I've bought 2 vehicles from Crazy Cheap Cars since 3/2021.These guys are so swift and smooth to deal with. Decent inventory available both purchases I've made. They truly worked a miracle for me this second time around. We're all struggling for different reasons but when we connect and work together our community progresses even the slightest bit.2 hours one way to pick up the vehicle. Adorable little town with good hearted people Take the drive and make the call!!America needs more dealerships like this!!!Use my name if you call!! <3Thanks Dan & Jason!!Also they like pizza from Pavones in Syracuse (insert ear to ear grin)

I personally wouldn't recommend going through them. I got my vehicle through them because I have bad credit. And yeah they got me in a car, I'm happy about that. But they did not disclose that both of the key fobs didn't work. My friend got his vehicle from them as well, and he had the same exact issue. They also sold all of my personal information! I've had over 5 spam calls everyday for a month about my cars warranty. I honestly should have been more cautious and checked the fine details. The car also has an electrical problem. And when the car warranty place calls me that's always the first thing they bring up. Call me crazy but I'd like to assume they knew about all the problems with the vehicle.

We recently bought a 2017 SUV. At the time of purchase we were told that each car on the lot goes through a thorough 120 point inspection prior to selling. We took a test drive and everything seemed fine. Within one week of purchase we had a tire that would continuously go soft. We brought it back to the dealership and it was determined that the rim was cracked. The dealership did fix it without charge. Within another month, due to a check engine light, we took our vehicle to our local mechanic. While there, the mechanic found a loose parking brake and a rear coil spring that had broke along with other smaller problems. After getting these fixed at out local mechanic, we asked his opinion on how long the problems have likely been there. He believes that the emergency brake and the coil spring have been a problem for far over the 2 months that we have had this vehicle. We were also informed that these problems would not pass an inspection. This experience as well as other things that we have noticed has lead us to believe that the dealership was not completely honest when selling us this vehicle. They seemed to be interested in making a sale, rather than ensuring we had a quality vehicle. They repeatedly tried to show us vehicles that did not have the features we were looking for. I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing here!

bought a 2013 pick up truck from them one year later fenders ride it out and my frame cracked and felt inspection. Salesman tried to be professional but reek like cigarette smoke after purchasing one month later. Needed motor work done dealership repaired what needed to be done free of charge, which I appreciate it very much.

Crazy cheap cars definitely fits for their inventory of run down vehicles. Looked for a vehicle here and got zero help, but could tell from my own common sense that all of these vehicles were awful. Do not shop here, no accountability and no help.

Had a very good experience with getting our new family vehicle. If you re going down to get a vehicle at crazy cheap request Kevin Jones!!! He made the process painless, quick and super easy with no hassle!! He deserves a raise for how fast he got us in and out with our awesome 2017 GMC Terrain, we definitely have room for our baby when he arrives. Makes one happy mama (:

At first the deals on the cars seemed fantastic. It was just what we were looking for. About a month after receiving the car, the motor and the carbonator went out and even though we have driven the car for less then 1000 miles since it was purchased, they refused to cover it. They claimed that they "inspected" the car but I highly doubt that. Shady business practices. Will be contacting the BBB.

Completely out of character but I refuse to let this happen to anyone else. I purchased a vehicle and with in 2 days had a hand full of issues to remedy the situation they told me to take it to a dealer (being that I live 3hrs away) and have it diagnosed, they wrote up an estimate for everything and not only myself but the service department of the dealership I took it to has called multiple times and has gotten to the point that neither of us have even received a phone call back after serval voicemails. Now stuck with a vehicle I drove for 2 DAYS from their lot that is inoperable. Beyond furious and an absolutely terrible way to conduct business.

