I have passed this place so many times I can't even remember I usually go to the j&h fishing store right here.I never knew how big it was insideI figured it was just a storefront boy was I wrong I'm in the market for a bike just recently just came from a different place that I specifically chose but I didn't plan on really going hereReally glad I stoppedReally gladJohn the salesman was just my favorite thing in the world I could sit and talk to this guy for hours and hours so open and nice and welcoming and kind and understanding.I think I stayed about an hourAnd he walked around and showed me different bikes pulled them out let me sit on a bunch of them. Then I went out on my own and just looked at a few and sat on a few came back sat with them for a little bitNot even two seconds of pressure to buy anything I'm going to go back to just sit on some bikes until I find that right one.They had a good selection of used bikes but the prices were just too much money for an older rig for what's out there and the FB marketplace. Yes buying from a business is quite different but the prices were the cost of new.They have an eclectic vast selection I was even surprised to see the giant scooter room I couldn't believe the amount of scooters here.Since I'm brand new rider I'm looking for something ease and comfort and I'm sure I'll find it thanks to them. I was at Cross Bay just before this and those guys were awesome too. But this place John was just exceptional.I stayed and tried on helmets as well.Good prices for gear for sure I found one at about 120 that's just perfect for my head.Thanks again.See you again.

I bought a used Aprilia mana 850 gt ABS from that dealership. I had the priviledge to speak with almost everyone in there including the owner. All of them were very helpful and in fact as soon as i showed interest, they waited for me till the final purchase. I was able to trade in my vespa for a very reasonable price and I was happy to do so.Overall everything worked out great for me thanks to John, Andrew and the owner and I have zero complaints with my transactions there.Great place, great variety of motorcycles, reasonable prices and great staff...

One of the worst places you can ever deal with. This place deserves 0 stars. My mom went in their claiming the best they can do on a Cfmoto was $8,200 after an hour of negotiating. I went in two days later and they had it at $6,200. Even worse than that is the maintenance work. They gave us a printed bill for $0 on a recall and when I came to pick up the quad they tried to charge us over $300! All for a 5 minute job I would ve never went in for had it not been claimed and printed as free. Nothing but horror stories from this place and deceitful employees. These are the same people who tried to steal disability from the state and got caught and now are trying to steal from their customers. Thanks again for the horrible and dishonest service Andrew!

Absolutely one of the most pleasant transactions I have ever engaged in. The team was extremely accommodating and I felt they only had my best interest in mind. I am now the proud owner of a Sea-Doo Explorer Pro and am so glad Formula One was able to get me going on the right foot! Thanks so much and highly recommended.

Went there looking to do a trade-in first off speaking with the owner and the manager they brush you off do not seem like they re here to help you or sell a quad. I spoke with the owner. He doesn t introduce himself honestly, just looks pretty unkept and does not want to seem bothered when he owns a business. Customer service should be a top priority instead he just doesn t care I ve had to call multiple times to get in touch with someone and play phone tag. I wouldn t recommend this place to anybody. I ll go to a dealership where I actually feel valued as a potential customer.

This is the only motorcycle shop I go to. Bought multiple bikes here. Always hang out with whitey when I go here. Cool accessories and gear. Never an issue. The sale guys r cool too.10 / 10

Bought several motorcycles hereDon't believe the bad reviews! This place is top notch! Whitey and Andrew are awesome. Shopped at several dealers and F1 Motorsports have always gave me much more then offered elsewhere on trades. Honestly, I have no reason to shop anywhere else. If they don't have it they will find it and it will be a good deal.

This place is like a candy store for Bikes, ATV's ETC.Excellent experience from start to finish purchasing a Side x Side Utility Vehicle that was in stock & delivered the next day;No sales pressure, no add on's, no hidden fees!Whitey the owner is very involved if needed.Prices are extremely fair. Inventory galore!!!

Went here to buy a new Suzuki gsxr750 they didn t have any in stock at this location. Was told they had one at their other dealership location and that they would go pick up the bike and bring it here within the week cool no worries, I leave a deposit cause I want the bike expecting to get a phone call the next week saying they have my bike but the following week comes no phone call on the day the bike was supposed to be there. Waited till the next day to go there and see what s going on, I walk in, John the salesman had no idea where my bike was said I thought it would be here by now let me make some calls I ll call u in the hour 2 hours goes by no phone call no update, no nothing. So I go back to the shop, John still had no answers for me so I wanted my deposit back. Was told okay no problem no skin off my back doesn t sound like they want to sell me a bike but I had to do a charge back on my card to get my money back 2 weeks later I still didn t have my refund. I would not buy anything from this place, the ceiling is leaking all over and the salesmen have no problem cursing up a storm. Extremely unprofessional and let me add I never got a call from the management there or anything to try and save the sale. They just took my $500 and did nothing to get me a bike so I went a few towns down and bought my bike the same day no problems. I would steer clear of this place

Not your run of the mill motorcycle shop. It is motorcycle heaven. Not only are new classic manufacturers sold here (Suzuki, Ducati, Bombardier along with many scooter and ATV's ) but there are dozens and dozens of unusual and popular pre owned motorcycles. It's like walking thru a huge motorcycles collection. A local legend owns and operates this shop adding experience and advice that can't be found in almost any other shop. If you are in the market for a motorcycle, ATV, PWC or something unusual along with a huge selection of accessories this is the place to go.

