After having a terrible experience with another (not local) dealership to get a fender bender fixed on my CX-5 I went over to Rick Bokman to see if they could help me. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Aside from the parts that were back ordered taking a while, which is obviously not something that they could help, they were quick about getting my car fixed and keeping my informed on the time frame of the parts. I wouldn t go anywhere else after this experience. My vehicle looks brand new and like the accident never happened. I cannot recommend them enough for any auto body needs.

My daughter had several dings in her car. Another local company quoted twice as much as Bockman s for just one ding. Bockman s fixed two dings, some scuffing and scratches for the same price as the other company quoted. They also got us in quicker because my daughter was going away for college. When we picked it up, it was perfect. The entire car had been polished and the interior was also cleaned! She couldn t be happier!Service: Body & Trim

Our car was heavily damaged on the front, entire side, and suspension. Repair was done very quickly and the car looked absolutely perfect. Not even a single nut or bolt out of place anywhere, and the paint looked like new. It also drove like new when we got it back from being repaired. Hassle free service, excellent loaner vehicle, top quality workmanship, all around great job!

Highly recommend! Everyone is so friendly and professional and their work is impeccable. They explain everything in detail, and take the time to make you feel that you matter and that they appreciate your business. My car was hit by another car in a parking lot. They got me in very quickly and my car looked brand new and super clean. Then the same car was heavily damaged by fallen tree limbs requiring body and glass repair. Again, the car looks brand new! Matt and Carol are so professional and friendly. Never have to wait long! And always asked if I need a loaner car. I'm looking forward to taking my summer car in for some minor scratch and dent fix ups soon.

Had a vehicle go down the whole side of the passenger side of my truck. Took my truck to Rick bokman Auto Body got a quick estimate and a quick repair can't tell where the painted my truck at all did great work. The secretary was very pleasant and always smiling. They're loaner cars are top notch and very comfortable highly recommend Rick bokman Auto.

Everything was great, besides the rental they gave me. It leaked though the driver side door seal and soaked my seat!
