They are very unprofessional. They pulled on to my property damaging my lawn to remove a neighbors tank. Then a 2nd time pulled in to my drive only realizing it was wrong home. Backed into lawn leaving another track. Made three phone calls. First one I spoke to a young lady in Frankliville. Someone was supposed to come look. Second call a message was left. Sent an email where I got a response someone was coming to look at it. Third call spoke to a gentleman and was assured someone would come. As of yet no one has come. I fixed the spots myself and changed providers. Service to a 14 yr customer was certainly non-existent.

You people are awful! We called on Friday, December 28th to inform you that we only had 3% propane and that we need it because that is what we heat with and we have a 2 year old in our home. You claimed you would try to get someone up right away, but if not, you'd have someone come between Friday and Monday. Well, Monday rolls around and no propane! So, 4 days without propane and without heat, with my 2 year old in the house. It's not Wednesday, January 2nd, day 6, and no propane! This company is terrible and clearly don't care if a 2 year old freezes.

I didn't like all the paperwork & hoops from this company, just to purchase home heating oil. PA companies allow you to just order oil & pay. They deliver in NY & prices from PA are also 40 cents a gallon cheaper & customer service is friendlier! This company is not worth the hassle & higher prices.

Very Friendly Staff! From the driver, to the office, to the technicians. I would recommend to anyone. Always deliver on time, excellent service!
