My son was involved in an MVA. Island A/B was a Service First Body Shop for State Farm. TC inspected the damage and gave me an appointment to have the repairs done. The damage was significant and the car was repaired and cleaned beautifully. We received the car from the shop sooner than promised. The car looks great. The repairs done were completed properly and the car is driving very well. I would recommend Island A/B to anyone who needs repair work done.

They did very good work on my vehicle, which was in an accident where I was rear-ended. They communicated by phone and their text service with status updates on my vehicle. TC & George were very nice and professional.

I chose Island Auto Body because they worked with my insurance company and they are located pretty close to my house. T.C. was the person that helped me from beginning to end. He explained the process and every step along the way. He was Great! The work they did on my truck was PHENOMENAL! My truck looks like I just picked it up from the dealership. I am Extremely Satisfied with the service I received. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Really good people. I would Highly Recommend Island Auto Body! Thank you to T.C. Service was awesome. Tommy helped me with repairs and stayed in touch. I would highly recommend this shop !!I had not been in an accident in years and this shop made things way less stressful.

I drive by frequently and noticed a lot of large black trucks.I'm a life long car guy and was really picky about how my Black F-150 Platinum with an all aluminum body was going to be repaired after a parking lot shunt to the right rear door and quarter panel.TC oversaw a detailed, excellent job by his shop. Aluminum straightening was handled correctly, a little filler and gloss black paint with clear. No ripples, no sign it was ever worked on, it looks as good as new.If anything else happens in the future, this is the place I'm going.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Brought my Subaru in for a small quarter panel repair. What I expected to take no longer than a few weeks at max a month took 2+ months. Detail product all inbetween crevices of the repaired area, body panel dust scattered all through the interior of my car as well as the exterior, plastic trim was not taped off when they detailed and you can see the areas that product had contacted it. Should have been properly taped off prior to detailing. Rear interior seats not reinstalled properly causing a bunch of rattling and knocking noises in the rear end. Steering wheel is now peeling from multiple sides. Avoid this shop at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We love this place! My 19 year old daughter had a fender bender and I took her around to get estimates and Tommy was the first guy we saw.He spoke directly to her. First he congratulated her on the purchase of her first car and then explained how he would go about the repairs. TC cut a piece of the bumper out so they could match the color while she still had use of her car. No rental involved that way. About a week and a half later he called her and said everything was ready and he just needed the car for a few hours to install the bumper. She dropped it at the shop after hours and picked it up the next afternoon.I took before and after pictures so you can see how well the paint came out.I have used him for repairs before and I highly recommend Island Auto Body. They are very reasonably priced and Tommy and TC are really down-to-earth people who care about you!

I recently brought my Acura into Tommy for collision work to be done. I couldn t be happier. My car looks amazing you d never know it was hit. It was beautifully cleaned and smelled like a new car when I picked it up. I hope I never need their services again but if I do I wouldn t hesitate to come back.

Sent my car for a fix because they work with my insurance company. After I got back my car, I found out they drove 670 MILES during the time the car was being fixed at their shop. (When i sent my car, it was 8700 miles driven and when i got it back, it is now 9370 miles!!!!!) They said they will investigate but NEVER get back to me. The car was very dirty full of trash when it was returned to me. I was told initially the fix would be 2 weeks but it took them a month. THEY DROVE MY NEW CAR FOR TRIPS while they are supposed to be fixing it!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They took forever to fix my car and were very obnoxious about it, especially the owner. Would never go back
