We purchased our second vehicle in a month and a half at Sunrise Toyota North; this one was for my mom. She had an incredible and seamless experience with Dean, again, and the entire staff is 5 star! There s no haggling, no worrying we cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Sunrise Toyota North. We highly recommend!!!

I am extremely pleased with the service department at Oakdale Toyota. Danielle Cioffi is the best! She always makes sure that I am pleased with the service of my vehicle. She is personable, professional and always makes me feel like I am her best customer !!!! I believe in regular maintenance to keep the value and reliability of my Toyota 4 runner. My vehicles that I have purchased in my lifetime have always been something I take special care of.My Aunt Ro was in from out of town and had driven her Toyota Camry up to New York this summer. She needed an oil change (regular maintenance), Danielle Cioffi took care of both of our cars the same day. My Aunt purchased her car in Florida and as it turned out she did need brakes. However, my Aunt really thought the dealership put brand new brakes on her car when she purchased her car. Danielle went the extra mile to research exactly what was done to her Camry before she made any unnecessary purchase or repairs to her car. I hope Danielle will always be at Oakdale and if because she is so good, if they ever transfer her to another dealership, it better be here on Long Island! I will follow her wherever she is because I know I will get the best service !!!Thank you Danielle Cioffi for being you, you are an asset to Oakdale Toyota, however you are the biggest asset to the Toyota Corporation!!!!

Everyone at this dealership is a joy to work with. I bought my 1st Rave4 in 2012. I started leasing in 2018. I just started my 3rd lease.Gerson Varsgas has helped me with each of my leases. He is quite knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in all aspects of obtaining the lease to my complete satisfaction.Ben in the Finance Department was very helpful in patiently explaining everything to me.I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to my friends.

This is clearly better than Smith town Toyota. I would say fair prices for oil and a regular service over Smith town Toyota. The customer service pretty nice too. They don't force you into getting stuff done. They give suggestions and you can just deny them unless it's something that you know can cause problems later. Also the rest area for customers is very nice. You can take a good nap while your car is being serviced.

Super easy process. Pulled my car right in, Brenda came right over and talked to me about what I needed done, very friendly and thorough. She texted me asking for any additional things I wanted done and updated me multiple times throughout the few hours it took for my hub and bearing! Everything sounds great now, Fast and easy! Will be back in the future.

Beware of this place! My daughter brought the car in for tire rotation and it was missing a hubcap when she arrived home! They denied responsibility and refused to replace! Horrible experience!

It's bad here. It takes 3 hours to replace two new tires, and the tires are not dynamically balanced. The second time I went to them to balance the tire, I waited for more than two hours, but the result was that the tire was still not balanced. There is no way to go out and find another repair shop to get it done. It cost me more than $70 to replace a license plate light bulb on the back of my car. I give this place a bad review.

Unfortunately, the telephone service does not provide good service, there are no services in Spanish,They didn't clean the air cartridge, I checked it and it was full of dry leaves and other paid services $331.22 I don't understand why they lie.
