We bought a dodge ram 1500 on Friday December 16, 2016 from Jake Marsh....he was very knowledgeable and was great to work with. He definitely made the buying experience easy. We had a couple little minor problems with the truck. We told him that when we test drove it the headlight was cutting in and out and that the passenger side mirror turning signal light wasn't working properly and he said he would see what he could do. It was the weekend so I didn't expect it to happen quickly. Well while we were driving on Sunday the light went out. I called on Monday dropped the truck off and picked it up Wednesday all fixed. Everyone at Olean Resale were very friendly and helpful. I will be spreading the word to shop there. Our experience was great and we are very happy satisfied customers. My husband dropped me off at the mall to shop only to find a vehicle he's been searching for. He purchased a Ford F-150 and is madly in love with it. The staff and manager at Larry Spacc's were great to work with. There was a small amount of damage to a window trim, but the staff has set up a time to replace/repair it. We were in and out of the place in an hour and my husband couldn't be happier. This is the second vehicle we have bought from them and each time it was a breeze. I would recommend this place to someone. **Negative reviews "probably" came from people with bad credit. It isn't a dealership's fault that you have a lower credit score. We have great credit and they worked with my husband's budget to come up with a great deal.**

I know a couple different people that purchassed vehicles from the Lakewood store, within just a few months the automobile Lakewood were junked.They do infact sell you vehicles that shouldn't pass state inspection.......buyers beware!Take the car to a trusted mechanic or just avoid their 3 dealerships altogether, you've been warned! Olean Lakewood Dunkirk/Fredonia

I walked in with lots of doubt. My credit is not the best. I walked out happy, and with a 2016 chrysler 200. The manager was awesome! Friendly, and helpful! I definitely recommend talking to these guys if you really want a nice vehicle at an affordable price!

We went there this week and they were so very helpful and great to work with. We didn't think we were going to be able to get a car but they went to bat for us and now we are driving a new car. Even if it wouldn't have worked out for us it would not have been the dealers fault. They do their job well. They take care of their customers. Thank to to the guys that worked with us.

Never even got the chance to review options. Although they were friendly, the first guy who was taking my PRIVATE information was nodding off in front of me mid sentence. Jake was the one who called me. We set up an appointment. I was there 15 minutes early and waited an hour before I was even acknowledged. I remained calm for THREE hours. He then kept telling me I'll be with you in 10 to 15 minutes. That 10 to 15 minutes ALWAYS turned into an hour. I was was there from 1 to 5:15! And nothing got done! Disappointed in the whole experience.

Jake and Lou have gone above the call of duty!!! They have worked hard with my husband n I on our purchase of a almost brand new car, 2017 Ford Fusion!They treat you well n are the BEST to deal with!

I hope they re not here anymore. Literally the worst place ever. Tried to sell me a lemon. The guy ended up screaming at me because I wouldn t buy a warranty. 10/10 do not recommend

They sell and inspect cars that should never pass inspection!!!!!!!......i will not get ahold of a salesman i am going to turn in it to the nys inspection board because the vehicle i got there should of never passed. Rotted subframes do not happen over night.

Would of give it a 0 but would not let me do past a one star and they lie and tell u 500.00 down but truth is bring your check book and watch out for the lies they feed u and try to put u in something u don't want or can't use and was the worst day I ever had and I never do it again . All who read this do not do it.
