I am giving him a one star because I went in and I told him what I need and I asked him what size tractor I need for the work that I have to do so he told me this one tractor is plenty. Good enough I buy it from home I can t pick up nothing so I called him and then he tells me I have to load the back tires then he want wanted to charge me $675 so I went to another Matthew Ferguson and he loaded them for 375 and now it s still doesn t want to pick anything up and he doesn t wanna do anything about it so I guess I will never buy another thing from him $35,000 is a lot of money to come home and look at and I didn t wait a month to get back to him. I did it right away that s why it s so frustrating , I just want to tell you there is another Matthew Ferguson dealer in Arcade New York. That is way better to deal with and they are cheaper in a lot of things and they are out front with everything. Glad I found them because that s where I m going to go next.

I bought E55 excavator from them 2 years ago and it has been a great machine. The Bobcat has exceeded my expectations both in reliability and capability of doing the work. The service at Bobcat of Olean has been outstanding when my machine needed work. The staff there do a great job and always make me welcome treating me with honesty and respect. Thank You Bobcat of Olean!!!!

Great bunch of guys. Will work with you when you call ahead. Easy huge lot to back into for delivery or pick up. Pleanty of room to park overnight for delivery first thing in morning.

These guys have always taken great care of me. I called them on Monday and they got my utv right in the same day. Next day it was fixed and back in my shed in time to plow Wednesday. I ran the plow all day and it worked great! This is the third time in a row that they've taken great care of my utv! Top notch!

I am not pleased with this dealer ship my wife and I had bought a brand new artic cat 570 wheeler and at 20 hrs the seal blew in the motor they have had are machine since January and we still don't have are wheeler back. As we sit here and pay for a 10k machine to sit at the dealer ship for months on end.not once have they offered to give us a deal on anything or a discount , ect... nothing. Update after finally getting our machine back they were pretty straight forward and were sorry it took so long thanks bobcat of olean.
