So I was less than excited to be vehicle shopping but my salesman Garrett Griffin changed that. He was more than patient with me and I dragged him on 3 test drives before finding a vehicle I wanted and they did what it took to get me into it. I was introduced to the sales manager and parts manager and were all awesome to talk to and I'm more than comfortable to be dealing with them all in the future. Full disclosure I work here amazing place to work so far ownership the capraras are very responsive and in touch with their business no matter what rank the employees are at be lube tech or sales manager. I get to work with amazing vehicles every day and hearing how the customers are impressed with the product output is very satisfying. Hope to hear from any of you no matter what position we're all happy to help with any customers needs.

Stopped there yesterday (12/20/23) with an emergency issue with my 2014 escape. I can respect the fact that they were busy or whatever. Problem is, they didn t look it. Woman in service just didn t hear a word I had to say regarding my emergency and the fact that I was three hours from home with such an emergency. Didn t check with anyone, didn t go ask anyone, nothin!!! So I asked about a mom and pop in the area. She snickered and assured me that there s nobody that can or will do anything for me today! Well, she was wrong! In short, this place is just another rude and rotten Ford dealer. That makes four of the five I ve visited in three years. Thank you though! Thank you for cementing the fact that I will NEVER buy another Ford product as long as I live!!!!

My experience at FX Caprara Ford of Ogdensburg was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Bill, my salesman, and the entire staff were incredibly courteous, professional, friendly and helpful.In January I went in to order my Ford Maverick and that went very smooth. Roughly 8 months later Bill called me and said my truck was in and I purchased it the next day without any hiccups whatsoever.I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from them and I encourage anyone to visit them!!

It s been almost a year trying to get them to repaint the hood of my 2019 Explorer that s covered under warranty. We ve had many other issues since buying from them last summer but that is our main concern. If there s any flaws on a used vehicle you like from them id suggest going else where because they won t get fixed whether you have it in writing or not. 1 star is being very generous I wouldn t leave any if it were possible.

Sales guy responsible for handling the sale prolonged the buying process. Took 3 days and several trips there to seal the deal. There was a lot of "miscommunication". However his trainee was awesome and took excellent care of us. He needs a better trainer with good customer service skills as this other guy could have cared less.

The people there were fantastic. Alyssa was a great sales person not pushy or over bearing at all like you expect from a used car sales person. The finance manager took his time and did what he had to do to make sure I could get approved to get a new ride.Everything was explained thoroughly to someone who hasn t bought a new car in a decade and they took care of everything for me.

Nicole was friendly, patient, and very professional as I browsed through truck after truck looking for one that I would be happy with. Having just lost my wife, the dealership was willing to trade 2 for 1, giving me a fair price for my trade-ins. All in all, this dealership and the staff who work at it are good people who have definitely earned my repeat business.

I just wanted to say I've never been treated better Bill the sales rep. was excellent and work to get me what I wanted and I glad I got to meet one of the owners himself and he seem to care about his customers as well I also met and old friend Pat L. in the sales department I thinks that's another good aspect about the place and hope everything works out for me here and I will begin to tell others also thank you for the great experience I had.

Sales people don't listen when you tell them what you are looking for. They become unresponsive when you start asking for prices. Gave one sale person all information and 3 different vehicles I was interested in. He never returned any of the 4 messages I left. So sad that previous owners sold to FX. They have been horrible to try to buy from. I will shop elsewhere.

I had a powertrain issue. I made an apt. Got it in and had my vehicle back with in a couple hours. The staff at F. X. Cabrera were very professional, Friendly. They explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend going there for service! *****

I just bought my 2020 Voyager van from Bill Dillabough. He went above and beyond to help me get the type of vehicle that I needed to fit myself, my husband and 5 children. It just so happened that all of the kids came down with a stomach bug when I was supposed to finalize the paperwork. Bill brought the vehicle to me at home so that we could finish up! Amazing service from all. Thank you F.X Caprara for making my transaction feel so smooth in a time of chaos.

The entire staff at FX Caprara Ogdensburg is very professional, courteous, and accommodating. The sales experience was unique in that we never felt like they were trying to sell us a car or pressure us to settle for something we didn t want. Thank You Captain Bill for your dedication and hard work that was able to put us into the 21 Mustang GT/CS Convertible that our hearts were set on! I just purchased a new Ford Truck from FX Caprara of Ogdensburg and couldn t be happier with the experience. Nicole Knable was an exceptional sales person who was knowledgeable and very helpful. Rob Macentyre was extremely patient and professional. Pete and Matt were also very helpful on the back end of the sale providing me with exactly what I was looking for. A junk dealership that uses junk to attract customers. Just another one of a dying breed. Looks pretty but no substance. You don't need a dealership to buy a car. They make money off their garage and parts.Look on Carvana, Carfax, Vroom....no middleman and no junk.

