better rewards programs that help to bring customers in and keep coming back!!

This location is always busy, but tries to stay organized and well stocked. Generally a decent number of employees available if you need a larger item or carry out assistance.

Stopped in to buy a deer food block. A store worker helped me find what I needed and check out was quick and easy.

Customer service is top notch here. Cole, Sue, and I wish I could remember the name of the third guy that helped us. We had a pump that went bad, they went out of their way to help with the situation. Big chain, with small town service. Thank you.

It took forever to find someone to help me get in the health fridge, then the lady told me I had to get my other items at the register. That also took forever. I found the one cashier to be rude af to another customer. Tractor supply took up 90% of my day. I knew I avoided that place like the plague. Smh.

Super friendly ....always a nice hello when u walk in the door. :). Lots and lots of employees to help if and when needed. A generous selection of dog food bit the car food is a bit limited :). I always grab myself a bag of cherry lovers heart shaped jelly beans....only place I can find them is tractor supply!! All in all the prices a good and it's much easier to get in and out of tractor supply than Walmart or BJ's. Also...farmers market in parking lot on Fridays. (Seasonal of course).

Had to purchase new trailer tires. The associate Glenn was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to recommend a shop that could change the tires on very short notice to get us back on the road..

I got some suet and timothy hay there. I enjoy going here on occasion. Their prices are inexpensive and I trust their products too. The service is good and the people are friendly as well.

Love Tractor Supply!Things we have gotten here...Dog food, treats and toys.A wood stove, gun safe, gardening supplies, farm animal figurines for the grandson, clothes and boots, fincing, salt blocks and deer food, and many pieces and parts for working on the camp.

Staff is friendly and very helpful, and their inventory ranges from basic farm necessities, to clothing, home and garden decor, toys and snacks. Something for everyone!

We go to the Wellsville location the most but also go to Olean and Hornell as well. We get clothes tools and just about anything from there lol

Do not buy from this company, we bought a model from the olean location and the model was sitting out for 2 years, staff did not inform us that the gas tank was rusted out, first year we had it we had to get it fixed and again the following year, so half the price of the model I. Repairs for hopefully something that will work, true scam artists at work here avoid at all cost
