Latham Auto Sales is an exceptional dealership! You would be hard pressed to find a comparable dealership!I was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted, in immaculate shape and at a VERY fair price. They made the sale as easy as possible, helping in any way they could. The true meaning of excellent customer service. I highly recommend this no-pressure, no-nonsense dealership!Not only did I get a free car wash at the time of purchase, but about a week after the sale, I received a Thank-You note in the mail that included a gift certificate to a local restaurant. Very impressive to be supporting locally owned businesses as well as providing a little extra bonus just for purchasing your vehicle from them!Wayne and Tessa do a fantastic job of making you feel welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated!Thank You Latham Auto Sales!

I bought a snow dogg plow here and what a great experience. These guys go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Special thanks to Mike for taking all my phone calls and questions! A very special thank you to Wayne, the owner who drove out to my house 3 times to help me and train me on the plow! Very patient and willing to do whatever needed to ensure I was confident and satisfied with my purchase! If you are looking to purchase a plow, I would highly recommend Latham Auto.

Bought a Lincoln town car from Wayne & Tessa at Lathan Auto sales this past week. What a outstanding couple to work with. Mike had the car out front ready for inspection. Made the deal, Tessa filled out the paperwork, had my plates within a hour and on the road home. The most enjoyable car purchase i have ever made. Very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly people. Highly recommend.

Latham Auto is the best used dealership in the north country...There amazing people that own and work there. I have now purchased 2 vehicles from them. Which both vehicles are amazing. Thank you for the wonderful service and opportunity to meet such amazing people.Once again Tessa & Wayne Latham went above and beyond to take care of me with my Ram 1500 I purchased from them, most amazing people I've ever purchased a vehicle from.They also helped me with my gofundme for help with fund to get me to and from syracuse to be with my newborn baby girl who is in the NICU. Recently purchased a vehicle from Latham Auto Sales. Tessa made the process extremely easy. Like way to easy haha. For me i needed insurance along with my vehicle and with luck their insurance broker was sitting in the office when i returned from my test drive. He made the process for insurance to easy as well. I call this place a one stop shop.I absolutely love my new vehicle. It was previously well taken care of and i have had no issues. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

We purchased our first vehicle from Wayne and Tessa a week ago and was delighted to see such amazing customer service. They went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We also had them install a new plow on our truck which they had completed in a day. I have to say that this is by far the best service we have received from any dealership that we have gone too. They also made sure we had shirts, and beanies before we left the dealership. Then a few days later we received a Thank You card with a certificate to Panera . This by far is exceptional! They also have the best staff that you could ask for. They are over the top with kindness. We will be Back ! Thanks Wayne and Tessa .

Went in telling them what my bank would finance me and they showed me a vehicle in that price range. Next day I purchased the vehicle. I was in and out in leas than 20 minutes. Very friendly staff. By far the best used car dealership. With their reasonable prices and friendly staff I'd recommend them if you're looking to purchase your next vehicle.

We have purchased 4 vehicles from Latham s (Acadia, 2 Wranglers, and a Compass) and would definitely buy from them again. They are right on with their pricing and true to their word on their warranties. Tessa, Wayne and the guys are all very helpful and make the process super easy. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I just moved to the area when we needed to buy a new car. Being new here, we weren't sure of which used dealership would be the most reliable and trustworthy. Well, let me tell you Latham Auto is NOT that at all. The buying experience was fine, its the aftermath that made us feel the way we do. The first red flag I should've listened to, there was shaking in the steering wheel, which I mentioned, and to them it's "just something silly". They seemed to think it was because the tires needed balanced. (I can tell you the entire time we've had this car, the steering wheel shook and never stopped). It still shakes. 2nd red flag should've been them ranting and raving that the car came from Maryland and that's a good thing because it doesn't snow there I guess they've never been to Maryland in the winter. 3rd red flag should've been them not wanting to come down on the price at all because "they spent too much on the tires and breaks", even though I was a cash buyer. The tires are the cheapest you can buy, no mechanic shop, or even Walmart for that matter has never even heard of them. They are $50 a tire. They said they were brand new brakes, that's funny because 2 months later and they are metal to metal. The front calipers are bad, tie rods need replaced, the lifters are making a ticking sound, you name it we have the problem. I waited so long to do my review because I wanted to see exactly what issues were going to arise with this car that I paid $15,000 for. We've had nothing but problems since we got it. 1 funny and odd thing, every mechanic shop we've taken to, knew exactly where we bought it just from us complaining about the issue. We've taken our car back to Latham multiple times due to the radio not working, steering wheel shaking, car over heating, tire issues, etc. We even took it there for an oil change and it wasn't even done right... Did I mention they glued the hub cap back on and didn't tell my husband? The guys at Walmart had to pry it off because they didn't even fix the issue. Glad we didn't have a flat tire on the side of the road. We've had too many issues with buying a $15k car and they just act like "its no biggie". All this place wants is money, not true customer satisfaction and loyalty. I will never buy a car from them again or recommend them to anyone. If they keep doing business the way they do, they are going to piss the right one off and end up with an even bigger problem. Don't you find it kind of funny that there's not 1 bad review on Google? Its all good ones? Have you ever seen a business where every single customer was satisfied? That's because Google allows business owners to delete reviews. Should prove the honesty this business has.

