The service was fine, but pricing is outrageous. Never ever again will go there and have for years. $90 for an oil change is disgusting. Wanted another $40 for an air filter and I said no way!Cant blame the economy when every other place around is doing them for between $40 and $50 still

Went for an oil change 03/28. Very quick and affordable service. We were in and out in maybe 25 minutes tops. The staff were very professional and friendly as well. Would recommend.

Very thorough and fast. Their team recommended a new cabin filter. Mine had never been changed and was extremely overloaded with pollen and other dust and debris. The new one is well worth the money. He had it changed out within two minutes.

A simple oil change and new cabin filter cost me $112 - before tax. For a small Toyota; $60 for the oil change, $47 for a cabin air filter, and a $7 delivery surcharge fuel fee. I used a $10 coupon and the total still came to $110.73, after tax. I looked up how much a cabin air filter is for my vehicle and it can be purchased for $10 and took less than 2 minutes to replace. Live and learn I guess.

Just went for an oil change. Prices did go up, but the work was done well. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. The workers were professionals. Would recommend if you want things done quick.

I rolled in a half hour before close, and they were still so nice and helpful! It literally took less than 15 minutes. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (which was happened before at other places ). Will definitely be going back!

This location is at least double the price of other locations in the area. They charged over $90 just for an oil change. This was on a Nissan Versa Note which is a very small vehicle as well. Got same service at Walmart for only $29.99 plus taxes on my van later that day.

This used to be my go to oil change spot. I have a vehicle that requires full synthetic so I expect a higher price. However my normal $75 oil change went to $120. This is AFTER the very awesome employee gave me a $30 discount. I could tell he felt defeated with all of changes. It seems as if the new ownership is making it more difficult to retain business. I m happy to pay a premium charge for the convenience offered with a drive through facility however. In this market I don t understand how a business can increase their pricing that much and expect to retain my business.Service: Oil change

High priced when compared to others and no extras with the high cost. Such as other fluids filled. Probably wouldn t go back if possible.

Why doesn't jiffy lube want to put their own name on the business? It says Quality Quick Lube all over the building and on the sign out front. Is jiffy lube so ashamed of their own reputation that they have to lure people into the business by trading off the good reputation of Quality Quick Lube? jiffy lube took over the Quality Quick Lube in Olean NY months ago, why hasn't this been changed?Service: Oil change

I waited over 1/2 hour to get regular oil changed. This time they advised me that they are under a New ownership.They asked me if I wanted regular oil or synthetic oil. I said regular oil.When they were Done, my bill came toDouble of what it was the last time I had it done there. After I paid the bill - found out that they put synthetic oil in my car!Do not go there!! My bill was Almost $80.00 - what a rip off & they put in the wrong oil!!!SGilder-CoderService: Oil change

Never go here. They asked me how much oil to add for a oil change. I don't know, that is why u are here.My engine needed 12 quarts, they only put 6 quarts. I questioned the dip stick like where is the oil. They said it was there.Git my oil changed today, It takes 12 quarts of oil.Never go here for anything.

My friend and I went here to get her oil changed, it was horrible. First we waited a good 20mins before even getting in the bay. Then, we got in and they took all her information and asked her what kind of oil she would like (synthetic or regular) she wanted regular. Then the guy went and got the price came back and told us it was $72. She paid and we got the receipt and it was synthetic oil. Outrageous price, bad attitude, poor customer service. Like everything else, the prices have gone up quite a bit but value for your money is still there. Been using this place's service for years and they're quick, friendly and never try to upsell me. If they make a suggestion or comment on condition of the vehicle, it's worth looking into.

My first time coming here. Stay in your car for an oil change. A whole crew works on the car. All in sync so the process was quick! About 15 minutes total. Great location too. Awesome!

Holy super fastness... This was the quickest oil change I've ever had. And it's nice because you can see them open the jug of your oil when they put it in... Meaning there's no way you're paying for mobile one and getting shell... Only downside was it was a bit pricey, but for the speed and transparency of it all - if you need it done fast go here.
