Absolutely the best sales and service department I've ever worked with. The staff is very friendly and professional. The company does not nickle and dime you, they are good at keeping costs down and making sure you have no surprises in your car servicing. Sales department is no-pressure and knows their vehicles well. Every experience with Mastel Ford-Lincoln is a good one!

I recently purchased a new Ford Raptor from Mastel Ford in Olean, New York, after looking up on Ford's website, they indicated that they had a 2022 Ford Raptor in stock, I talked with a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman by the name of Wayne Myers, I asked him a few questions about the Raptor, I asked him what are you charging for this truck and he said MSRP, I had been looking for a Ford raptor through other dealerships that wanted to charge $10,000 to $20,000 over MSRP, pleasantly surprised I told him that I was very interested in the truck, but I am two hours away, he indicated to me that no problem we can hold the truck for you which they did, and I picked it up on the following Monday after the weekend. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody, including my family and friends. It was a very smooth and easy transaction, all the staff and sales people were very friendly and courteous to me.

Not happy at all with our salesman Matt. Very unprofessional as a salesman. He was avoiding us because we didn t trade in our vehicle that they inspected for a possible trade in. No one needs to be treated that way just because we didn t trade in a vehicle.

I had my Ford Escape serviced at Mastel Ford in Olean NY.First off the employees were ALL very kind, personable and knowledgeable about my vehicle and how best to repair it. I had 2 ABS sensors replaced and also had brake pads and rotors replaced. They did not have me pick my vehicle up until the repairs were 100% efficiently done. In addition to the paid repairs they did check minor things such as windshield wash and oil at no extra charge. What I paid to have my car fixed was 1000% worth every penny. MY brakes feel so good when I'm driving. I highly recommend this business.April 27 2022Had my car serviced again. This time oil change, cabin air filter change, and all windshield wipers changed. Again I received superb service. They also took the engine air filter off cleaned it and put it back on as it was still good. But I had a mouse that left a mess and they cleaned it all up for me. Plus checked fluids, brakes and tires at no charge. I love Mastel Ford in Olean.

At this moment, I will never purchase another Ford Vehicle. My Vehicle has been at Mastel for over 1 month & still not fixed or loaner vehicle set up for me.. The incident, my vehicle broke down was towed to Mastel to be fixed. A little info, (because in the end it is important) my vehicle was bought brand new in another state because that is where I found the vehicle that I wanted. It is still covered under the regular 3 yr 36000 warranty & I also purchased the extended warranty. So, as of today Mastel Ford has had my vehicle for OVER 1 MONTH Waiting for A part. They will not provide a loaner vehicle, even though I have the coverage under my warranty. I was basically told because I didn't purchase my vehicle from this dealership, they do not have to honor the loaner vehicle. Then I find out, they could FIX my vehicle NOW & when the other part that is cosmetic comes in, then put that on on. But they said they will not cover the second time it would be brought in to have that part put on.. This is the fourth ford vehicle I have purchased brand new & this is the treatment you get. Being told you don't get the same warranty coverage since you didn't purchase the vehicle from them.. So do they really think treating me this way and word of mouth, that people will want to purchase a new vehicle from their lot? No

I bought a 2017 Ford Edge from them, constantly had problems with tires going low and other things wrong with it when I bought it. They admitted they didn't have time to take it in the garage and go over it before they sold it to me even though I tried getting the appointment to buy it changed! Service guys were rude with me and tried charging me a deductible for fixing something already wrong when I bought it! Paid over $3k for extended warranty and only had it 9 months and only got back half of what I paid and nothing should have been put on any warranty anyway because it was problems the car had they admitted to not fixing before they sold it to me!! Total rip-offs!!!

The service staff was extremely accommodating. They not only replaced what I believed was wrong, but found another similar issue and fixed it right away. They were very friendly and helpful with me getting the parts fixed under my warranty. Even though they were short staffed due to a health emergency of a technician, they got my car fixed promptly and assured everything was in perfect order before I got it back. I was extremely happy with my experience.