**Update 11/4/21***. Asked about the other recalls on vehicle (issue with door handle freezing in winter). Was told We will fix when the issue arises. Good to know if I ever can t get into my vehicleBought a truck from them 6 months ago. Went in for warranty work. Caused another issue, having trouble getting the new warranty issue fixed. I would like to say thank you for the courteous, friendly and honest service I received from Parkway Ford. My car had broken down in the Lowes parking lot, and stranded me on the other side of the border from where I permanently live. I had the car towed to Parkway Ford and they took care of me, and treated me amazingly. Thank you for the great service and I definitely recommend the service department!

Unfortunately, my most recent experience will also be my last experience with Parkway Ford and it has left me furious. I brought my Ford Escape in for a check up because I had some lights come on on my dash display. The staff was very friendly and eager to get my car in and fixed, off to a great start! After assessing the vehicle they come back with a short list of things that needed to be fixed so I agreed to have them fix it, additionally I requested them to fix my air conditioner as the AC hose had been ripped off over the winter and they seemed so nice I figured why not have them fix it while I m already here And that s where I made the mistake. So here we are $912 dollars later and as soon as I leave the dealership after everything was all fixed up I notice my car seems to be making a different and louder noise than before. After driving a little ways I decided something wasn t right and I had better call and let them know. They insist I bring the car right back in to have it checked and make sure everything is okay. So I bring my vehicle back, I wait in the lounge area for about 20 minutes when the guy comes back and tells me everything looks good that the sound I was hearing rubbing on my tire was the oversized mud flaps that are on the vehicle (these oversized mud flaps have been on that vehicle since the day I bought it 2 years ago and have never made a sound even remotely close to what I was hearing. He also mentioned due to the age of my vehicle some other contributions to the sounds I was hearing could be the rear shocks and stabilizers but nothing that needed to be fixed right away (good thing because all of those things had just been replaced a few months prior). Though I was annoyed that my car was making a new noise and sounded worse they had been so nice and helpful I trusted their word that everything was okay and went on my way. The rubbing on my tire noise continues to occur and I decide I need to have someone else look at it just to be safe. Too bad I didn t get the chance because that same day the air conditioner stopped working completely and began blowing warm air not cold at all. I get out of my car at the store and I see something hanging down under my car dragging on the road. What do you know the AC hose they had just installed completely busted dragging on the ground! That was the loud sound I kept hearing! It was the hose rubbing on my tire and it kept rubbing until it eventually caught and ripped it completely off!!!!! After they assured me everything was okay and in place! Clearly it was not and then when I call to tell them and bring the car back for a third time they tell me they will need to order another hose and install it. Therefore I have to pay for the exact same repair twice in a row! And not just a replacement hose it would be the cost of the hose itself, cost to recharge the AC, and whatever labor cost they decided to charge me this time. Well after having a different dealership look at my car they told me the hose itself was not installed properly to begin with and there was no way that anything hit it and ripped it off as the Parkway ford insists happened. The man at parkway refused to make it right, called me a liar, and more or less just took advantage of me. They also told me there was an oil leak that was undetected by three different mechanics at the other dealership. Now I am left wishing I had never brought my vehicle there in the first place and having paid a ridiculous amount of money for a repair that should have never had to be made a second time. Thank you for nothing Parkway I will never bring any of my vehicles or recommend ANYONE to bring their vehicle to you again!

Website is misleading, they most certainly do not want to work with you from the comfort of your own home. An SUV was listed on a 315 Facebook post that I was interested in. Msg the person who posted it to state I was looking at it and had a trade-in if they were interested and gave specs. Was told to "stop-in" and we'll talk. I live 1.5 hours away so its not as easy to just run there. I asked about Sunday hours but apparently no one can look at a trade-in on Sundays? I'm pre-approved, interested in buying and making a deal but was pretty much told that unless I can be there when they are, don't bother. I told them I'll just take my business elsewhere and didn't even try to work with me. I even offered to have it looked at by a dealer around where I live, to send pictures, etc, but nothing. I guess they have people lined out the door with $$ in hand and didn't need the extra business.

I do all my business here, we have purchased our last 4 vehicles here and they stand by them 100%. When I have gotten quotes on brakes they beat other places prices and the service staff, salesmen and owners are all friendly and go above and beyond to get what you need and accommodate my insane schedule! I work in Albany and live in Ogdensburg and they always work around my schedule to make sure I have my car for my commute!

From sales to service things couldn't have been or be better. I purchased my new Rocky Ridge F-250 in October of 2018 and the salesman, Bob Dillabough couldn't have been more nice, more knowledgeable or willing to help. I'm now at just over 12,000 miles, an oil change (diesel), two tire rotations and a few small issues that have all been addressed professionally, timely and correct. The service manager, Matt George is as friendly as they come and he is straight forward in everything he does. Each time I've been there I've had good conversations with the sales crew even knowing I'm not looking to buy anything else! Top notch in every aspect from oem to aftermarket stuff.
