Superb service and work on my truck. They set the example of quality. My repairs were better than new. Office staff were very professional while also friendly and oriented to meet your needs. Will highly recommend to anyone.

My parked car got smashed and I had it towed to Mallery s upon recommendation by my insurance company. Mallery s did a great job every step of the way: explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take, answering my questions; absolutely every single person I talked to there was super nice and helpful, they called regularly to keep me updated on the estimated finished day, it was done a day earlier than expected AND they cleaned all the dust and dirt off the floors doors and dash! I hit a deer and they definitely have top notch service, quick, and had a loaner car for me to use at no charge if you have a insurance claim this is the place to go they took care of everything with insurance and had me going again fast!

This business is the best. While on vacation we hit a deer. They were kind enough to check out our car and make sure we were okay to continue our travels. Cannot say enough about their friendliness and super service. Thank you Mallery s.

I hit a deer took out the passenger side. They squeezed my car into their very busy schedule. Fixed the care good as new and detailed the car like new. Very impressed. Everyone was so friendly atmosphere so homey. Staff all the way from receptionists to shop workers are AMAZING! They are so welcoming, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and work closely with insurance companies so you don't have to.The lobby is comfortable, clean, and stocked with a large selection of complimentary things like water, soda, k kups, snacks....They take a very long time to do the work and all of their loner vehicles are out because of it, BUT they are AMAZING. You can't tell that the vehicle was tboned with huge gouges and tears in the metal so it was worth paying for a rental for months. You honestly can't tell it was completely crumpled on one side. They also detailed and washed it after. Wow just wow.

I was in an accident 200 miles from home and ended up sending my car to Mallery s on a referral from my SIL. I truly could not be happier with them on every level. They did incredible work, and could not have been kinder or more patient. Their communication was top notch and they worked so hard to get my car done when supply chain issues threatened to make it a 14-week process. My wife and I came from Florida to visit family here in NY. The day we were leaving to go back to Florida we hit a deer. We were able to get into the shop quickly and our car was ready to make the 1,000 mile drive within a day. The shop kept in constant contact with us and with our insurance company. Not only did they fix our car but gave it back to us better and cleaner than we left it. Thank you, Mallery for your patience and professionalism. You guys are amazing.Service: Body & Trim

Mallery s AutoBody & Collision, Inc. is a top notch business 5+ STARS. The staff are professional and very helpful. Prior to receipt, they offered to facilitate my rental process if there were any issues. I recently had collision work done on my vehicle. The shop was ready for intake upon my arrival. I was kept apprised of the repair timeline and the work was completed on time. I have used Mallery s in the past and highly recommend them to anyone. My daughter had an accident near her apartment and our insurance recommended Mallery's. They kept my wife up to date on the condition of the car. They were up front on the parts taking awhile to get in. Once the parts were in the job was completed quickly and looks flawless. Would recommend them highly.Mike Egan

Brought my car in for a repair, got it back in worse condition, oil pan was cracked, wheels were stained with acid and vinyl wrap stained with red paint marker on multiple panels, and then was offered pennies on the dollar for the necessary repairs to return the car to its proper, original state while mallerys was unwilling to inquire about a quote from a shop capable of doing the repairs, forcing me to reluctantly accept their offer after 2 months of waiting due to them "waiting on a quote" just for me to find out from them that their shop of preference "wouldn't" give them a quoteServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the second time I have taken my car here to be repaired after an accident. The staff has been very friendly and professional both times. Staff has been good about communicating with me along the process so I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle. They make the process simple and easy from start to finish. They do amazing work on repair and body work as well. You can not even tell it was in an accident.

Very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Associates are very informative about the stage of your vehicle and the quality of work was great. I would definitely continue my business here BUT, I hope it's never needed again.

This was my first time bringing a vehicle here. And I have to say compared to other local shops this was hands down my best experience ever. They stayed in constant communication with me, the jobs now completed and my car looks amazing you would never know it was in a accident. Everything is functioning properly again. And I have to say they made a terrible and stressful experience as smooth and as painless as it could be. Definitely would use again, hopefully no offense I do not have to.Service: Body & Trim

Mallery's did an extremely thorough job fixing our Jeep after running over a log on the interstate. We needed new rims, tires, suspension and front bumper. I went in for repair due to an accident and was very pleased with Mallery s service throughout the entire process. They worked well with my insurance company as well. They worked out the details!!They kept me informed, and I received my truck back in great condition. I will recommend them to anyone that needs work done to their vehicle.

I ve been in two accidents since May and my cars have gone to them both times. Their customer service is the best I ve encountered when dealing with anything to do with my car. My car came out looking like it did when I drove it off the lot. I even got text messages every step of the way and it was done by the date they provided me with! Hopefully I won t be in any accidents anytime soon but if I am, my car will be going back there. Thank you guys for doing such a good job and being amazing!

Their claim to fame of NOT using aftermarket parts is a lie. They used aftermarket parts that did not line up on my car. When confronted with the bad fit of parts, John told me that no one ever notices when they don't line up. Plus, he refused to fix the issue without full payment again. The insurance company (not mine), was willing to pay half what he was asking to fix his mess, he refused to do anything, stating " I don't work for free". 8 months after trying to get him to fix the mess he did, the insurance company paid another shop to fix my car. THE CORRECT WAY. Beware. If you're not happy with their work.. you have to pay again.

Couldn't ask for better customer service. Especially from the gals in the office, very efficient! Even though my vehicles is 9 years old they matched the paint perfectly. Detailing could of been better but that might be on me needing my vehicle an hour before scheduled pickup..

Whenever I need professionals Mallery's is my go to. Had a wheel alignment done here a couple years ago, my car drives great and tire wear is back to normal. Always very friendly and helpful. Recommend.

Had my vehicle for 21 days for an extremely small break in the grill. Had the parts in the shop within a week and still took that long. I was not informed of any progress throughout the entire process. I called almost everyday after the parts came in and still never got much of an update.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Update: Taking your vehicle in to be repaired is never something one looks forward to; however, at Mallery's they lessen the blow with great service from the moment you enter the door to the moment they put your keys back in your hand. Mallery's has excellent customer service and top notch technicians.Quality service, professional staff, honest pricing.