Dealer and manager were great. But the shop part is horrible. This is my second truck I ve bought from them. This is the worst time I ve had from them. Need a few things fixed. Left numerous messages called 3 times a week and got nothing back. This will probably be my last time buy any vehicle from here

I have literally been keeping my review to myself in order to give them time to make things right, but it's pointless and I'm fed up. when I initially purchased the vehicle there was no service done on it but I kept constantly being told that it was. if it was serviced my oil would have been changed, the need for struts, a motor on the window that wouldn't roll up, a reset on the computer, and the fuse sensor would've been noticed, h*ll the car wasn't even cleaned! I was told to bring the car back in, I sat for 4 hours directly after an overnight shift just for me to get halfway through my 45 minute drive home and see the engine light come on, of course i called and service didn't answer then later the same night the traction control starting glitching on and off causing the car to jerk around 50 mph on the expressway (because that's super safe ) I'm not understanding the nature of why my requests aren't being met, or why a dealership was comfortable selling a dirty car, and I'm trying not to think the worst of this place but I'm sure others that live in this area aren't being treated the same way. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and this one by far is becoming my least favorite! I'm extremely disappointed! BTW I'm STILL waiting for all of these issues to be fixed!

Mike in service is amazing. He has been very helpful and staying in contact and making sure my vehicle is fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Mike for everything you do. Keep up the fantastic job you do to keep your customers on the go.

Kinda feels like a cattle auction. Then the car was in rather poor condition. Photos where not accurate. Front bumper damaged and needing replacement, all 4 rims where trashed. The pictures where very deceptive. Looks like someone may have been using it for personal loaner, lots of spills on interior. I'd say priced about 5k over value given the extensive reconditioning. They do not follow up well after a visit. I'd skip going here unless maybe the car is the one your want and cant live without. I was underwhelmed after a 1 hour drive each way.

This is my 2nd time buying at Crazy cheap cars. Tom Bartz was kind and professional. Awesome service and experience. They took their time and didn't hurry or pressure you like the other dealers. No haggle and good prices.

Is there a manager or GM? Where are you? I've been trying to reach you! Don't pawn it off to your employees. Every time I called, "He's always busy"! I tried to call and and still waiting over a year later to here from him! Service is a..... well, there was no service. They told me they took care of the evap problem from the gas tank and I had trouble filling my tank from day one! They didnt do a thing to remedy it. No help at all!!!! That place is locked down like fort knox!!!!!! You can't say they help you pick your car! You have an idea before you pick your car. Jay comes out after you pick your car and gets his commission. You can't even walk into the place or showroom! It's locked down! Why??? After the sale, no help at all!!! Never again!!!!!!!

Crazy Cheep cars gave me the worst auto purchasing experience in my 40 years of buying cars. Save yourself the misery, go anywhere else to buy a car. They are low on integrity and high on avoiding they responsibly. Never again.

Great prices lower than the majority of larger dealerships and online listings. As a result, you won't have much haggle room but you really won't need to. It was a drive for us, about 1 hour, but totally worth it. We had Jay in sales show us our Outback, and he let us take an extended test drive (without him - it's always weird when the salesperson rides with you). When we decided on purchasing with Crazy Cheap Cars, it was honestly the fastest I've ever been in and out, with everything signed and the car ready for delivery in 45 min. We even found something the detailer missed (forgot to put down the rear seats and vacuum). They quickly got it back in and cleaned. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle take the drive out to Crazy Cheap Cars.

