I definitely recommend these mechanics. They got my car right in without any waiting period. They were honest and forthright with the assessment of repairs on my car. They went above any other mechanics in customer service and timely estimates of repairs needed on my car. They definitely have my business in the future and I love it that they are open 7 days a week even though some parts needed weren't available to be delivered on the weekend which is understandable. Thank you for all your assistance. Will share my experience with family and friends.

First off I called ahead for an appointment which was never put into the computer but they still squeezed me in for my inspection but then after my appointment I was told my car failed the safety inspection but passed the emission the reason they gave me is a small gas leak near the gas tank and a license plate bulb now this car had major engine work on it within a week before the inspection and they also went through to make sure it would pass and now all of a sudden I have a gas leak by the tank and a bulb out which I checked all the bulbs before I went in and replaced the ones needed now before I went in it didn t have any gas smell but after my whole car reeked of gas inside and out after they pulled it out of the garage .when I got home I checked the bulb and it was pulled out enough to not turn on I also checked gas leaks and couldn t find any nor was there a smell of gas with the car off and also while running. The gas lines look like new no rust and I have a plastic tank. Now I will be taking this to another inspection station and telling them about what happened and if they don t find any problems I will be reporting this garage!I am editing this post to include I also put a dry box under it to see if it leaked and be able to smell what it was leaking if anything and it does have a leak just before the muffler where the muffler connects to the main pipe and it s just water it s leaking from there I am guessing from where it was running too lean and ended up getting water in the pipe the car has passed inspection since this review which I will admit they was right about the license plate bulb which I replaced but as far as the gas leak the garage that inspected it did not find a leak nor did they smell gas! And they were aware of the failed safety inspection and whyI will never go here again.

Went there to get my brakes checked. I needed rear pads, rotors, and one caliper. The brake lines broke removing the calipers. They couldn't get the part, so they got me a ride home. It was fixed the next day, and they even dropped it off to me. The guys were great to work with.

These folks, and especially Jordan, are TOP NOTCH!I needed new tires, there were mistakes, and Jordan didn t offer cheap excuses. He and the team simply acknowledged the mistake and corrected the situation with a sense of urgency and professionalism.You don t get that anymore. Too often when a business makes a mistake you get, Well let me tell you about my problems , which have no bearing on the outcome you paid for. That wasn t the case here with Jordan and the folks at Monro.If you want great service and straight answers, go to Monro.

We are a collision shop and have not have any success finding a good alignment shop so I used my personal vehicle as a test dumby and gave these guys a shot, I'm very picky and want my 20 year old 1 ton trucks to ride like a brand new Cadillac, these guys did an amazing job, the alignment was perfect and Jordan and his team were super great to work with. My 05 excursion that has never drove straight now rides beautifully, I will definitely be sending our customers to you guys.

These guys were top shelf!!!!!It was at least an hour to have done to our truck what we needed. My husband and I wanted to grab a bite to eat and it was raining.....So the manager had one of the guys drive us down the street where we wanted to go!!! If I could rate a 10 or 100....I surely would. Thanks again!!!! If we need service again in your area we surely will call!!!!

This place is top notch. I was traveling with family when my rear brakes decided they were done. I showed up at opening and Dennis (Manager) took care of me immediately. They kept me informed the whole time and we re so nice especially for early on a Saturday. If you re I m Western NY and you need and service, but especially brakes, see Dennis at Monro in Olean, NY. Thanks again!

Staff treated myself poorly due to the fact the online system did not show them my online booking appointment until the day of. The employee stated to me you need to call next time because the online booking system didn t tell us until today, and we had many other show up . Do not offer an online booking service if you do not want customers to utilize it, and additionally, do not belittle customers who used it days in advance and we re not at fault for it failing. Poor service, will no longer return there due to the employees poor attitude.

Wow! What can I say about this business. We were desperate to get a tire repaired late on a Saturday. Dennis and Dietrich to the rescue. They took us right away, got us in and out in no time. They were professional and efficient, we would highly recommend them for any of your tire needs. They saved our vacation!

Thieves!Brought our truck in for alignment and got taken over the coals instead! First off, they said they were going to charge us more than quoted because they had to use a special tool. Then they said that we d needed other parts that we did not need. We paid their fee and left. Got 5 blocks down the road and our brakes magically gave out. Supposedly and coincidentally our break line broke, so they charged us another $200 on top of the $100 we just paid. Mind you, the truck still pulled and acted like it needed alignment.We took it to our local mechanic and low and behold, not only did we have a snapped strut (not the part Monroe wanted to replace), but he could tell that there was no way they had aligned the vehicle at all because there were no marks whatsoever on the upper bolts for adjustment.Only one mechanic out of three that we talked to said that the break line was possibly a coincidence. Another said that it was more likely that whoever was up under the vehicle bumped the line. The third only said that they heard Monroe was known for their dirty tricks.

