this is hands down the best shop in the world i can not believe that they dont have lines out the door for weeks they are very very honest people they know everything they get you in and out and if its something that takes a day or 2 they are so fast so reliable very honest the prices are great i will never go anywhere else after finding this place this is one of them you cant find anymore shops.. 5 stars is not enough should be 100 stars love this shop love the people

I've known Mike Lewis for many years and appreciate his honesty and his help keeping my vehicles safe, efficient, and on the road. My wife and I have purchased three Dodge Caravans and a Jeep Liberty from Northern Equipment over the past 3 decades and have gotten many miles out of them with regular maintenance and service. (Our current minivan has 172,000+ miles on it.) Mike's mechanic, Justin, knows his stuff and is always accommodating. Northern Equipment can perform nearly all types of car repairs except tires. For that, they recommend Morgan's Auto Sales, County Road 28 in Lisbon, NY.

First appointment they weren't at the shop waited for 15 minute 2nd appointment waited for over 35 minutes third appointment waited 20 minutes fourth appointment I was yelled at by owner for dropping my vehicle off at 8 am as planned previously. I could keep going but there's way to much to post. After spending over 500 dollars on an oil change and an inspection to wich they couldn't clear the code..I was again told to bring it back at my leisure anytime on a specific date. Once that date came they lied again and changed what time they wanted to open . When I asked for receipt from mechanic he told me im ignorant and needed to talk to owner. After speaking with owner he offered me 100 dollars back for a censor they charged me 100 dollars for that I never got a receipt for. I told him I needed all receipts for labor and parts so I can bring truck elsewhere. Owner completely blew up stating he never wanted me in there again as if I was impatient or unreasonable lol terrible terrible people to do business with. Worst business experience of my life hands down. Crooks and liars.Service: Oil change

I purchased a 2006 Buick Lucerne through (Mike Lewis) @ Northern Equipment and it had transmission problems 2 days after driving it off the lot Mike made an agreement with me when I purchased the car that all and any problems would be waranteed 50/50 he'll pay half of the cost and I pay half well the car needs transmission work so I called Mike and told him about it and he stood by his word and honesty the car is getting fixed I would definitely do business with Mike again in the future.