Long review, worth the read: This is our second vehicle from Crazy Cheap Cars. I am a full time college student and although my husband and I both work, now was not necessarily the best time for a car. We have just moved, and my husband had started a new job that is quite a drive from where we live. With only one car and the schedules we keep, we have been spending roughly $220/mo on UBER. Needless to say, we NEEDED a second vehicle. We knew this would be tough because my credit is not the best and we had just moved so, a down payment wasn't something we had but we wanted to have this all handled before winter came. I'm not someone who likes to wait around, especially since for us? it's an hour drive to get there. I told Jon, the sales manager our situation, the tough bind we were in and what we could do financially as well as what we were looking for. He asked if I wanted an SUV I said in a perfect world, yes but did NOT expect that to happen. Well, we went down, got to work and he delivered us this BEAUTIFUL 2014 Mazda CX-5 Touring with 83k miles and in PRISTINE condition. Gave us a copy of the car fax and we got a terrific warranty that includes EVERYTHING but the tires and wipers so even though this mazda has some miles? We have NOTHING to worry about. Car buying is always so stressful especially when you don't have the best credit and are not at a point where you look good to banks. John and the whole team made this experience so quick, efficient, and fun for us. One of his associates even gave my six year old his phone to watch kids shows on to keep her occupied! Jon also got us set up with the best insurance possible for our new vehicle. They are truly a FULL SERVICE dealer. You can tell they actually care about the PEOPLE they put in to these cars. We will NEVER go anywhere else for our cars and once our credit is better and we're ready for a newer vehicle? We KNOW where to go if we want to be taken care of. Thanks John and the whole team at Crazy Cheap Cars!

This is my fair and honest review. The buying process through Jay was fast and simple, he did mention they would cover anything that went wrong with it for a short period of time. I bought this truck June 2nd i test drove a week earlier and it rode and shifted fine. However on my way home with the truck the transmission was slipping and downshifting randomly I watched the rpm s start raising and falling. I told them I believed the transmission was shot, the dipstick was smoking and smelt very burnt. Normally buying a used vehicle you at least expect it to run fine for a couple months before problems start thankfully it happened now. They did do me right by paying for the tow and repairs but they tried to do the cheap fix first by changing solenoids instead of the real problem the transmission which is highly unprofessional, costing me time without the truck and money paying for rides to work as I was not offered any form of transportation from them while I had no vehicle. They did end up putting a new transmission in the truck but communication during the time my truck was with them was hardly existing the guy answering the main phone line really never sounded happy to take your call nor knew what was going on. I called several times checking availability on the truck and no one could tell me whether the truck was still available till jay came back. I did most the calling for updates until today when the truck was done. I was told 3 different dates I d have the truck back the final date was today June 13th. In 3 days it ll be 2 weeks and I m still waiting for the truck back. I was promised they would transport it back and mike from service was very straight forward when I called for updates I just wish I was called more instead of me chasing information on the truck he did mention they were short staffed and wasn t sure if he would be able to have his service guys get it back to me today and that s understandable but they paid for the tow to the shop why not pay for a tow back so I can stop paying for rides. Overall experience was stressful and I nor family/friends will be doing business with this dealership again. It ended up costing me more money for rides even though they paid for repairs. If your looking for a cheap car it s the place to go but be warned it could be cheap for a reason.

Frank was a great guy. I would definitely recommend anyone to see him. Ryan was also easy to work with. Of course we had to finagle some numbers, but when it was all said and done he got me what I wanted. Then there was Doc. He's the type of guy that after you talk to him you want to help an old lady cross the street or shovel your neighbors driveway for them. Just really good vibes from this man. If you go there (which you should), you won't be disappointed. Great pricing and great people. One thing they do need, is coffee for the Customers. That's not enough to take a star away though!

I was looking for a specific make and model car. After much research and price comparing. I drove two hours from home with my husband. The prices couldn't be beat! My husband called ahead and the car I was sure I wanted was waiting and ready for a test drive. Stephen our person greeted us with a smile and the keys. It was a nice car but not my dream car. Upon return I requested to test drive a newer Ford Fusion. Within a short time we were on the road. I am very picky about cars. This car felt right. It was the one. We went over every imperfection on the car with Stephen and he promised everything would be detailed taking note of specific things we pointed out. We bought the car no dickering with price here but I guarantee we got the best deal by far on this model car within the entire Upstate area. Pick up day. The car wasn't quite detailed to my high expectations. Stephen was on it no problem! Within 20 minutes a bit more detailing and some black Ford paint blended into a couple scratches below the door the car looked perfect. I give the friendly efficient service 5 stars and a big thank you to our guy Stephen and the Manager Gary who was friendly quick and efficient with a smooth transition of ownership of this beautiful car.