When I leave a review of a business on Google I like to make sure anyone that reads it knows why I gave that review and rating.1st Star - HonestyThe auto business in general is filled with business people that only care about making money, with little regard to the safety and happiness of their customers. Latham Auto was up front about pricing and the quality of the vehicles I was interested in.2nd Star - customer ServiceThe smallest things go a very long way with me when it comes to a business meeting my needs and making sure I know that I'm a priority. When I initially contacted Latham Auto I inquired about a test drive. I let Tessa know I worked Monday through Friday 8 to 5. She came in on a Saturday, when they are normally closed, in the rain, to let me test drive two vehicles. They were courteous, cheerful, and accomodating without trying to sell me anything. The choice to buy was mine alone to make and I never felt pressured.3rd Star - QualityWhile some of the cars have visible imperfections, let's face it, these are used vehicles. That aside, they run like a top, at least the two that I test drove did. They were clean, tuned, and ready for a new owner. It's evident that Latham Auto cares about their customers and their business just by the care they put into finding quality products to offer.4th Star - Price and FinancingAs luck would have it, the car i was looking at , and fell in love with as soon as I drove it, was recently marked down. It was listed at nearly $4200 under fair market value. I had trouble with Community Bank (that's a whole other review!!!!!) and Tessa was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction for the loan I needed. She understood how important this was to me and after countless emails and phone calls, the financing went through.5th and Final Star - The SaleI brought a check, signed two painless pieces of paper and Tessa jetted to the DMV to get me registered. There was a slight imperfection with the upholstery and I was given a kit to fix it at no extra charge. I wasn't rushed out and actually had a nice chat. I felt taken care of and was happy with my purchase.I have only had the vehicle for two days but I am ecstatic with this car. My family and friends oo and ah and tell me they are jealous. Latham Auto is a fantastic business who cares about their customers. I am happy to send anyone and everyone their way because I know they will have as great an experience as I did. Thank you so much for your patience, your willingness to help and your smiles. Especially in today's stressed pandemic world, it was all sincerely appreciated!

My husband wanted a new to him truck, we were told to check out Latham auto sale . So happy we did , very friendly and helpful people not the push used car saleman . They let him drive any and every truck he wanted, even came in on the day they were closed.I would whole heartedly recommend Lathams Auto, Wayne and Tessa thank you for everything.

Tessa,Wayne and the mechanics are great people to work with. I bought my car from them 2 weeks ago and after only having it for 10 days check engine light came on and had another noise in the dash. I immediately called to let them know and I was told to bring my car in the next day to be checked out. Had to order a part for noise in the dash but the problem with check engine light was fixed that day. Very kind caring people and are not at all the pushy kind that chase u around the car lot lol.. I highly recommend Latham s Auto

This is a great place to buy a vehicle! I have been looking for a good used truck for months. I have looked at dealerships and private sellers all over the North Country and northern Vermont. Latham Auto sold me a great little truck at a fair price. Tessa met me on a Saturday when they were closed so I could test drive the truck, handled getting registration and plates, and Wayne met me half way on my 2 hour trip to deliver the truck to me. This is a rare dealership that provides service above and beyond, and peace of mind that comes from buying from a honest, reliable business. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

I bought a trailer from them two weeks and could not be happier. They were knowledgeable about their product and very quick at getting to DMV and back on a Friday afternoon so I could take it home with me. Highly recommend them!

This business is owned by an honest and straightforward couple that are a pleasure to deal with. Every car on their lot is fairly priced and you will be treated with dignity, courtesy and no pressure. It was a great experience that we cannot recommend highly enough.

The service and results we continue to receive with Latham Auto has been unsurpassed. Our 2008 Honda feels brand new after new tires, and an alignment. Our ride is quieter and smoother than it has been in years. They also alerted us to our dangerous tie rods and horrifying air filters that needed replacing. I am thankful to have a trustworthy and competent business to serve ourselves and the community, as well as keeping our ride safe for our precious cargo.

Bought a used 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo just over a week ago. Tessa was great communicating back and forth about the vehicle, price etc.... Made the three hour trip and made the purchase. Latham Auto made the car buying experience very easy. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Lathams went beyond expectations with helping us! We ve recently bought a 2012 Grand Cherokee Laredo, and from the sales pitch to the awesome personal service was 5 star. We broke down a couple days later , with no hesitation they were there to pick the Jeep up and immediately had it in the garage. Without a worry I d keep my vehicle sales with them! Wayne & Tessa - thanks for being so helpful and friendly! Shawn- you re the best at keeping us posted and answering those many calls to check progress. && to the mechanics- you rock!

This business exemplifies all that is great about small businesses in the North Country. We were in desperate need of a new car, and decided to go to Latham's lot to see what they had to offer. The variety even for our low end budget was excellent. They took in our junker and got us quickly & smoothly into the newer car of our choice. Tessa was an absolute gem to work with, and both her and her husband were down to earth, and made us feel right at home. You just don't get that anywhere else these days. We couldn't be happier with our new car and I would HIGHLY reccomend them to anyone. We will be returning for future purchases and even future vehicle repairs. Thanks so much Tessa! Wayne was nice to deal with, his cars priced right and reasonable. His staff and Wayne settled a couple of very minor issues with the vehicle I bought. I would recommend him to buy from.7-7-22. I just bought my 2nd vehicle from Wayne, and got the same great service from Tess , Wayne and staff.I still recommend Latham's Auto as a place to do business with. 5Stars.

The people that work here are the friendliest service employees I've had the opportunity of meeting. When I order my tires from Tire rack I always ship them here for installation. Waiting room is nice and clean and work is always done properly. Can't recommend enough
