Went there because I bought a Kia Telluride and it was in my garage, and the side wind broke. It doesn't have 10 thousand mile yet I ordered it and they told me it was my problem. Never buy a Kia ever again. When you pay 58 thousand you shouldn't have to but windows. In it no more Kia's for us .

This was our fourth new vehicle from Paul Brown over a continuous 19 plus year relationship. The efforts of Matt and the service people have kept us coming back. Brandi provided a very friendly and comfortable sales experience. She took the time to understand our needs and put us in the right vehicle. Everything was fully transparent, the trade offer was more than fair, and the whole process was completed same day. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Staff working on our transaction went out of their way to make everything work.

Nora is so fast and pleasant to work with. She is very efficient and didn t waste my time or hers at all. Jordan was great in sales as well, there was no pressure at all from him. Everyone was down to earth and friendly.Collan on the other hand, came off as very haughty and acted like any issue I had buying a used 2023 vehicle wasn t a big concern to him. He insisted that I was looking for a steak dinner when buying this vehicle. I told him the car shakes driving higher speeds, nothing was balanced after I said something to him. I was under the assumption the car was detailed and ready to drive off the lot. I pointed out the trunk not even vacuumed, bird poop inside back door frame, driver floor dirty, and having one valve stem cap out of four. I asked to replace the missing three. He said he would have to order the caps and it s not something he does. He also said he wasn t going to have someone take the time to shampoo the floor carpet, and they don t even provide floor mats. I feel when you drive away with a vehicle from a dealer it should be cleaned and dolled up, which is what customers think when they hear the car has been detailed.To me it is the small things that make a return customer from a sale.Update: after speaking to the general manager, everything has been resolved and was very understanding of my concerns. Thank you Paul Brown.

I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I have had. Every single person we encountered was kind, willing to help, and so accommodating. It was a welcoming environment with people who are truly help ready to help you find the right fit for you and your family. We definitely found the car dealership we will be loyal to.

This was our first experience with Paul Brown Motors. My husband found a truck he liked, and we dealt with Brandi. Honestly Brandi was amazing. We knew what we wanted, and she was with us through the whole process, and even helped us through some issues. She kept good communication, and relayed our concerns. We are so glad we found Paul Brown, and Brandi! Not to mention the financing department went above and beyond to get us where we wanted to be. If you are looking for a car, look no further. Thanks again to Brandi, and Paul Brown staff for getting my husband into the truck he's been looking for.

Service department was excellent! I had an emergent issue causing my liftgate to continuously open. They got me in that day, fixed the issue and checked for other problems. Provided timely updates and everything was finished slightly ahead of the projected time! Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service! They go above and beyond for the customer. Brandi was amazing in reaching all possible care and needs for me and continued to be sure eveything is fine with my car! Every process in my purchase was smooth and Im completely satisfied. It was the best experience ever. I'm so glad I chose Paul Brown. The service department at chevy and dodge were awesome in fitting me in and are so polite. Thanks to all who make a difference because great customer service is hard to come by these days. Jason was absolutely fantastic with helping me pick out my car! He explained everything in full detail. He kept me in the loop of everything the entire time. I would recommend everyone to buy a car from Paul brown motors!

Jason was awesome! I hadn't bought a new vehicle in 10 years, Jason was super patient with me and answered all my questions, took the time to explain every detail to me, and got me in a way nicer vehicle than I thought I would be able to get! Once I (finally) made a decision, I was driving away with my new SUV the same day! Everyone I interacted with at Paul Brown Motors was friendly and kind, and I felt comfortable and never pressured to make a decision. As a young woman shopping alone (who knows little about cars), it really meant a lot to me to have someone take their time, share their knowledge and their educated opinion to make sure I was getting something that could last me another 10 years, and that I wasn't overpaying. Thanks again to Jason, Mary, Alicia, and everyone who helped me out!

Where do I Begin? First off a HUGE shout out to Brandi, Collins and Mr. Chad Green for making this deal work! The financial office was awesome, Chad helped this deal go through and Miss Brandi for being with me on this for 3 years. She's the superstar here. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM Paul Brown motors! I purchased my truck from them with a bad engine! I took it back 3 different times before I decided to take it to a reputable mechanic. They diagnosed it with in 20 mins being internal engine damage! I bring the invoice back to the service desk and they try to argue with me about it! Truth is they are not ford dealers and do not know how to fix it so I take the Service manager for a ride because they ask if I can duplicate the noise. They told me over and over they do not hear a noise. After I had my husband take the manager for a ride HE AGREED HE COULD HEAR THE NOISE! And tried to say he can t identify where it s coming from when just moments before they said they could not hear the sound! Now that sounds even more sketchy! Is it because I m a woman you thought you could gas light me?! When I walked in the service office they employee were laughing because I was so infuriated! I purchased an extended warranty through them wich costed me $4,556! They even added oil to my engine & said that nothing was wrong (it was clearly down again at least a quart) when I took it to the reputable mechanic they also found it was done 3 quarts short on oil when I just had the oils changed at Paul Brown Motors 2 weeks before. They are now telling me to take if 45 miles away so it s somebody else s problem. I asked to speak to terry the owner of the dealership or to be sent to a voice mail they refused to let me speak to him.

It's the dealership in Olean,NY. All Paul Brown car family employees managers very nice and try get your car which ever possible. You can check their lot. They've nice inventories also if you're interested check grand cherokees. You will get good deals guys.Yesterday I picked up Cadillac CTS trust me they've good price.

I would like to let everyone be told about the service department , I have a 2021 ram that has a engine failure at the milage of 40.000, thank God still on warranty, after around 6 week being everything in today's world is on back order, the called me said truck was completed, well when I got their I found numerous things that were far from unexceptable, so I let the truck with them after speaking with Matt the service manager, he agreed that things needed to be addressed, two days later I received the truck completely satisfied, Mat made sure everything that was overlooked , was repaired , Thank You.