I have had so many wonderful experiences at Mastel. The entire dealership is full of wonderful people who truly care about the services you receive, and they treat you like family, rather than customers. When I take my vehicle in to be serviced by their amazing Parts and Service Department- I am always overly pleased. The technicians do a wonderful job fully diagnosing the problem and always have my car fully fixed and ready when they say they will.Because of my wonderful experiences here, my husband and I have bought all of our vehicles from Mastel, and will always continue to do so. The salespeople are wonderful and the office ladies are top notch-they always ensure that you are fully pleased and that you have all of your questions answered before you leave. I will never go elsewhere to purchase or service my vehicles!This is a wonderful dealership and I highly recommend them to everyone!

The buying experience at Mastel was a great one and a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend and will definitely be keeping them in mind on the next purchase for our family. I would have given 5 stars but I have not received my spare key fob or the code to the keyless entry on the drivers side of my truck. I really hope that they hold up their end of the bargain and get me those things as promised. All the people there were fantastic and a pleasure to do business with.

The folks at Mastel Ford-Lincoln are TOP NOTCH! They are the most honest dealership staff I've ever dealt with before. There's no wondering if you're being taken advantage of, because you're NOT. They are sincere, honest, and truly care about their customers. I hope that Ford recognizes them somehow, in a meaningful way, not just some plaque on a wall. They deserve it!

Everything went smoothly and in a timely fashion. The tech Laurie(?) Was very polite and courteous throughout our time there. She explained what needed to be done and how it was done in a way we could understand easily. We will definitely recommend their service to friends.

Over 2 hours and 45 minutes to do an oil change scheduled for 2 PM. It still isn't done and it is almost 5. I'm just sitting in the waiting room.Edit to reply: You told me that you didn't replace the door latches. All you did for the recall was walk around the car and visually look at the date code on the latches, it should have only taken a few extra minutes. I didn't buy that excuse that day and I don't now.

Love that I can go to Lori and her Team with a specific concern and they give me full detail rather than simply saying, "yes, you need to do this right now". I appreciate the hard numbers and timetable they provide so I can make the decision on repair timing. Top notch service and always treat me so well! Thanks Lori and Mastel Tech Team!

GREAT SERVICE!!! We were towing our trailer with our F150 on 86E. Just left Allegany S.P. enroute to Watkins Glen when the engine started to misfire. Flashing CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. WHICH MEANS BIG PROBLEM, COULD DAMAGE ENGINE. I called service and spoke with Lenny. He said their service was packed, but if we could wait a few hours he would at least give us diagnostics. We were more than happy to wait. They let us unhitch in their grassy side lot while they looked into the problem. 4-5 hours later we were back on the road. Worn out spark plug #4. Changed all six, cleaned our emissions, and had us on the road.....back on our much needed vacation. Lenny, thank you for sqeezing us in. And to the service tech whose name I did not get...but he really seemed to care that we would arrive to our next destination safely.And to the other people of Olean.... thank you for understanding if your vehicle took longer than expected. Please be understanding and know that your dealership took care of another family, who really needed help desperately. And know that you have an awesome business in your area. They took care of us knowing that we were from Michigan and would never be repeat business. Please give them yours!!!

We've always have had a good experience when dealing with Mastel Ford. Talk about friendly sales staff and service that are very professional. They'll bend over backwards to help you. We've been more that satisfied with every vehicle that we have bought from them either new or used. We worked with Wayne buying a car an hour and a half away from where we live. I had been contemplating buying a new used car to replace my 2007 Mariner, yes I said 2007. Wayne was easy to communicate which since I rarely have time to talk on the phone, communicating mostly via text . The price was fair, no haggling which I've heard is a thing of the past for the most part (Thank God! ) And quickly in and out. Kristen in the finance department was informative but not pushy! Worth the drive for an investment ...

I recently had my Ford Mustang at Mastel Ford for a factory recall. Lori, the service manager, took care of my problem in a timely manner. She had me in and out quickly and explained what needed to be done to the car. She was friendly and informative and I left the dealership well satisfied with the entire process.

I am beyond satisfied. Was experiencing a very unique and baffling front- end suspension issue with my Lincoln MKT. Lorie, with the expert assistance of her very competent Service Department techs, were able to diagnose and repair the problem with little effort. The car now drives and handles better than I ever could imagine. Mastel is fortunate to have such capable employees.
