Decent Home Depot store. They have a pretty good selection. Not as varied as the Jamestown store, but still, good enough. The people who work there that have helped me so far have been great.

I like how the Home Depot is set up, and the staff is really helpful. I was able to find everything I needed, and get help taking it out to my vehicle.

Serving burgers & hot dogs today! Got in, got what I needed & didn't have to worry about stopping to eat. Getting the project FINISHED! A few screws to go. We love u Andrew!

Needed a multi tool for some renovations and headed to the tool aisle. Was immediately greeted by Larry (not sure on last name but said he was from Port Allegany) who spent at least 10 minutes helping me find what I needed. The man couldn t have been any more friendly or helpful. Definitely the best experience shopping there in 10+ years.

Went to pickup a roadie order , mind you I drove an hour to get there , the dimensions were completely wrong , Instead of the propane grills being in the box like they should have been, they were already assembled, had to cancel the order because there was no way they were fitting unless they were in the box like they were supposed to be , I got screwed out of $25.83. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Bought a John Deere s160 had it 3 months. It has jumped the drive belt at 4 hours, and now has lost power. Went to the store. They will not do anything about it. It has a 3-year warranty but I live an hour and 20 minutes from any John Deere dealership. So now I have to haul it there for them to do the warranty work. Do not buy any. John Deere's at home Depot.

Decent selection, higher prices than Walmart, and decent staff except for the older lady running register in the outdoor gardening department. She wasn't friendly or welcoming she just wanted your money and for you to get out. She didn't say hi, thank you, have a nice day.... she just stood their straight faced and told you tge total for the entire line.

Great staff. They are knowledgeable and nice. The prices are good and they have just about everything you could possibly need. If it isn't there, they can probably order it..

We needed a couple doors measured, but the technician failed to show on the scheduled day, would not answer the phone, somehow measured the wrong doors on another day without going inside the buildings and apparently is incapable of installing a door that requires framing which was exactly what we discussed needed to happen on scheduling. Hanging a door does not require a technician, so what is it you say you do here? What a waste of time and money, I will be back for a refund.

I'm a man I could live here, that and the employees are always more then helpful with anything one might need assisted with. Except the Christmas Displays in mid October I could do without.

Staff is always rude. Always seem lost. They never can help with questions. One day I was looking for something. The only help they had was to search it one. They had no idea even though it was there area what or where to find what I needed.

Hands off Home Depot. hard to get help here, have to ask, beg for it, ask a few times and more. People are worried about robots replacing well then actually help and be proactive! Also HD takes a totally hands off approach with returns or problems, oh we re just a middle man, can t help you, it s on the manufacturer. So tired of it and will be done with them when we move and have the option to go elsewhere.

Went in knowing mostly what I was getting but knew I'd need help. All employees were busy with others, had to wait, then wait again for loading. The people were great but needed to have more people to take care of all the customers.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a home depot! I deliver for several home depot stores and have over 500 deliveries with them over 5 years and have never had such a horrible experience! Incompetent and rude because of their inability too do the job that every other home depot handles fine!!

Would be better if there was people that actually was around to help with lumber. I even walked around for twenty min looking for an available employee but nope had to climb the ladder myself and pull down plywood about killed myself.

This place is hit or miss. Some days they are staffed, some days... Not so much. Some odd the staff know their areas and some, again, not so much. The inventory online matches 3/4 of the time with the store, and it flows either way. It may say they have 20 and they have none or it may say they have -1 and have 4. Yes, I put a negative 1, that was correct. Most employees are friendly. Just pick the right day, and you'll be fine.

Friendly people and I have to special my items and pay full price before getting the items. I asked if LOWE'S had what I wanted, the person looked at closest store and said " no ".So paid for my items and delivery to my house.

I just love going to Home Depot in Allegany,Ny. The help is always there when I need them . And there has only been 1 time that I had problems with their services. That was 1x in mega yrs that I have ben going to this store. I think every since it was built. Was a new kid just started working and gave me the wrong glue for my tiles. But I got it all worked out. Thank you all so much Home Depot for all of your help. Kathleen Davis.

Great variety, wonderful staff! Even have kids activities available the first weekend of every month! So much fun and a great place to get the supplies you need for all those awesome home renovations!

Shoping for my first big renovation project. I have to say Nick from the paint department did an amazing job helping us figure out what we were looking for. Great customer service, friendly, and efficient.
