Let me tell you. Deirdre saved me in a huge pickle, last minute. I started with a different transport that was awful. I called her up and she got me taken care of within 2 days same price agreed upon and with extenuating circumstances for pickup and drop off. This team did phenomenal and I will be forever grateful to them for taking care of my families needs when shipping our classics. She made me feel better and the whole process was super smooth.Thank you so much for everything. I am at peace because of this experience. Will 100% recommend.

We will highly recommend Ultimate Transport 123. First time getting our dream car and we couldn't have ask for a better company.From the service guy that talked with us and gave us a very good quote to the delivery guy, who was very nice and careful with our car.Would rate a lot higher if I could.We read reviews from a few other companies and did a little research on this company, so glad we did.They are truly a great company.

I found Ultimate Transport123 on TikTok. Jason @ ext.509 is the best. The entire process was extremely professional and they have their own drivers so you're not subject to these random unreliable, dispatch boards, and timelines. Drop off and pick up was so easy! The driver Eugene was extremely communicative and it was the easiest process which took the stress off my move. The car arrived early! I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

I had an overall great experience with Ultimate Transport 123! My car was delivered to me in the same condition as when I gave it to my driver. I would highly recommend Ultimate Transport 123 to anyone looking to relocate their vehicles. The rates UT123 had were great with comparison to others transporting companies. Also, Angela, as well as other reps, communicated very well through text, phone, and email. This was my first time transporting my car ever in life, so top tier communication was all I needed to make this a smooth ride end to end. UT123 was able to meet my needs there.With my move taking place around Xmas/NYE, that posed its own challenges. But, I will not fault UT123 for the challenges. The driver that was initially set to pick up my car didn't communicate with me effectively which caused a delay and I had to request for a new driver. UT123 stepped in immediately, took control of the situation, and found me a new driver within days. Tod at Taisa Transport LLC was great! My car was delivered in the same condition as it was what it got picked up. The bonus was his communication was accurate and effective the whole way. And again, that's all I need.My advice to anyone doing this for the first time, once UT123 gives you your drivers information, research them and if you can, reach out to them directly before your pick up date. This way you can ask them questions and hear the answers directly from them. Example, I had asked UT123 if I could put a cover on my car and I was told I could. But, my driver ultimately did not allow it due to it being a road safety hazard. No big deal! I just used the cover to place over my personal items that were inside my car. Learn to pivot! =)

I love this company. Everything went so smooth and my car was delivered earlier than expected. The driver was extremely helpful with great energy. I couldn t say enough good things about this company. I will definitely use them again and refer them to all of my friends and family that need their services. Our truck was picked up an delivered when they said. Communication throughout the process was not very good. I stated that an 18 wheeler would not be able to get down my driveway so I was hiring a tow company to a place 1 mile from my home. I was never told it was not an 18 wheeler but a regular truck with a trailer. I paid 100.00 dollars for a tow truck which wasn't necessary. Your driver spoke very little English an did not understand me. I handed the driver 450.00 an asked for a receipt. He said No Receipt. He did deliver the truck on time the very next day.

Where are our cars? Gee. I don't know. Absolutely awful company. Dana is a liar. Their carriers are liars. About to report my vehicles stolen.And your garbage response that I am not your customer is another lie. You are a fraud. We had to get the police involved to get our cars back and both came to us with damage. You outsource your customer service to India. You are an absolute disgrace.And I AM the customer. Just by their response , you can see what liars they are

I was shipping my Volvo S60 out of state. After being quoted a number of fake prices from other companies, I was happy to find Ultimate Transport 123. I've never shipped a car before and they helped me every step of the way! They explained how shipping a vehicle really works and how rates are determined. They saved me from losing over $350 by learning to ask the right questions to the other scam companies with super cheap rates. Once I signed up with Ultimate Transport, it was Super easy! The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Both the office rep and the driver were both most helpful and they kept me in the loop every step of the way! My car arrived on time and in perfect condition. Super 5 star company. I'll definitely be using them again.

Dispatcher found a driver when they said they would driver called a few hours before pickup and drop off the quote matched the price for transport, any issues that came up the driver called and was courteous. Vehicle made it to my house undamaged and on time! I would use them again in the future

This was a great experience, they got me linked with a driver extremely fast. I reached out to them after another company played the bait game the same day. My vehicle was delivered earlier than expected safely. I would definitely use again. The price was great especially being last minute. Called them at 9:30a, the driver was linked and in contact with me by 11a and the car was picked up at 2:30p . And was that was due to me needing to get to the car for pickup.. They were honest from the jump highly recommended

After getting about 50 phone calls (most of which couldn't speak English), I made the mistake of going with a cheap price. After my transport was mishandled by Neptune Auto Transport, Broadway Auto Transport, Safe Auto Trucking and Pride Car Shipping, I was ready to give up. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES EVER!!!I got a call from Jerry and Ultimate Transport and he told me the truth about the situation. He was upfront and honest and explained to me what was happening. The price was higher than what those companies told me, but it was the actual price which I greatly appreciated.Just take it from me, do not fall for the cheap price.

From start to finish this company has what it takes for a smooth transport not to mention how courteous they all are. Dana was wonderful from the start to finish. My car was handled with care and ultimate transport was very responsive and informative on my cars journey from Florida to New York. First time transporting my cars across the country for relocation. I was lucky to have stumbled across Ultimate Transport 123. They were professional and made the process very easy. Everything can be done over the phone and e-mail. Their rates were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. It was competitive with other carriers and they guaranteed in writing. Caleb, the transporter, was very detailed and careful in transporting my vehicles. I would trust him with my vehicles should I need transporting services in the future.

Ultimate Transport 123 did amazing job. My car was well taken care of. They call me when there where on the way to pick up my car. They call me when they got my car on the truck. They call me when there was 30 min from dropping the car off to me. I was very impress with there service. The price was reasonable. I would use Ultimate Transport 123 again and again. Jerry helps me setup transport my vehicle on 03-14-2024. Then on 03-19-2024 call me and said that he had a driver close by getting ready to pickup the vehicle and need to increase the shipping fee. I agree with the fee increase. I call the dealership two days later and they told me that the vehicle still hasn t picked it up. I call them and leave a voicemail and never got a callback. Then couple days later I called them to canceling the contract and they charged me $300 cancellation fee. I will never use them again.

I had a great experience with ultimate transport 123. They picked up my motorcycle at my Dad's on scheduled pickup time. The driver was in communication with me the whole time. He was very nice and polite to my Dad and I. My bike was delivered promptly and in fine condition in my driveway. I had a great experience and would recommend ultimate transport 123. I will use them in the future

I had the best experience dealing with this company and the driver they assigned. They were very honest about the pricing, they even gave me advice as to what wording I needed in my contract to make sure the price would not change if I decided to choose a different shipper. As with anything there are always cheaper options, but the peace of mind ultimate transport 123 provided made every cent well worth it I will definitely use them again when the occasion arises.