If I could rate less then 1 star, I would. I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from them with 96,000 miles. When I first looked at the truck, the AC worked great. After I picked it up, the AC did not work at all. After bringing the truck back twice after they attempted to diagnose & repair it, I took it to a reputable shop & paid out of my own pocket for the issue to be diagnosed, then returned the truck to CRAZY CHEAP to be repaired. This all happened within 3 weeks of owning the truck. Fast forward 2 months later & 4,000 miles, the transmission went out, costing me $3500. When I called to see if they d be willing to atleast help cover some costs of the repair, I could not even get a returned phone call.

Brian and his team are great!!! He was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I only planned on test driving a car that day but I ended up leaving with the car that same day. The price, mileage and condition of the car was exactly what I've been looking for and was 10 times better than other dealerships I visited. Definitely recommend!!!!

I called inquiring a 4runner. I wanted to drive and see it after work. The guy I spoke with said that would be fine. I then was called by Brian he agreed I could come look at the vehicle. So I figured everything was handled. I was then called 4 TIMES back to back from Brian. I was in a appointment unable to answer. I then get text back to back from Brian! I don't know what was so important a voicemail couldn't work. Later I get another call. Mind you I'm working. Finally he leaves a voicemail saying the car is being moved to a dealership and I can no longer look at it.So all of the blowing my phone up for nothing. He was so aggressive I will never look or attempt to buy anything from there again. Horrible experience!

First I find it a little unbecoming that the negative comments here are addressed by the dealer with the " not my fault" attitude rather than just holding themselves accountable. With that being said I expect the same type of response for my comment as well.I wanted to sell my car as I was invited in by a Crazy Cheap Car rep to sell my car. I don't want to trade. When we arrived a man came out and said someone would be right with us. We waited and another man sat down and asked my name then asked for my drivers license. I asked him I'm sorry why would you need my driver's license ? His response was something like you're selling your car. I told him yes but not until I know that the price is right and what you're going to offer. Again he said I'm going to need to see your license. I again said well why do you need my license? he said "Because Brian said so" hahhahahah lol lol what ? I told him well maybe we can find out from Brian why he needs my license then? This man picked up his phone was looking at it and then he went in the back room (wherever that goes). I looked at my husband and we left. I felt something amiss and really didn't like how we were being treated. As we were walking out I could hear him slam the door behind him to the back room.I get some people have a bad day but you don't take it out on your customer. I have an excellent credit score and have enough money to kick in whatever they weren't going to pay for the car to pay it off. I also felt if they had a car in my price range I would have paid cash for. However, rude inconsiderate no compassion sales didn't get the job done. If you don't like your job ? Get a different one. Okay now I'll wait for the response .... Side bar: (Maybe in the future have answers beside "Brian said so" That sooo didn't look good on you or the company you represent).

I worked with Kevin Jones who was amazing to work with. I did a credit app before coming in (which I also recommend) because it helped make the process move faster, made car buying decisions easier and more.

Lies upon lies with this place, buddy of mine was looking at 2015 chevy 2500. They said it was rust free. So I bugged them until they sent me pictures of the underside of the truck and it was rusty and will need work. We were about to make a 7hr drive to look at this truck, and they were lying about it. Just goes to show that they don t know what they re look at when it come to vehicles or they re compulsive liars. I d steer clear of this place.

I went to look at Chevy Malibu. I made a appointment online with a date and time already set. I get a text 10 minutes later from a salesman asking what car I was interested in test driving and the date and time of the appointment. I found it really weird because I already filled out this information online so basically it was pointless filling it out if they re just gonna ask the same questions I filled out online and submitted. Fast forward I go for my test drive and the salesperson never even showed the Malibu and said my credit was 530 and when I got home and checked my credit was a 613! Don t know how they run their credit reports but I don t know how it could be off by almost 100 points. Never showed me the car I drove 45 minutes for and basically tried to say my credit was lower than it actually was so they could give me a higher interest rate. Waste of time and unprofessional.
