Salesman in the furniture department was very, very helpful. We knew what we wanted going into the store we asked and he promptly checked everything. We made our purchase of a number of pieces of furniture, he met us in the pickup area and loaded everything making sure that nothing was/got damaged. I will definitely be purchasing my furniture from this store in the future and the biggest reason is that one employee. Good employees are hard to find anymore make sure that you don't lose him....

Watch the prices, they do not line up with what they show online(searched my store) $10.00 difference, and yes we all make mistakes but it's over a week and they still haven't fixed it and I got no compensation, just rude remarks.

We went to Big Lots on 4/2/23 to purchase several items for our new house. While we were there, we expressed interest in a Broyhill electric reclining couch. Tracy, let us know that they also had a matching loveseat and recliner. Tracy worked extra hard to locate all the pieces from different stores up near Buffalo and personally brought them back to Olean. She also went through and showed us all the coupons that applied so we saved hundreds of dollars. We picked them up on 4/8/23. The set is well made and beautiful. I highly recommend Big Lots their products are good quality and well priced.

Friendly employees great prices clean store. We bought a couch there and we love it we moved to Olean the very end of December of last year. I signed up and got the Big lots card and I get very good coupons was able to find my boyfriend who is 6'5 long underwear that fit him at a great value thanks Big lots.

Shelves could be stocked better as some spaces were empty. Customer service was great though.

Absolutely horrible experience. I bought a recliner for over $400 for my grandfather for his birthday. He sat in it once and wanted me to return it. No big deal right? Wrong! First I asked a friend to return it because I was working. They said it had to be me to return it with ID because I bought it with a Big Lots card. They didn't need my ID to sell it but now they do. He had the receipt and my card. I went to return it after work and was told I couldn't because it had a stain. It did not! The guy in charge of furniture and the guy who claimed to be the store manager claimed it couldn't be returned or exchanged. They were coming up with every excuse to not accept the return. I am cancelling my card and will not pay the bill for the chair. I advise nobody to ever get furniture here.

Went in to kill some time until pizza hut opened. My grandson got a bottle of soda. The employee are wonderful. Left for a little bit to go to pizza hut to eat then we came back & he go a puppy patrol shaving set & again the employees were wonderful. Keep up the good work & don't change a thing.

I had a good experience yesterday buying a TV stand. The guy who helped us (I cant remember his name) was awesome. He talked us through the purchase and helped us sign up for a reward card. He even brought the stand to our car. Great service.

There very good,all of the workers are nice.there very clean in there. The only thing about all the big lots is they have alot of furnishes on the floor and it makes the aisles smaller. Only one or 2 person can get through. I'm not the only one that don't like it alot of people complains. It was better when they had the furnished out back.the aisles was bigger to get through with ur carts. If, there going sell furnished they need to get a delivery man.alot of people, don't have trucks,and mostly the elderly.i think, they would sell more furnished having a delivery person. They need to do that,to sell there stuff.thats why alot of people go where they get free delivery.they don't have that for us.

I like Big Lots. We don't live in, or near o big metropolitan area so shopping list limited. Also, my wife and I are retired, so we live on fixed incomes. Big Lots fills a niche that we didn't have before unless we drove seventy-five miles, which we hated. It's nice that someone is able to provide that service to us. It's almost like a mini Wal-Mart.

Today I pick up a chair that was on sale (Thanksgiving) I had the greatest experience there the girls that took care of me they were the greatest. I told them I would spread the word about the employee how caring, happy,kind , helpful it the greatest store, think her name was Delores and the manager.

This is a very large, well-managed, well-maintained Big Lots. I shopped there for an artificial Christmas tree. Their selection was incredible. I selected a nine foot flocked tree pre-wired with LED lights @ 25% off. Very happy.

Asked 3 different clerks for guidance before 1 of them new where something was. I got shunned by a worker that was going to break and another one who said I just work the register when I asked where a kitchen item was.

Big Lots is the store to go to if you have an hour just to look around. Cuz it changes all the time. Next time you go, they have more new stuff. Fun store to go to even if your going for a bag of chips and a soda.
