Charged ninety dollars as an hour of labor when it literally took them ten minutes. To be clear, all they did was plug it into the system. Didnt give temp 10 day inspection. Wouldn't even fix our car and they had it for multiple hours, just sitting there.

I can not explain how great the Regan s and their employees are! They explain everything and are always there for your automotive needs. Mike Sarkin is first class!!! Not only did he sell me this sexy truck of mine, but he has even taken time out to help me with a fuse issue I had. The Regan s are top notch. Needed a hood replacement and paint on a Ford SUV . They did an excellent job got the vehicle back and looked like new, detailed inside and out . I would strongly recommend Regan's for all automotive repairs

Would not recommend this shop for vehicle repairs.Mechanic told me after doing a quick look over on my vehicle that he recommends i get a new motor. Seems like they just want the quick & easy business. Not ones that have to put much effort into.I towed my car out of there and to another shop. They put the same amount of time into my vehicle as this shop did to determine the issues as to why my car wouldnt start. A seized alternator.

We had an accident in Ogdensburg and luckily car was towed to Regan's . We met Daniel next morning on Thursday and requested him if he can do something and make the car road worthy to get us back to Toronto on Sunday. It was almost impossible task(given they are closed on Saturday and Sunday) it leaked all the radiator fluid and fender, bonnet etc were damaged really good . Daniel agreed to take a look and told us he will try his best . To our surprise we got call on Friday that car is drivable back to Toronto. He charged very reasonable price and we could not believe that there are still such honest and trustworthy people in this business . All I can say is this small town is full of amazing people and Regan's are the best !!Service: General repairs & maintenance

On 2/7/23 I left my truck at Regan's to have a O2 sensor put in and have the lower radiator hose clamps checked because there was some anti-freeze leaking from that area on 2/4/23 when it was -25 degrees in the morning when I started it. The day I dropped the truck off, the service writer Austin called me around 9:30 and told me the truck was done. One of the hose clamps was changed last year so I asked him if they had to change the old rusted clamp and he told me yes. After I picked the truck up and got it home I checked to see what they put on for a clamp and the old one was still on the radiator hose. They didn't change either radiator hose clamp but they charged me for doing it. Today was the first day I was able to get to Regan's before they closed and I talked to Austin about It and he wouldn't do anything about it. He just told me they wouldn't charge me for something they didn't do but the same clamps were on the hoses that were on them when I dropped the truck off. I will never go back there to have any work done on any vehicle that's for sure!!!!!!Jamie HutchinsService: General repairs & maintenance

I buy my studded snows there every few years. I make an appointment, they are always on time, get it done in a couple hours. I watched the guy stud the tires, takes a little while. Very polite, clean showroom. Good magazines to read.

They recently made repairs to my vehicle of a self made scratch. Eric in the body shop did an excellent repair and Paint was done by Dan.Would use them again if needed.

Purchased a 2008 Dodge Avenger SXT with 72,000 miles on it. 1 Year ago (9/2013)It is now 10/14, and to be honest i've had 3 issues with the car this far. I gave them a 5 star review however and the reasons for that are as follows:In the first 3 days of owning it we noticed a crazy sound coming from the front tires. So I pulled it into my friends garage, and we discovered that the lug nuts on all 4 tires where barely put on. Of course, we tightened them ourselves, but the next morning I brought it to the shop. The guys took it in immediately, and checked everything over to make sure there was nothing else wrong. Very professionally handled.3 months into owning it, the decoupler pulley for the alternator went, and I brought it to the guys at reagens, and they had the part in within 2 days, and fixed it with NO CHARGE. Handled very professionally.1 year into owning the car, and a weird noise is being made by the front right tire/assembly. I bring it to the shop, and they figure out what is causing the issue within an hour. It needs a new ball joint. Within 2 days they have the parts in, and 2.5 hours later worth of labor the problem is fixed. Handled very professionally. The total bill for this fix was $200 even. We also discovered that the ball joint went bad because of the detrimental roads in ogdensburg over this past winter. The absolute worst the roads have been in years.I'm currently looking to buy a second vehicle, and i'm going to end up getting it from those guys, because if you treat them like the establishment that they are, they will treat you well. Anytime I ever have an issue, I call them up, schedule a date/time/ect.. and things get figured out and fixed.Would like to thank Mr.Reagan, his daughter, and the staff over there at Reagens auto. They are most certainly up with the times, and do impeccable work.

Didn't want to give them a star but had to choose one dropped my car off drivable now can't even drive it at all never had a worse experience in my life with a garage except this place. Never again will I go there

Purchased used RV 5 yrs ago....Mr Reagan quoted a reasonable price for automatic leveling jacks with installation...when they were going to put them on he called and informed us it was double the price..from 1200.00to 2400.00...we also cut a deal to pay cash for a large part of the purchase price to save on sales tax...turns out we paid it anyway in cash...I can't help wonder if the government.got their 1750.00...my husband passed away recently and he always handled our finances ... I just discovered the sales receipt and discovered the truth...so be it..we owed it to the government...but I can't help but wonder if they received it from Mr. Reagan???.Will discourage anyone from doing business with him...

Did decent job on my car but also didn't take care of everything and charged me for things they just happened to forget to put on but then rectified half of that issue after pressing the issue.
