I had a fantastic experience! Doug is honest and a man of his word! He fixed a few things on my car that I asked to be fixed and didn t charge me! They even vacuumed out my car while it was there. Very professional and good at their job! I m thrilled that I chose to work with Olean User Cars to find a reliable vehicle. 10/10 experience!

Doug was Fantastic , Only problem i had was that i did not go to him sooner !! Bad Credit/ No Problem He helped me get set up into my first Financed Truck! By far the best customer Service i have had , he stayed late after work to get me all set up too!!Thank you so much, I recommend anyone first starting out to definetley check him out ASAP , And the Vehicles all look like they just came off the showroom floor!!!

So I went online looking for a reputable car dealer. I came across olean used cars it had all 5 star reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I came down He had exactly what I was looking for, so we started the buying process, it was done within hours and I drove away same day with my new truck. Very easy and pleasant process. It's only the first day I have driven but so far so good.the truck is beautiful, not a spot of rust, runs so smoothly.. i truly got a smokin deal..he also filled my gas tank up! Very happy.

Came across the posting for a truck I was looking for at Olean Used Cars on FB Marketplace. Contacted Doug and received a prompt response. Doug had all the answers I asked for and was able to retrieve info I wanted to know that wasnt on the posting. Doug was able to accomodate a change in appointment and work around a snow storm to get me in my new truck. My new to me truck is a clean, loaded, one owner, locally sourced Tacoma that Im very happy with. The entire experience was friendly, professional, personable and I would highly recommend anyone do business with Doug and Olean Used Cars if those attributes are important to you. Thanks much Doug!

Thanks Doug for a great vehicle! I really needed a vehicle to get to work. Called Doug Saturday and he worked through the weekend including Sunday to make it happen by Monday. The vehicle is even better then i imagined! By far the best used car I've ever purchased! So if you need a great vehicle asap, Doug is your man!!!!

Doug was extremely easy to work with! Buying a car is something that always stresses me out. He made me feel comfortable, without me feeling like he was trying to pull one over on me - and that is super important to me!He walked me through everything and was very upfront and honest. No haggling and back and forth, just straight to the point. I liked that.I enjoyed the entire experience and I walked away with a beautiful 3rd row Buick! Doug was very friendly and helped us get financing for our truck ( 2013 F150 ) moon roof had an issue and he fixed the problem very fast ... all in all a very good place to buy a used vehicle ! Fast and friendly service !!!

I am very impressed with Olean Used Cars. There was a nice variety of cars and price points to consider. Doug was wonderful to work with. The process was easy, he took care of the details, he made sure the car was perfect at the time of sale, and I appreciated his friendly, caring, approach. When you are looking in our region for a solid used car, you have to check them out!

If your looking for a honest guy to buy a car from you found the right place! Doug was easy to work with, honest and true to his word I bought a van from him that ended up having some problems he immediately took it in and had his mechanic fix all the issues at not cost to me! He even provided me with a loaner car I couldn t be happier with my experience and I recommend looking at Olean Used Cars if your trying to get honest service quality vehicles and no nonsense staff!
