Will highly recommend ASAP Glass. They got us our quote extremely fast and everyone there was so friendly. The gentleman that came to replace our window was so nice. Had a double panel window replaced after breaking. The new one looks so nice you can barely even tell there is glass there!

My window broke Saturday, called them Monday and they came next day. Took the window, replaced it with a board and installed the new window Thursday. I didnt have blinds up on the window because I couldn t hang them, they hung my blinds for me as well. They even took a look at my broken front door knob when they came and gave it a quick fix for me. Great company. Great responsiveness, and kept me up to date on what was going on. Thank you ASAP glass !

My door had full glass that suddenly shattered last September. I decided to go with a new door, rather than replace the glass, since the door was older. Mike came out and took measurements and then began the job of trying to locate a new door that was not your standard size. He suggested that I have an Amish man he knew make me a custom door. I m so glad I agreed to do that! The door is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Mike and Jason came and installed my new door. I was impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They even cleaned up completely afterwards. I highly recommend ASAP Glass of Olean - a very professional company.

Recently had ASAP Glass replace the 70+ year old windows on my house. They are very informative and quick to respond to any questions I had during the process. The installation went very smooth, and they managed to replace all 13 windows in about 5 hours. I would highly recommend their service.

A friend of ours recommended ASAP glass for our storm door replacement and I'm glad they did. We chose a Larson storm door because it was made in the USA. The door looks great on our home and is a good, high quality door. The installer did a great job, and was very neat and clean. I had the glass in my picture window replaced and today had a full glass storm door/w screen. installed by ASAP Glass. These guys are great. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me how to take out the glass and put in the screen. And offered to come back if I have issues with changing out the glass. I have always had an excellent experience with ASAP. I m a repeat customer and have gotten a beautiful Larson storm door, got an Energy King sliding door and a dozen Energy King window, and have also gotten glass blocks which have really brightened up my basement. ASAP do a wonderful job installing their products and take great care to leave everything clean when they leave. I would recommend ASAP to anyone looking for replacement windows! I called these guys to replace two windows. I didn t know anything about windows but after talking to someone there, I went with Energy King windows. I can t say enough good things about the new windows. They are energy efficient and having them installed made a noticeable difference in the room temperature. Seriously. They are easy to operate and came with a lifetime warranty even on glass breakage. (Let s hope I never need to worry about that). Bottom line is I m happy with this purchase and sure glad the staff was knowledgeable about the products they sell. The installer was quick and made it look easy. I will definitely call ASAP again when I m ready to replace the rest of my windows.Service: Window installation

At the beginning of the pandemic we had a Larson AMERICAN-MADE storm door installed. Love it! There was a few week delay in delivery from the factory but totally worth the wait. Roll down screen moves easily to adjust air flow. No more swapping screen & storm window seasonally. It s a heavier well-made door. More expensive than a box store but far superior and with a 10 year warranty. Highly recommend!Service: General door installation

I have a house that is over 100 years old. When I needed to replace my front door window I called ASAP. They came out the next day and had some wonderful suggestions for replacement. I also mentioned a very large original pulley window that needed to be replaced but we were afraid of the cost due to its size. Well they gave me some options and then sent me an estimate. I was tickled pink! Because of their pricing we were able to replace both windows for far less then we ever dreamed of. It did take some time tfor the windows to come in because they were not standard size and with all the COVID mess we all know that manufacturing isn't as quick as it used to be. But with that said as soon as the windows came in they were installed quickly. These people are kind, professional and just great to have for the job. I am in love with both windows and we get A LOT of complements on them. I only wish I would have used them when we replace other windows in our house. We would have saved a lot of money and frustration. I highly recommend them!!

Horrible.... The "owner" showed up to do an estimate on 2 shower doors and a window. We have not received the estimate after waiting 2 weeks. we have called a number of times with no response. He seemed to have quite a line of "hooha" as well. Talked about customer service and how he shined above the other local company. Do not waste your time. I will not get a call back, and we will go with Western NY Glass.

The product I needed was fine but I called and was told one price. They lost the invoice so thankfully I called the next day to see if it was ready. They told me a different price. They did manage to get to my order right away but when I got there I was given another price in which was the more expensive than any of the previous totals.