I purchased a Ryker 600 from them, the owner took great care of me, this was the ONLY place that guaranteed a 100% refund of my deposit if I changed my mind & included a free helmet and gloves with my purchase. I traveled 3.5 hours to get there and will do it again when I upgrade

Large selection of New, pre-owned, and vintage motorcycles for any type of Ryder and budget. The whole staff is very friendly and real honest which u don't see too often. Highly recommend

Called to get price on used motorcycle $2999.00 plus asked about warranty quoted me $1200.00 for three years. I could buy a brand new Royal Enfield Meteor for $4799.00 elsewhere and get a three year warranty with that price. Do the math!! I'm not buying from this place!!

I bought this bike from them 12' zx10r. I love my used bike. It's used to them, new too me.lol. staff was nice. The lady in the office rock's. I love that big dog walking around, was cool. _McCallum.

Best thing I ever did! Staff was excellent and criteria was above and beyond anything anyone could expect. Very experienced staff, doesn t get no better! This is the best way to get your license.

These guys are always friendly and very helpfull. Parts counter guy always treats you right. They have a huge inventory of a vast array Quads and Bikes. Bought a CF Moto 500 from them 3 years ago and have been pretty happy with it. Will definitely get my next Machine there.

What a nice experience. Anthony (I will not refer to him as a salesman because he wasn t, he didn t push anything on us and doesn t give you that salesman vibe.) was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable on the machine we were purchasing and was thorough on pricing and what our final number after tax was going to be. He was polite and dealt with me and my wife for over 2hrs dealing with all of our questions and concerns. Although he was the only guy there when we went I would recommend him a 100x over. Next machine we buy will definitely be from him. What a great experience.

the worst sales service i have ever seen,I went to buy a jet ski, I applied for financing, I made the deposit, 2 days later, they did not respond, I went to the store and was informed that it would take 30 days for the jet to arrive, so they did not apply for the financing, for that reason.because of the delay, I didn't want to wait for the jet.they have a dirt bike, I chose one for me and another for my daughter, they already had the bike at the store, there was no reason to wait, they already had my deposit for the jet ski,it's been more than 1 week, they still don't call me to talk about the financing of the bikes. I called my bank, canceled the deposit and bought the bikes elsewhere.I have never seen a store so unwilling to sell their products!seller was John.

Terrible place to make a purchase. I purchased a bike here along with some accessories for it. When I went to pick up accessories, they actually sold them to someone else. Crazy! My tires still had stickers that it was new & still on the tires. My bike seat was loose. They said that was normal. It just fell off. I couldn't believe it. Took 3 times taking the bike in and "fixing" the seat for the seat to finally be put securely on the bike. My new headlights came fogged up and the "replacement " ones also fogged up. They said that was normal. Told the bike was a specific color and things about the bike cover that wasn't true. They gave me a new bike and it was dirty. When asked to clean it they were gonna use Windex. That's insane! They made me feel terrible, made me feel as of I had to beg them to clean and do normal things before I left the shop. I do not recommend this place!

Place can be a little overwhelmed at times, and the hours get flexible on weekends. They carry maintenance supplies and parts that are hard to come by on the island. Service is knowledgeable, parts guy thats in until late afternoon knows the aftermarket well.As a dealership prices are fair and there isn't much haggling. Bikes get prepped quickly, financing moves fast, and trade in values aren't lowballed. Owner is a regular on the floor, so the experience doesn't vary much. Large variety to the stock, including Harleys and e-vehicles.

Went to their other location in Queens (the good location) to look at a used Ducati Monster. The price there was $8150 (and they said they had some wiggle room). Fast forward a couple days. I go back to Queens and they said that the bike was moved to Formula One. I drive over there and the price turned into $8395. Whitey said he'd look at my trade-in the next day at 12. I get there promptly at 12. I wait until 2 and he doesn't show up, I leave. I really liked this bike so I went back for one more try a couple days later. The price becomes $9495 with no room for negotiation and Whitey wouldn't even talk to me. He ran away and hid in an office when he heard that I was pissed off. Pretty sure he doesn't want to sell bikes, just collect them all. They get one star from me for a decent service department.

Went to buy a used ATV. Salesman agreed on a price. When we went to do the paperwork he changed the price and said owner won't let him sell it for that. Absolutely bad business. The Salesman said don't blame him blame the owner. Place is a scam

I cannot say enough nice things about this shop.It was recommended by a cousin of mine who lives in the area and even though I live in Astoria I took a chance and went out there. I am so glad I did! The staff there are friendly and when I told them I was coming out from Astoria they promised to get me in and out as quickly as possible. And that is exactly what they did. The estimate they gave me as far as price and labor was spot on. Since I was waiting a little for the bike, a Ducati 2011 796 Monster, to be done I was asked by a couple of the staff if I was being helped. The gentleman that I dealt with, Seth, was extremely helpful. I enjoyed hearing about some of his projects and seeing pictures of them as well as some of his really cool trips. Thank you kindly Seth! Heck, even the coffee from the coffee truck was quite good!I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone!!!Angel

Nice Dealer, large inventory of CFMOTO ATV's and huge selection of new and used Motorcycles and Dirt bikes. Tons of accessories and apparel. The parts dept is great. Service had issues with dependable staff beyond owners control.

Amazing experience. Anthony in Sales is great , he worked with me and put me in my dream machine . The sales department, parts department, finance and management were all amazing . I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for anything motorcycle /utv/atv/dirt bike related . They gained a customer for life with me . They even let me borrow there trailer to bring my UTV homeThanks again everyone at Formula 1Sincerely 1 happy customerRich

Never have anything in stock just use Amazon.....pt2.AGAIN DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING FOR PARTS JUST GO TO EBAY OR BETTER YET AMAZON..