Guys were great here, I had a problem with a set of rims I ordered and got sent there. They came and got me right away to show me the damage. Guys were very patient with me while I was on phone with distributors figuring out a solution to the problem. I think the employees were more mad about my damaged rims than I was which I think is pretty cool. Thanks again guys and I will be seeing you in the future!

Mike was amazing with me at the Olean NY site. All the guys in the front and the ones in the shop went above and beyond to make sure I had the right brakes and rotors for my car.I would seriously recommend this shop to anyone.Great job guys

Ladies beware! I scheduled an appt. for tire rotation and wheel balance check. Simple and straightforward. Well, the manager and the mechanic INSISTED that they always test drive the vehicle first (for a tire rotation ?) and asked if there was any vibration. Well, of course when I told them there was, that lead to it being any number of possible more expensive fixes from bad shocks to a universal joint. I was so disgusted by the end of the test drive that I said I had a family emergency and left. I quit going to Monro years ago because of their unscrupulous sales techiniques. I figured I'd be ok with just a rotation. Lesson learned. I'll wait until I can work around a weekday appointment with the garage that installed the tires. I trust him, and he never tries to push other services on me. Sad that women still are taken advantage of when it comes to repairing and buying vehicles.

I wish I could do no stars but it won't let me.I tool my mother n laws car to monro in August for an oil change and 5miles later the oil light came on so I went back and it was over filled.They drained the oil and changed it again.Her light came on 50 miles later so we took it to another garage and her oil pressure sensor was bad they said more than likely due to over filling it.They did pay the costs of fixing it and sent me a $40 gift certificate. I took my daughters van to the same monro 2wks ago for an oil change and used the gift certificate.Now her van has the check engine light on and it says it's the oil pressure sensor so we checked the oil and again it was over full so we drained it and re filled it. I took it to them yesterday and all they did was reset the light. 3.5 miles later it came on.If they can't change oil I'd hate to see how they do brake jobs.NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.I did call corporate yesterday and was told the district manager would call me still no call

Awesome customer service. I called in a panic on Sunday morning, we were getting ready to leave for a funeral and found a flat tire. I called to see if they could help us out, and not only did they say come on down, but got us in and out quickly so we could be on our way. Top notch center, thank you.

I have no idea why anyone would post a negative reviews of this location. I take my personal vehicles and my two work trucks there and have never had anything less than a perfect experience. Beware of the other reviews, it sounds like competition posting bogus reviews. The manager there is very thorough and makes sure he gets you the best price possible. The mechanics are knowledgeable and do quick work. I've never been charged for unnecessary work. Would recommend over any other shop in town for brakes, oil changes, muffler etc.

I ve brought my vehicles here for several years. They ve always been great- quick work and fair prices, and working in coupons when they were available.Recently I had an engine light come in and stopped on my way home. Over the next month the manager Mike and his crew have done everything they could to fix the problem without just throwing parts at it. After a lot of work and headaches they got it right and gave me a better than fair deal on the cost.I go here and I tell my friends and family to go here, too. Oil changes, inspections, brakes, tires, and everything else, they ve earned my trust and my business.

I love coming here. It was honestly an accident the first time I came (Ibwas new to town and I had made an appointment somewhere else, but showed up at Monroe), but 5 years later I've never taken my car anywhere else. They're friendly and take the time to help you understand why they're doing the work they're doing, and if something doesn't need fixed, they tell you and they don't charge for it. I've never thought about going anywhere else.

I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 a.m. very friendly I was in and out of there by 11:15 a.m. which was very convenient because I had my 6 month old with me. I go there every year for my inspection and oil change! It is very convenient to be able to schedule your appointment online in advance it tends to make the service a lot quicker. Highly recommend them!

I called today to see if I could get my vehicle inspected. "Mike" answered with a stellar greeting that set the tone for the entire experience. Being that it was the first of the month I knew before calling it would be a miracle to get an inspection with out a long wait (or at all today). Anyway, Mike did a great job of explaining the reality of the workload and setting an appointment for me the next day. By the way, I have worked in automotive sales/service in the past ( & I know the difference) and appreciate talking to a real person on the other end of the phone now that I'm the customer. Thanks Mike!
