We bought a new vehicle from Paul Brown KIA, Jason was our salesperson. He was outstanding through the whole process. He was very diligent and thorough in explaining the buying process and explaining all the features of the vehicle. He was very patient as we decided between two different vehicle options. He called on behalf of buyers to quickly get actions from outside agencies completed so we could drive the vehicle off the lot the same day we purchased it. He also offered to go through anything the buyers were confused about after we bought the vehicle. Jason followed up with us a few days after the purchase to ensure everything was going well and that we liked the vehicle. Jason and Paul Brown KIA made the buying a new vehicle a great experience, I would gladly purchase from them in the future.

My husband and I bought a 2024 Kia Seltos and we love it! Nora was the BEST salesperson and couldn t have asked for a better experience. Everyday we find something new to love about our new car, and recommend Paul Brown to anyone looking for a new car!

After searching for a specific new Forte GT-Line, I found the exact one I wanted at Paul Brown Kia. I worked with Nora Warrior who was by far the kindest and most helpful car sales woman I've had the pleasure of meeting. She excelled with exceptional customer service, quick replies to my questions, an easy and stress free time at the dealership and a thorough explanation of what the car offered. I'm from upstate so the drive was about 110 miles which couldn't have been any more worth it. I've worked with over 30 dealerships and can honestly say she was a breath of fresh air compared to what I've experienced elsewhere. If you're considering purchasing a new car from Paul Brown Motors, ask for Nora, she's incredible!!

My Kia threw an engine code that required a dealer to service all while camping in nearby Allegany. I'm two hours from home, this is the closest dealer. Told customer service of my situation. The reply, "I don't have any appointments for even oil changes for two weeks out. You can tow it here, but don't call me up in 10 days wondering why I haven't looked at your car." -- While I appreciate the honesty upfront (the reason for two stars instead of one)... The inability for what I would constitute a more emergency situation (an undrivable vehicle in limp mode) to be looked at in a few days is not acceptable. Paid an expensive tow to have it towed back to a Rochester dealer. Vehicle repaired in two days. (They too were booking out a while, but had emergency slots for situations like this... Something Paul Brown Kia in Olean did not)

Just bought a Kia Seltos, Josh our salesman was great and Mary in the finance department was awesome. Would recommend both.We would definitely buy from them again. No need to travel to get a good deal and great customer service! We can shop local!Josh was great I had to bring my dog back the next day to make he would be comfortable in it before we purchased. It sealed the deal obviously! Thanks Paul Brown Kia!

I had a wonderful experience at Paul Browns. Both of the salespeople I worked with were very nice. The one complaint I have is they told me after doing everything but the financing on Thursday that we would only to be there for 20-30 minutes the next day. As a busy family with 3 kids I wish they would have attempted to be even close. It was 2 hours and 20 minutes by the time we left and my husband had to make a special trip so we could get our son to the guitar lesson that shouldn t have been a problem if they would had their stuff ready,

I dealt with Josh Lundy during the purchase of my new vehicle. He was very helpful assisting my wife, and I find the perfect vehicle. I highly recommend contacting Josh if your looking for a stress free purchase! We are thankful for the Paul Brown family for making this purchase happen, and treating us like family and not just a number!

we pulled in the lot and Josh came out to greet us. Friendly and eager to help, but never pushy. He worked with us to find the perfect new car for me. He did everything to make the experience a great one. We ve never found that great dealer until yesterday. So impressed with the entire experience and will be recommending Paul Brown to our friends and family. Thanks Josh!

We just bought vehicle #3 from Paul Browns and as always it was a great experience! Jason and Justin were awesome and everything went seamlessly! We always know that when we walk in, we will be taken care of in the most professional manner. It always seems like we are catching up with old friends, not just buying a car. Paul Brown went above and beyond my expectations! They were helpful and quick through the whole car buying process. They gave me a great trade in price for my old vehicle and got me into my dream car! I have recommended them to everyone I have come across since. I was burned by the last dealer i went through and these guys gave me a whole new view on car buying. I look forward to dealing with them in the future!

Paul Brown went out if their way to help me get a car. They took time out of their day to make sure I was happy with the car I wanted. They are very patient, hard working and take their job seriously pleasing the customer. I never had such a positive vehicle buying experience like Paul Brown. Stopped by to have my oil changed and state inspection done. Service was the best as well as the prices too. While I waited, I wander around the lot and looked at all the great deals on the new and used vehicles there. If I were in the market for a newer model, I would go here first.

We had an easy and no stress buying experience at Paul Brown Kia. Special thanks to Josh for being our point person from the beginning. Excellent pricing, + no-nonsense paperwork and test driving experiences. We drove from Rochester, NY and the whole deal was well worth the four hour round trip drive.

Excellent buying experience. Andrea did a fantastic job with the sale, I was traveling from out of state to purchase a 2 year old truck with low mileage and was at a very low price point. She and Justin (finance rep) made it quick and easy with most of the transaction taking place over the phone...I would certainly do business again!!!

The best car buying experience I ve ever had! Andrea was very helpful in helping me pick out the perfect vehicle for me. She was very busy that day, but that didn t take away from her amazing customer service. She even made sure everything was set to go when I came back the next day to pick it up. Don t waste you time going anywhere else!

I had a good experience at Paul Brown, I normally get very anxious going to buy a new vehicle, but this time was different. Jeremy was a great salesman to deal with, he never pressured me at all and was able to get the ball rolling via text so i didnt have to waste my whole day sitting at the dealership. This was definitly one of, if not the best truck buying experiences i ever had.

The best car buying experience by far. Jordan is a pleasure to work with at Paul Brown in Olean. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they were open to price conversations without strapping us down in the building. Jordan missed the opportunity to sell me a truck last year not by his fault at all but I enjoyed dealing with him enough that when it came time for my wife to get a new car he was my only choice. Very pleased with everything.

My experience at Paul Brown was very enjoyable. Chase was the sales associate I worked with and throughout the entire process he made the whole thing easy with his professional and personable demeanor. I'm super excited about the car I purchased, and I would definitely visit Paul Brown again!

The team at Paul Brown are top notch. Andrea in particular is phenomenal! She helped me find exactly the right vehicle. Any question I had was answered and she could not have been nicer throughout the process. Justin was also extremely helpful. His insight on the financial side was greatly appreciated.

We just bought a new/used 2017 dodge caravan.Jason did a great job helping us to meet our payment zone. Cheryl was great at explaining all the math and warranty , she even was kind enough to share her heat with me. This is our third vehicle we purchased from Paul Brown. THANKS EVERYONE!!!

Went shopping for a new truck. Collen the salesman was amazing he looked for the cheapest payment. Showed us the vehicle and made us feel comfortable being there. We bought the truck and he made the whole experience seamless and fun. THANK YOU COLLEN AND PAUL BROWN MOTORS. THE TRUCK IS AMAZING!!!!

Josh pulled us back over from another dealer by getting me in exactly what I wanted. It's never too much to ask for heated seats and steering as well as a sun roof!!! He got me that in my 2021 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and got my husband in a beautiful 2021 Ram.My first Jeep was from "PBJ" and I am in love with my new one from them too. Thanks Josh and everyone at Paul Brown for the amazing service that was so quick and smooth.

I turned in my lease for a new one. During the transaction, I felt like I was talking to a friend. Jeremy was so correct in choosing the color Kia Soul I might like, He was very thorough in explaining the different features on the new vehicle. Various associates offer me a beverage while I waited. I was extremely happy with the overall experience.
